About the role
This role drives significant growth in awareness and engagement on our digital platforms through storytelling and campaign management.
You will use your digital marketing knowledge to increase the reach of the two charities’ brands, building donor awareness through optimised digital advertising (paid social, Google ad grants etc).

About The Role As the Time to Shine (T2S) leader you will make a direct contribution to two key areas of work: our intergenerational leadership programmes and our approaches to capturing and recording our social impact measurements. In order to meet the criteria for the T2S programme we are seeking candidates who are unemployed or underemployed. This role is designed to be an entry level role and therefore we recognise that candidates may have limited work experience but can have a wealth of experience from other activities and we would love to hear about how those skills can transfer to this role. The T2S leader will be introduced to and have the opportunity to practice using innovative approaches to leadership development, processes and models which support Black women’s and young women’s growth and confidence building as community leaders. The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised national Quality Manager to join our expanding team. This is a new role that will lead on the quality assurance of IPS Grow delivery, responsible for implementing a robust quality management system and measuring our work against agreed standards. IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expanison of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. Responsibilities
1. Oversee internal and external quality across IPS Grow delivery

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Brixton House is looking for an experienced, committed and highly organised Fundraising Manager. The post holder will have a central role in working with the Head of Development to secure grants from mainly trusts and foundations but will also work across other Departments to steward relationships with individual donors, support innovative digital fundraising campaigns, and assist in the delivery of targeted fundraising events.
The Development team is responsible for achieving a minimum voluntary income fundraising target of £300k, increasing over the next 2 years to £550k. Achieving these targets is central to Brixton House realising the creative ambition of our productions and performances, and to delivering our creative engagement programme in the wider community, with a particular focus on the London Borough of Lambeth.
The Fundraising Manager will report to the Head of Development and work collaboratively with colleagues and internal stakeholders across Departments to ensure there is a good fit between fundraising prospects and our programmes, and that our fundraising outputs are aligned with the vision, mission, and values of Brixton House.
This job would be ideal for applicants with successful fundraising experience looking to progress their fundraising careers by stepping up into a fundraising manager role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Income Generation
- Working with the Head of Development to implement the Income Generation Strategy to diversify our funding, including developing and managing a pipeline of Trusts & Foundations, competitor analysis and prospect development to achieve ambitious fundraising targets.
- Drafting and completing high quality funding applications and compelling funding proposals, including strong narrative storytelling, detailed budgets and comprehensive spending plans.

This is a permanent role on a part-time basis (24.5 hours a week) and the salary is £33,517.39 (£47,882.00 FTE). This is a hybrid role, with travel to the office in either London or Chard.
In this Digital Analyst role, you will report to the Deputy Director of Digital and help to increase reach, engagement and conversion across digital channels through monitoring and analysis of user data. You will manage tracking and tagging across websites platforms. You will enhance digital marketing results by building audience insights and implementing technical functionality required. You will provide regular and timely reports on digital performance. You will provide strategic direction around online privacy and marketing consent.
You will have advanced experience of website analysis including using Google Analytics and Google Tags Manager. You will have knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. You will have experience of using Power BI and/or Google Looker (Data Studio), and experience of data visualisation. You will have advanced experience of using SEO tools and techniques and knowledge of social media analytics. You will have experience of using keyword research tools, including Google Trends and Keyword Planner. You will also have a strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, including Google Ads and PPC advertising.
Desirably, you will have an understanding of SQL to query data in Big Query.
