We are looking to hire a Digital Manager to join our small but highly effective team. As the Digital Manager, you will play a vital role in driving and managing the delivery of our digital transformation strategy, working with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance our digital tools like our Volunteer Matching Platform, and achieving better engagement with the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy: Contribute to the development of our digital strategy to enhance user engagement, improve platform performance and support our overall goals

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Programmes, Volunteering, Partnerships) to understand their digital needs and translate them into actionable digital strategies. Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Support Management of Programme Data: Support data-driven programme design, delivery and measurement of impact across programmes and services through digital solutions, data collection and analysis

Analytics and Impact Measurement: Configure analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Salesforce Analytics) to track the performance of digital marketing channels and provide actionable insights to the Marcomms team for campaign optimisation and stakeholder reporting

CRM Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and optimisation for fundraising, communications and stakeholder engagement

Website Management: Manage the Media Trust website (built on WordPress), ensuring it is updated, functional, accessible, optimised for performance, SEO and user experience

Agency Management: Coordinate with external website and CRM agencies, ensuring timely delivery of projects, troubleshooting and alignment with our organisational objectives

Line Management: Manage the Digital Coordinator, providing guidance, support and performance management to ensure effective delivery of our digital priorities
Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), including customising workflows, reports and integrations

Hands-on experience managing websites (ideally WordPress), including familiarity with plugins, SEO best practices and web analytics

Demonstrable experience of working with external agencies to manage website and CRM development

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within tight budgets

About this role:
Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the Communications and Policy Manager will support SIB’s track record of sector, government and media engagement, notably the high standard of publication set through its media partnerships with Tortoise and the Financial Times, its contributions to the policy landscape in the social sector, and its in-house data analysis and insight generation. This new post will contribute to SIB’s ongoing communications and policy work and its reach and influence.
Key responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of a comprehensive plan for our communications and policy activity, combining ongoing promotional communications, specific activities for funds and programmes, and proactively generated content and opportunities to influence
2. Co-ordinating with SIB partners in developing and delivering communication work, on major projects such as the Youth Investment Fund, the Recovery Loan Fund and the Enterprise Development Programme; ensuring that it is powered by data and customer insight of the highest quality
3. Keeping track of policy developments in areas of strategic importance to SIB, notably in social investment, youth, community energy and infrastructure investment. Writing briefings on key policy developments related to SIB’s strategic priorities, proactively identifying opportunities to further our policy agenda; also researching and preparing responses for relevant external consultations, using SIB data and evidence
4. Identifying, cultivating and maintaining relationships and partnerships with key policy, research and communications stakeholders
5. Attending and providing oversight to the Social Investment Forum, as part of SIB’s secretariat and hosting
6. Writing, editing and producing engaging and relevant content at pace for web, social media and e-newsletters, as well as earned and paid channels

The Child Brain Injury Trust was originally set up by a group of medical professionals. The organisation has evolved over the years and is now the leading UK organisation supporting families and professionals affected by childhood acquired brain injury. As Head of our Brain Injury Service, you will be joining the charity at an exciting time, as we have just launched our new five-year strategy – Elevating families, enriching futures. The strategy is our most exciting yet as we look to increase our reach and embed 4 key areas of support: early intervention (currently we work in major trauma centres and specialist hospitals across the UK), community inclusion, educational services and virtual support. This role will support the delivery of Alzheimer’s Society’s online Dementia Support Forum service and wider Online Communities initiatives. The role involves working with Online Community Assistants and Coordinators to ensure effective day-to-day operation of the service which could include offering support directly to a service user, handling queries that come through via our mailbox, or working on projects to help develop the support that we offer.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to one of our Alzheimer’s Society offices. This role is full-time, 35 hours per week, and the successful candidate will need to be able to work every Saturday and Sunday as well as three days during the week. We can be flexible in terms of which three days during the week you work.
You will:
- Support the delivery of the Dementia Support Forum service (including on weekends), working closely with colleagues to review community activity, handle live issues, and provide clear handover communication to the rest of the team
- Support our volunteer moderators and hosts, who are geographically dispersed and work from home, acknowledging their contributions, offering support and handling their queries in an empathetic manner
- Support Online Community Coordinators in responding to requests and enquiries about the service, building effective working relationships with colleagues from other departments and directorates
- Maintain a watching brief on community discussions and take necessary action to respond to inappropriate content, and moderate in line with our terms and conditions
- Assist with the management of conflict among community members
- Support the effective collection of service data from multiple sources including community discussions, emails, the community software platform and Google Analytics
About you
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with experience or training in community management, online content moderation, or digital communications. It would be desirable if you had an understanding of dementia and the needs of people affected by dementia.
You will:

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an amazing fundraiser to join our Church and Christian Engagement team. The heart of our work centres around engaging and inspiring Churches and Christians to join us- through regular giving, one off donations, action and prayer. Whether in churches, at festivals or events you will be sharing World Vision’s work around the world helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. You will be a confident communicator, a sharer of stories, a focused fundraiser.
You will join a team working across various fundraising and engagement activities throughout the year. You will build and manage your own caseload of external relationships across the UK, combining face-to-face, online and telephone work, to connect with churches and individuals. Using our existing resources, you will offer people the opportunity to join us- whether through sponsoring a child, donating to our work in emergencies, using our discipleship resources or praying for our work around the world.
In this team, we love that each day is different - from online meetings with longstanding church supporters, to meeting new audiences at Christian festivals, or on the road supporting our work on tour with an event partner. As a key member of the team, you'll be confident managing your own workload within the context of our wider team plans, working together with colleagues in wider teams to bring our work alive. You will have an eye for detail and fantastic relationship-building skills. You'll be confident working to targets, and excited about sharing World Vision’s work with new and existing donors.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Confidently building connections with churches and their leaders towards engaging with World Vision’s work, creating opportunities for individual giving or gifts from the church community.
- Using existing resources, campaigns and engagement tools to engage churches and individual Christians to support our work.
- Build a caseload of engaged church contacts to meet or exceed annual fundraising & acquisition goals, managing your time & workload.
- Ensure churches are on the correct supporter journey for their level of engagement, using appropriate touchpoints (telephone, email, meetings, hand written notes etc) to intelligently engage with key contacts. Maintenance of records, use of CRM system, monthly reporting on income and financial management including making sure gifts are properly allocated.
- Sharing WV’s work through in an audience appropriate way, including (but not limited to) presentations to church leaders, speaking in church services, or other external opportunities. Making a clear and compelling ask.
- Attending events (online and in person) to connect with individuals and leaders as a member of the WV team.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple projects/pieces of information and form them into well-ordered activity plans and be able to prioritise.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Safeguarding professional, with a strong interest in protecting adults at risk and children from harm, within the wider Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Community?
Based within our Helpline Services team, you’ll have responsibility for:
