This role of Reinvestment and Retrofit Works Project Manager is essential to improving our housing stock quality and reducing carbon emissions. Other Key Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Senior Project Manager in ensuring refurbishment/retrofit programmes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and programme schedules.
• Overseeing the design, procurement, and delivery of refurbishment/retrofit projects.
• Build relationships with partner organisations, including the GLA, Homes England, and Local Authorities.
• Managing projects and contracts for reinvestment/retrofit initiatives.
• Contributing to organisational strategies in reinvestment, safety, PIE (psychologically informed environments), and sustainability.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

About you

To succeed you should demonstrate the below:

• Qualified in the built environment (RIBA, RICS, CIOB) with experience managing reinvestment and retrofit programmes, budgets, and stakeholders (e.g., QS, Architect, Contractor), ideally in social housing or local authority.
• Skilled in financial appraisal, risk management, value-driven efficiency, and transformational change.
• Experience in design development, environmental standards, and working with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, and Designers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced project management expertise or certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
• Knowledge of funding applications for retrofit and decarbonisation projects, and construction/technical expertise, including JCT, Building Regulations, and related legislation.

Overall, you will be ready to work collaboratively in a forward-thinking environment where your expertise is valued. In addition, a range of support and training initiatives will be put in place to assist the successful applicant in the delivery of this role.

The Systems Manager oversees, develops and maintains our internal central systems, in particular the CRM system, Podio. They act as a champion of good use of systems and processes and their value in helping us become more effective as a charity.

They will support our senior leadership team in identifying and mitigating risk where it relates to systems. They will be a source of advice to team members in relation to our systems. About the Role

This is more than a coaching role—it’s a chance to lead, inspire and empower a team of fundraisers to make a real difference. Working closely with the F2F Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for improving the performance, motivation and overall success of MSF UK’s Face-to-Face Private Site fundraising team. By ensuring the highest ethical and professional standards, you will help secure life-saving funding and drive MSF’s mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and Develop Fundraisers: Lead from the front, providing hands-on coaching, training and mentorship to enhance skills and confidence.
• Maximise Performance and Impact: Monitor results, set targets and implement strategies to help fundraisers thrive.
• Lead with Passion: Be a role model by demonstrating powerful, ethical fundraising techniques that engage and inspire donors.
• Champion Ethical Fundraising: Ensure MSF’s fundraising aligns with safeguarding policies, GDPR and ethical standards.
• Build a Supportive and Motivated Team Culture: Foster an environment where fundraisers feel empowered, supported and driven to succeed.
• Logistical and Site Management: Assist in securing top-quality private fundraising sites, planning schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
• Shape the Future of the Team: Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding and developing new fundraisers.
• Drive Quality and Accountability: Organise mystery shopping exercises and performance reviews to uphold excellence.
• Step into Leadership When Needed: Deputise for the Operations Coordinator when required to ensure continuity and success.

As the Senior Virtual Products Executive, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and delivery of mass fundraising products. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll drive ambitious targets, co-create and implement robust marketing and recruitment plans, and introduce innovative ideas to enhance participant engagement.

You’ll take ownership of product performance and budgets, ensuring we hit our KPIs and maximise fundraising income. By partnering with external agencies and internal stakeholders, you’ll deliver first-class supporter journeys and use data and insights to continuously optimise product performance.

About the roles:

Camden’s Integrated Drug and Alcohol service is offering an incredible opportunity for individuals with lived experience of homelessness and/or substance use to join a pioneering team supporting others in their recovery journey. With one year of funding secured, we are seeking two passionate and dynamic individuals to take on specialist roles, based at both treatment sites and within Camden hostels. These roles will also involve working alongside the In-reach team and the Specialist Women’s team, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the lives of clients by helping to shape and enhance services for those who need them most. You will be a familiar, trusted face, guiding clients through their recovery journey, empowering them to access treatment and overcome barriers, while contributing your own insights to ensure services are truly supportive and accessible.

In these roles, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in trauma informed interventions, working alongside expert practitioners to transform how clients experience treatment. The focus is on creating safe, welcoming spaces for individuals to seek help without fear of further harm or trauma, while also engaging in meaningful activities that inspire positive change in their lives. You will be pivotal in supporting Camden’s hostel pathway clients, helping them not only access treatment but also discover the strength within themselves to rebuild their lives. • An individual with a lived experience of substance misuse as well as experience of accessing Treatment and Recovery services.
• An understanding of the principles of planned support and working with vulnerable people.
• An understanding of the principles underlying a quality and customer focussed service with the proven ability to empower service users.
• The ability to be self-motivating, work under pressure and manage time effectively, prioritising different areas of work according to need.
• Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organisational requirements and work outside of office hours on occasion.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work on own initiative, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards.
