We have a brilliant opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Manager working for the highly acclaimed Historic Royal Palaces charity. This role will support the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships. As part of the role, you will take responsibility for delivering a sustainable growth strategy, managing a seven-figure relationship, and using your experience to secure new partners and account manage existing ones to a high standard.

To be successful as the Corporate Partnerships Manager you will need:

About The Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40-year history. Over the last year support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP. Our challenge now is to retain this interest and ensure we sustain income as we respond to the ongoing emergency and the longer-term health of Palestinians over the coming years. With an ambition to be a £50m organisation in the next five years, the prospect research manager will play a key role in enabling over one million Palestinians to access improved healthcare annually by 2028
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching new major donors, trusts, and corporate prospects, ensuring that all data is accurately managed and compliant with GDPR and data protection laws. You will produce detailed, qualified donor profiles and briefing documents to support prospect meetings and events. Additionally, you will track and report on pools of prospective donors aligned with MAP's strategic priorities, helping to deliver qualified prospects at various giving levels to meet global fundraising targets. You’ll work collaboratively across the organisation to map networks of Trustees, Patrons, and other key ambassadors, while using fundraising analytics to manage the prospect pipeline and present findings to a range of audiences. You will also support the development of a Donor Prospecting Strategy with the Head of Philanthropy, and work closely with the wider fundraising team to maximise opportunities by leveraging CRM data and providing insights into warm supporters from other income streams.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of major donor, trusts, and corporate fundraising, and experience in philanthropy, fundraising practices, and donor motivations. You will be skilled in conducting in-depth research on high-net-worth individuals, company directors, and family trusts, ensuring compliance with GDPR, data protection, and charity law. You will have experience producing detailed donor reports and profiles and be comfortable using fundraising databases or CRMs. Strong analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to synthesise data and identify trends that support strategic decision-making.

With experience in managing a portfolio of potential donors and prioritising your work, you’ll be organised and results driven. Duties and key responsibilities
Prospect Research and Reporting
- Identify new prospective Major Donors, Trusts, and Corporates, ensuring that data is well managed.
- Produce detailed, qualified profiles for existing prospects and donors, ensuring that all relevant data is captured on the database appropriately and in compliance with GDPR and data protection laws. Producing briefing documents for the purpose of prospect approaches in advance of meetings and special events.
- Build, track and report on pools of prospective donors for each of MAP’s strategic priorities, ensuring delivery of qualified prospects at various gift levels, to meet global fundraising ambitions.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation on a networking mapping exercise of Trustees, Patrons and other ambassadors of MAP.
- Ensure that the informed evaluation of fundraising analytics is used to effectively manage the prospect pipeline,applying up-to-date tools and research methods (including data mining and modeling). Presenting this analysis's results through various formats (including written reports and presentations) for a range of audiences.
- Work with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships to develop a Donor Prospecting Strategy.
Cross Team working
- Work closely with the Philanthropy team and other colleagues to maximise all opportunities and support a dynamic, successful, and professional team.
- Use information from the CRM to identify our warmest supporters from other income streams, providing insight and light research as necessary in collaboration with the wider fundraising team.
Person Specification
Knowledge / experience
- Experience / good understanding of major donors, trusts, and corporate fundraising.
- Experience with and understanding philanthropy principles, fundraising practices, donor motivations and wealth indicators.
- Experience in conducting structured background research on high-net-worth individuals, Company Directors, and/or family Trusts and Foundation boards and the ability to gather and effectively disseminate information from the public domain whilst adhering to GDPR, Data protection regulations and IoF and charity law.
- Experience producing accurate reporting on research on donors and creating in-depth profiles of existing and prospective donors.
- Experience using a database/CRM in a fundraising capacity.
- Experience of prospect research globally – including but not limited to the US and UAE is desirable.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Grants Manager to lead and expand our income from trusts, foundations, and grantmakers. 1. JOB PURPOSE
AKF(UK) Partnerships Managers are part of the Global Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) Partnerships team tasked with identifying and cultivating new funding partnerships and strengthening existing ones to support our strategic goals. They engage with European and Asian government, foundation, and corporate donors to mobilise resources for ten multisector profit and not-for-profit agencies of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) operating across Asia and Africa. In addition, Partnership Managers are responsible for a portfolio of select grants implementing across AKDN themes and geographies in close collaboration with field units, global teams, and our partners.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
4.1 Securing resources
- Coordinate, facilitate, and lead the development, review, and quality assurance of expressions of interest, concept notes and full proposals for funding opportunities;
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as with donors, partners, and consortia to facilitate project design, align proposal and donor requirements, gather required legal and administrative documentation, and draft sections of proposals as needed;
- Coordinate processes of contracting and negotiation, engaging relevant stakeholders, and ensuring contracts ‘get over the line’ in a timely and efficient way;
- When needed, provide direct hands-on support at field level in design of concept notes, proposals, and budgets and conduct donor or field visits to support discussions with new and existing donors/partners;
- Contribute to management systems, such as the Award Information Management System (AIMS).
4.2 Grant management
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of grants through regular interface and coordination with AKF(UK)’s partnerships team, AKF(UK)’s finance team and relevant AKF/AKDN agencies/field units, acting as a central resource for field units in donor best practice;
- Interface with donors and communicate on a regular basis about the implementation of on-going grants to ensure strong, enduring relationships;
- Ensure strong relationship cultivation throughout the grants cycle, anticipate, and plan for future funding and project extensions;
- Oversight, coordination, review, and quality assurance of donor deliverables (e.g. work plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, staffing plans, budgets, close-out plans, donor troubleshooting);
- Ensure adherence with donor requirements, rules, and regulations, and that grant deliverables are produced on time and to a high standard;
- Coordinate contractual amendments, changes, and project adaptations, engage with donors in a pro-active and diplomatic way, and flag potential changes (e.g. budget revisions, extensions, risks) in advance to ‘trouble shoot’ and ensure smooth project implementation;
- Facilitate grant monitoring efforts including routine coordination meetings, donor steering committees, donor project visits, and donor monitoring missions;
- Undertake coordination and administrative tasks related to grants and support the maintenance and update of grant management tools and tracking systems such as AIMS.
4.3 Donor engagement and positioning
- Support the partnership unit in researching, sourcing relevant information, and performing analysis of market trends on new donors, peer organisations, and funding opportunities to identify potential funding and partnering matches for AKF and AKDN priorities;
- Work with country teams, AKDN agencies, and the Global Programmes Team (GPT) to identify, build, and support strategic partnerships on aligned global and regional initiatives, innovations and themes with likeminded donors and partners;
- Develop positioning materials (e.g. presentations, capability statements, briefs, talking points), collaborating with communications teams, to enable effective donor engagement;
- Engage with new and existing donors and partners to identify solicited and unsolicited funding opportunities;
- Guide teams to make informed, effective decisions on which opportunities to pursue (including ‘Go No-Go’ requests);
- Identify, cultivate, and pre-position with partner organisations to form or join consortia focused funding bids;
- Conduct due diligence on new partners in coordination with finance and partnerships teams.
4.4 Influencing development and communicating practical lessons and results
- Support the influencing of the development sector by convening and participating at events (e.g. conferences, roundtables, policy forums) to share lessons, innovations and knowledge about our programmes that position us as ‘thought leaders’;
- Engage communications teams to identify opportunities and support the development of content (e.g. social media campaigns, videos) that promote AKF and AKDN’s work and position us as ‘partners of choice’ in the sector. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Deputy Regional Director of Partnerships or Regional Director of Partnerships.

