We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Head of Corporate Partnerships. This role is an integral part of Street League’s Commercial Team and will play a key role in maximising our income from corporates as you lead a highly successful team to manage, develop and grow our portfolio of corporate partnerships.

Role:
As an integral member of Street League’s Fundraising team, you will be responsible for maximising our income from corporates as you lead a highly successful team to manage, develop and grow our portfolio of corporate partnerships. This will include the development of new business, relationship management and stewardship of existing corporate funders as well as managing all corporate financial targets. Reporting into the Commercial Director you will also work closely with other members of the Senior Management Team across the charity.
The role requires passion, determination and talent to ensure young people living in some of the UK’s most disadvantaged communities a brighter future through secure employment. This role sits within the Commercial Fundraising Team that currently manages an impressive selection of corporate partnerships including many household brands and FTSE 100 companies supporting Street League with funding, volunteering, awareness, and pro–bono advice.

Key details:
Salary: £50,290
Work pattern: 36.25 hours per week, Full time Monday – Friday. Part-time, flexible hours or a job share would be considered
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in our London Victoria office)
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity for a permanent role.

The Communications Officer has a key role to play in planning and delivering communications to key stakeholders including carers, members, supporters, volunteers, partner organisations, and staff. The post holder will write, edit, co-ordinate and publish content across various channels, including the website, social media, digital, print and through integrated communications and marketing campaigns.
The Communications Officer will deliver consistent messaging, including across all nations, appropriate for audience and channel, that helps build awareness of, and connection to, Carers UK.

Job Title: Partnerships Manager
Location: London, Manchester or Birmingham
Salary: £33,000 - £39,000 London or £31,000 - £37,000 Manchester and Birmingham
Terms: 5 days per week (37.5 hours), open to flexible working arrangements

Purpose of the role:
The main purpose of the Partnerships Manager role is to lead on the delivery of first-class account management to a diverse portfolio of corporate partners, generating income to support Breaking Barriers’ work. Each partnership at Breaking Barriers is bespoke, comprising fundraising, skilled volunteering, awareness raising and, crucially, placement and job opportunities for our refugee clients.
Working closely with the wider Partnerships Management and Programmes teams, you will be responsible for launching new partnerships and retaining business by deepening relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will have experience managing corporate partner relationships, including making fundraising asks and managing external communication with donors and partners at all levels of seniority. You will deploy your influencing skills and ability to build profitable relationships to great effect as you take a leading role identifying and nurturing future strategic partnerships. An understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility would be advantageous.
