The Yehudi Menuhin School based in Stoke D’Abernon, Cobham is seeking an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to have a significant impact on the lives of our current and future pupils. The Yehudi Menuhin School operates a needs-blind admissions process, and we remain determined that no pupil should ever turn down a place at YMS due to a lack of funding. More than 90% of pupils need help to take up their place, and grants from trusts and foundations are a vital source of income for our Bursary Fund, as well as a range of other projects and activities that are of direct benefit to our pupils.
You will join the Development team at an exciting time for the School. Under new leadership and with pupil numbers at an all-time high, fundraising continues to play a crucial role in securing the future of musical education and helping to develop the next generation of classical musicians. Our strategy is focused on reaching out to new donors, as well as continuing to engage our loyal body of current supporters, including several engaged grant-making trusts and foundations.
You will build on an existing portfolio of organisations that donate between four and six-figures. Your ability to develop significant, multi-year relationships with new trusts and foundations will be critical to your success. The School has also previously secured a grant from the DCMS Culture Recovery Fund, managed by the Arts Council, opening the door to possible future funding from statutory sources, which would also fall under your responsibility. This is a key role in making The Yehudi Menuhin School’s strategic priorities a reality on the ground. You will need to be proactive, enterprising and systematic in approaching funders, and be able to engage and manage internal stakeholders.
This is a permanent position, working 9.00am until 5.30pm 4 or 5 days per week. Some flexibility will be required to attend evening and weekend concerts and events at YMS and in London.
The salary is competitive, based on experience.

The Role
Sitting within the Discipleship and Social Justice team, this role provides support to three diverse and exciting areas of Church of England parish ministry. Generous Giving helps parishes to raise finances to fund their mission and ministry, Social Justice enables churches to practice their faith by supporting their communities, and Environment ensures that churches are able to make informed choices to reduce their carbon footprint and promote biodiversity.
You will enable these areas by supporting the parish advisers, through communicating with church volunteers, providing resources, and organising/recording project engagement and training.
Reporting to the Generous Giving Adviser, you will be supported in managing their workload. However, as you will be working with three advisers and various stakeholders, you must be able to proactively manage your time and negotiate timescales. Engaging with a diverse broad range of volunteers and clergy across the Diocese, you must have a proven track record of delivering positive customer support.
There are two working pattern options available for this role: Option 1 allows you to work Monday through Thursday, and Option 2 allows you to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
About You
You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work here - around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins the work. However, all our staff do have a desire to make a difference.
We are seeking a motivated individual with proven IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), contact database management, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You will have previous administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while prioritising tasks and handling sensitive and confidential information.
You will be an effective team player with a service-focused attitude, self-motivation, organisation skills, and a proactive approach. Understanding and empathy with the Church of England's work are also essential. You will have experience with online booking platforms, video conferencing, minute-taking, event organisation, and working with volunteers. You will excel in creative problem-solving and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you
The team is looking for a talented individual to support our portfolio projects through excellent contract and finance management. We are seeking 2 Specialist ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) to join our Advocacy team at Respond. The role includes providing pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with complex or multiple needs who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging, (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. The ISVA will work across London to provide non-judgmental, trauma-informed emotional support, working in partnership with other London sexual violence support services.
Our ideal candidate will have a friendly and relational approach to working with clients. You will have the ability to build trusting relationships, work in an empowering and inclusive way and support clients to heal following sexual abuse and develop coping capacity. You will be a self-motivated individual who will engage with a wider range of people who have experience sexual violence, and other barriers to justice.

We are seeking an Impact and Evaluation Manager to work closely with our Head of Data and Impact and Senior Data and Impact Officer. A key part of the role will be helping develop further how we evaluate the impact of our programmes. The main duties of the role
- To work with the Impact and Operations teams to improve programme evaluation, including designing qualitative and quantitative impact and process evaluations.
- To lead the delivery of evaluations, including data collection, analysis and reporting.
- To act as an impact expert for the charity, using data and impact reporting internally and externally to develop IntoUniversity’s strategic goals

The Role
We are seeking a Schools Premises Officer to provide an effective and efficient administrative service to approximately 100 schools and ODBE in respect of the delivery of capital projects and property management.
This is a key role which will involve working with many different stakeholders across the Diocese, including external consultants, Head teachers, bursars, school business managers, Governing Bodies and their representatives.
About You
