As we embark on an exciting 3-year fundraising strategy, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Virtual Fundraising Executive to take the reins and help us achieve even greater results.
As the Senior Virtual Products Executive, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and delivery of mass fundraising products. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll drive ambitious targets, co-create and implement robust marketing and recruitment plans, and introduce innovative ideas to enhance participant engagement.
You’ll take ownership of product performance and budgets, ensuring we hit our KPIs and maximise fundraising income. By partnering with external agencies and internal stakeholders, you’ll deliver first-class supporter journeys and use data and insights to continuously optimise product performance.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our busy and supportive People and Culture team. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and managers across the charity, offering expert guidance on recruitment, reward, and employee relations—all while championing our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.
You’ll oversee our approach to talent attraction, ensuring every stage of the recruitment journey is inclusive, efficient and engaging. From managing senior-level hiring to partnering with executive search firms, you’ll play a central role in bringing great people into the charity. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, and Volunteering to shape and deliver a recruitment strategy that removes barriers for marginalised groups—particularly Black men—and improves representation across the charity.
You’ll manage and support our Recruitment Advisor, working together to continuously refine our recruitment tools, processes, and practices in line with our broader people strategy. In addition, you’ll coordinate the delivery of a fair, transparent, and financially sustainable reward framework that aligns with our organisational goals and supports our ambitions around equity and inclusion.
Beyond recruitment and reward, you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and managers, offering practical coaching and advice on complex employee relations issues and people management matters. You’ll help ensure a consistent, compassionate approach across the charity, and build managers’ confidence to inspire inclusive, high-performing teams.

What we want from you
We’re looking for a Senior People Partner who will bring solid experience in HR and recruitment—whether through a CIPD or REC Level 4/5 qualification or equivalent hands-on experience. You’re passionate about people, motivated to make a difference, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You’ll have in-depth knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice and experienced in building effective relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees, you’ll be skilled at managing complex employee relations cases. You’ll know how to approach people matters with fairness, care, and good judgement and is able to respond constructively to complex situations, supporting fair and balanced outcomes.
You’re someone who builds strong relationships quickly. Whether you’re coaching a manager, advising senior leaders, or supporting a colleague through change, you’re a trusted, approachable presence who communicates clearly and with integrity. Ideally, you’ll also have experience as a line manager.
You’ll have experience supporting recruitment from end to end and analysing recruitment data to spot trends and drive improvements. You’ll also have a good understanding of pay and reward, and how to make sure these approaches are fair, sustainable and aligned with an organisation’s goals.

What the job involves
We’re on the lookout for a Legacy and In Memory Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on legacy and in-memory giving - including gifts in wills which are some of the most meaningful contributions we receive, helping us fund research that will save and improve lives.
In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising Strategy and start developing new products. You’ll be delivering thoughtful, well-timed and engaging communications to a variety of audiences, helping us reach new supporters and deepen relationships with those already connected to us. Your work will play a vital part in raising awareness, encouraging supporters to consider leaving a gift in their Will, and providing meaningful ways to remember loved ones.
Working closely with our Legacy and In Memory Manager, you’ll help manage relationships with external agencies and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to make sure our plans are delivered smoothly and successfully. It’s a role where your creativity, empathy and organisation will all come into play.
You’ll also be responsible for the operational duties of the Prostate Cancer Memorial Sculpture – a poignant tribute to the dads, grandads, brothers and friends we’ve lost to prostate cancer, and a place for families and communities to reflect, remember and raise awareness.
What we want from you
We’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of our legacy and in-memory giving programmes, ensuring their continued growth and success. You do not necessarily need previous experience within a legacy role but be willing to develop skills and knowledge in this area. You’ll bring warmth, empathy and professionalism to every interaction, recognising that behind every gift is a deeply personal story.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a genuine sensitivity when engaging with supporters – whether they’re considering a gift in their Will or honouring the memory of someone special. You’ll be comfortable working collaboratively with teams across the organisation, as well as with external partners and agencies, always bringing a positive, solution-focused approach. You’ll know how to tailor messages for different audiences and balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