- Experience in developing and writing donor proposals and arguments, business cases, concept papers, briefs, executive summaries, as well as coordinating multiple inputs from a variety of sources, and simultaneously managing a variety of relationships;
- Experience developing budgets and business plans;
- Proven success in managing grants in complex organisations with numerous stakeholders.

You will help secure income to enable us to progress our theory of change ambitions around emergency food provision, resolving underlying issues leading to Foodbank use and driving forward early intervention to prevent crisis.
You will build on our current track record of using our compelling and inspiring story to grow our annual income and create multi-year financial stability.
Through this new part-time role, you will proactively create relationships and secure income from corporate partners, grant/trust applications and major individual donors.
Your fundraising expertise will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual income targets and KPIs.
You’ll have the ability to successfully engage and attract funding and donations from new and existing supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage and build relationships with prospective corporate donors, successfully ensuring them as funding partners
- Identify and prioritise a pool of potential Trusts and Foundations funders for Hammersmith and Fulham Foodbank and, working with colleagues, you’ll develop authentic, compelling, creative and winning funding bids
- Identify and develop local opportunities to network with potential major donors.

- Strong experience of corporate partner fundraising
- Established experience of successful applications to grant-giving trusts and foundations and be able to craft compelling and winning funding proposals.

The Role
As Head of Fundraising and Communications you will be responsible for building the brand of KEMP Hospice across the Wyre Forest and you will be responsible for setting and delivering an ambitious fundraising strategy and achieving income targets in line with objectives. You will manage a lovely fundraising and communications team. You will also be instrumental in maximising income from individual giving, legacy giving, corporate fundraising, community fundraising, fundraising events and trusts & foundations, and lottery.
You will ensure that there is a good stewardship plan in place for donors as well as work closely with the Communications team to develop an integrated communications strategy to raise the charity's profile and support fundraising efforts. You will also oversee the creation of high-quality content to be used across various platforms, including the website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and annual reports.
About You
You will have had proven experience in a fundraising role as well as experience in managing a team. You will also have be able to demonstrate experience in communications and/or understand a wide range of communication techniques. You will also be experienced in implementing and devising a stratergy across multiple income streams.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to secure new corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team to drive Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking, prospecting, and stewardship. Over 55,000 men are diagnosed every year in the UK with testicular, prostate, or penile cancer. Orchid is the UK’s leading charity working in the area of male-specific cancers.
