Main responsibilities:
- Provide admin and operational support to the Fundraising Team
- Accurately record and manage data using the Salesforce CRM system.
- Ensure that fundraisers and supporters get timely correspondents by email or phone.
- Inspire supporters through innovative new stewardship ideas, sending out relevant materials and offering support and advice to enhance their event/fundraising.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing supporters, helping them to exceed their fundraising targets and inspiring them to become life-long supporters.
- Update all event portals with fundraising details and complete the registration process on time.
- Monitor and input data from various fundraising platforms onto our Salesforce database to ensure accurate reporting on income from events/fundraising.
- Take ownership of fundraising tracker to ensure first class stewardship is provided to all supporters.
- Supporting community-based fundraising volunteers and groups.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising and marketing team to ensure that email templates, cards and certificates remain up to date and relevant to our audiences.
- Work with the fundraising team to identify ways to surprise and delight our fundraisers and ultimately build long term relationships with a consistent approach.

About this key role
Our successful candidate will coordinate bookings for London and South-East regional projects and oversee staff members that deliver facilitation sessions and volunteers, plus monitor deliverables for all designated projects, escalating to managers any barriers to deliverables being met. You will also be expected to line manage facilitators and volunteer staff members, providing regular supervisions and daily contact, advice, and guidance, and to oversee their movements, personal development plans, and ensure staff receive appropriate training to further their development.

The Activities and Move on Coordinator is responsible for managing and promoting Look Ahead's move on pathway across the RBKC complex needs service and also ensuring there is regular activities across all of our services that will not only build on residents' life skills but also enhance co-production within our services. The post holder will be responsible for sourcing accommodation in the private rented sector - liaising with landlords and sourcing new move on routes for resident. The post holder will also be responsible for sourcing funding for activities both internal an externally and working with residents across our services to ensure that the activities ran are done so in a co-produced way. This will also involve liaising with and establishing relationships with agencies outside of the organisation with whom we can form joint working relationships that will help with us developing life skills and enhancing the residents experience when it comes to co-produced activities available to participate in within our services.

Purpose of The role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic team. This role will support the development of a community hub attached to our charity retail “ReStore” in Romford—the first of its kind in the UK. Globally, over 1,000 ReStores operate with the mission of upcycling unwanted home materials to support low-income households and promote a circular economy.
Beyond being a retail space, our ReStore aims to become a community hub offering additional targeted activities and services to those most vulnerable to housing insecurity. Our pilot programme will focus on supporting women recovering from domestic abuse or trafficking. These women will access free essential goods from the store, and benefit from workshops and courses such as upholstery, upcycling, art therapy, employability, confidence-building, and practical life skills.

Person Specification
You will play a key role in developing and implementing community hub services and outreach efforts. Duties and Responsibilities
