This role is responsible for the delivery of content production through creative development, planning, production, evaluation and measurement of Battersea's content to achieve Brand, Marketing and organisational objectives.
We are looking for someone to:
- Support the Content Manager by implementing our content approach in day-to-day operations – managing production workflows, maintaining quality standards, and reporting on content performance and effectiveness.

- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and a working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Microsoft 365 applications. An understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals would be an advantage

Join the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) as our E-learning Project Manager for the Radiology Integrated Training Initiative (R-ITI) — and help shape the future of radiology education across the UK and beyond.
We’re redeveloping one of the most respected radiology e-learning programmes in the world — R-ITI — and we need a driven, strategic and organised Project Manager to bring it to life.
In this 18-month fixed-term role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Development Manager, the Learning Technologist and the e-learning faculty comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – who are doctors) while undertaking the project to relaunch these essential resources on our new Learning Management System (LMS).
You’ll not only be supporting radiologists in their professional development but you’ll also play a key role is helping ensure the offering is financially sustainable, enabling us to reinvest in growing our influence and impact globally.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the entire life cycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment, from establishing SME groups to review and update content, to working with learning technology colleagues to produce and publish them on time and within budget on RCR’s LMS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives and provide support to the working groups whilst they redevelop the modules.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Be responsible for overall quality control of newly developed content by working collaboratively with SMEs and learning technology colleagues to create accurate, engaging and effective e-learning content for our members.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, internal or externally sourced e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
- Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support, troubleshooting queries and ensuring strategically sound decisions are made.
- Manage project budgets and promptly report any potential spending variances to the Learning Development Manager.

The Health Collective is one of our central campaigns. It has emerged out of the urgent need to close the health gap for women from marginalised communities and is made up of and led by grassroots organisations, representing women’s voices from every marginalised community in our society.
The Health Collective Community Manager will be responsible for managing the development, expansion, and sustainability of the Health Collective.
This role will focus on managing and growing the existing community of members, organising and facilitating regular meetings, content creation for the Health Collective, coordinating the development of a unique identity for the group, and establishing an online community forum.
The role will also involve coordinating training sessions, events, and communication between the Collective and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing community that empowers women and promotes health equality.

We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional with at least five years’ experience marketing key initiatives for a recognised public institution or national brand. You’ll be hands-on, and equally comfortable planning campaigns and creating content yourself, with an excellent editorial eye across our different channels and a strong understanding of what drives public engagement.
You must be:
- A proactive strategist and executor, who is experienced in marketing a wide range of projects including ideally events to the public.
- Skilled in creating compelling marketing content across our owned channels.
- Experience of delivering effective advertising campaigns including liaising with suppliers, designers, photographers etc.
- An experienced marketeer - and experience of working in a cultural, charity, military or public organisation would be particularly desirable.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will help to deliver our marketing strategies and day-to-day output across our digital platforms including social media, website and e-comms and our Smile TV online viewing channel for families.
You will play a key role driving social media growth with responsibility for developing and posting creative content and managing interactions across our social media platforms, ensuring that we remain consistent in terms of brand and tone.
