Purpose of this role YMCA Thames Gateway offers support and accommodation to young people in need and children in care. The service aims to help young people develop the skills and knowledge to be able to live independently and improve their life chances. Job Summary

The role plays a leading part in delivering sales growth to meet the annual financial targets of the Sales & Marketing directorate of Workplace Training & St John Ambulance Supplies. The key objective is to build long term sustainable relationships in both virtual and face to face with major customers and to develop existing customers to drive growth and achieve sales revenue targets in both First Aid and Health & Safety markets for both training products/supplies. (NAE Reseller Domestic and International, and NAE Supplies will be just for Supplies). In addition, the post holder will identify and win new customers through targeting high profile corporate prospects for training and supplies from both commercial and public sectors throughout the territory. To plan & successfully roll out new products/systems prioritising customers as required as these come to market.

About You: 

 To be successful in this role, you will be educated to a degree level, qualified Barrister or Solicitor of England & Wales with at least 3 years post qualification experience and current practising certificate, solid experience of Commercial Property Law and Practice and resourcefulness to develop solutions to complex legal or regulatory challenges.

Prepare, review and negotiate complex and routine Commercial Property transactions involved with the disposal of a significant commercial property portfolio via public auction or private treaty. 

Obtain s119 reports and liaise with relevant professionals eg. surveyors to achieve best value for these properties; Liaise with external counsel, draft, review and negotiate contracts; leases, licences, transfer deeds, deeds of surrender and similar documents (with Senior Commercial Property Solicitor’s guidance) 

Analyse title documents and legal descriptions of property; prepare reports on title; prepare completion statements and invoices; prepare Land Registry applications.

Kate's Home Nursing is a local charity, with a team of dedicated nurses providing a Hospice at Home nursing service for people at the end of their lives. Our team is passionate, skilled and dedicated and the feedback we receive daily tells us how much people value our service.

The Fundraiser is responsible for income generation from all available sources and for increasing awareness of the charity.

Main duties and responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the Fundraising Strategy, for approval by the CEO and Trustees, ensuring it’s then taken up and executed.
• Setting, together with the CEO and Trustees, and managing the fundraising budget.
• Overall responsibility for fundraising events and campaigns, including creating, organising, attending and all follow up actions.
• Recruit sponsors and volunteers for fundraising purposes, maintaining the database for these, being responsible for induction and training.

The role 

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a small but highly effective charity Fundraising and Partnerships team, generating income to deliver initiatives that will make a real impact on the lives of vulnerable energy consumers?

We have experienced an exponential growth in income from public fundraising leading to an increased awareness of fuel poverty. To build on this success and maintain increased unrestricted income from a wider fundraising mix, we are recruiting a Fundraising Officer to join our knowledgeable and caring team. 

The new Fundraising officer will join a small, friendly, but hardworking team who raise funds from a variety of sources including trust and foundations, corporate partnerships, major donors, events and community fundraisers and individual giving.

What you will need to succeed 

You will have a strong knowledge of fundraising and income generation, and you will play a major part in significantly increasing income growth. Reporting into the Fundraising Manager, you will be a motivated and talented Fundraising Officer who will help us grow our unrestricted income and expand our pool of donors.

You will be required to lead your own portfolio of work, researching and identifying potential new funders, submitting applications and pitching for partnerships and support, as well as building strong relationships with donors.

You should have demonstrable experience of working in a Fundraising role, with the ability to cover the whole spectrum of fundraising duties, thinking strategically and working operationally. 

Your base location is negotiable, but you will be expected to travel across England, Wales and Northern Ireland with overnight stays as required.

Hybrid and home working is subject to necessary H&S and GDPR checks. Post holders must be resident within the UK and be able to provide their Right to Work in the UK. Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be subject to a Basic DBS check.  

We are offering:  

• £29,778 to £34,546 per annum (Scale 6 - SO1, Points 18 – 25) plus London weighting of £3,300 if applicable. New appointments will usually begin at the starting point of the scale.  

• 11½% non-contributory pension. 

• 25 days annual leave plus 3 additional days in between Christmas New Year Period when our offices close; plus, all public holidays per annum for full time staff, pro-rata for part time staff.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our Information Systems Team managing technical projects and supplier relationships. You’ll manage technology projects across Samaritans central services, 200+ branches and virtual hubs.

You’ll be critical to our ambitious plans in the progression of technology to help us be there for those who need us across multi-technical channels, including driving improvements in project management and delivery of multiple concurrent information technology related projects, including but not limited to our Samaritans Listening Centre, our Service Desk system, Asset Management, and our Staff telephony system.​

Line Management of a Business Systems Administrator you’ll drive forward advances in our use of technology to greatly improve the experiences for our volunteers, who in turn can provide a better service to our callers.

You’ll work alongside various stakeholders to support them deliver exciting and new services, including further developing the ability of volunteering at home, project management and delivery of new Halo ITSM service desks at all organisational levels, and coordinate multiple technical teams to deliver new branches and hubs across all systems as part of our ambitious Service Expansion Programme.

This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery and reach of our services enables us to together make a real difference in our life saving battle for suicide prevention.

Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are seeking to recruit an individual who displays a flexible approach, excellent communication skills and is an effective team player.

Position: SIT39 Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)

Contract: This is a fixed term contract for 12 months

The Role

This role working as part of a development team, is to deliver a new Dynamics 365 CRM environment as part of a greenfield migration project from on premise. The role will also work to integrate the new platform into other data sources including another Dynamics 365 CRM environment.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:

· Dynamics CRM 365 - Participate in design sessions with other members of the development team & key business users. Defining architecture/solution design.

· Dynamics CRM 365 - Development of new products/services within the platform as defined from architectural / solution design, change requests and project requirements.

· Dynamics CRM 365 - Maintenance of security within the platform, products, services & data.

· Power Platform – Development of custom apps using Power Apps, Azure function and connectors.

· Power Platform – Development of automation, of manual tasks & processes using power automate.

About You

· Significant direct experience of systems development

· Significant exposure to developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics SharePoint Integration & other Microsoft Technologies

· Experience of Migration Projects – Premise to Cloud

· Significant experience to the software development lifecycle, databases, structures, & coding techniques

· Good experience of integrating third party products, plugins, connectors, data flows in systems

· Solid experience of developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces

· Technical Expertise:  Dynamics CRM 365 & Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
