The Individual Giving Manager plays a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the people we support by developing and delivering an exceptional Individual Giving programme alongside our Fundraising Director. Currently generating around 35% of our annual fundraised income, this programme is a critical engine powering our mission to unlock the connection between people and the planet for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health problems.

What you’ll bring to the role:

·Evidence of working at manager level to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies.

·Proven track record in increasing income through donor acquisition and retention.

·Evidence of achieving annual fundraising targets, maintaining an acceptable ROI, and managing budgets.

·Experience of leading the creative development of Individual Giving propositions and developing fundraising products.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to be based either within corridors of Midlands to London or Manchester to York. You will be a home worker with some travel to attend team meetings and visit our communities in Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, Yorkshire, and Worcestershire.

The role is permanent, ideally working 30hrs per a week which can be worked flexibly across 4 or 5 days within our operational hours.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing campaign for our BHF charity lottery, 'The Weekly Flutter'. 

Working with our media agency and third-party agency suppliers, this role will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimisation of mass scale, omni-channel marketing, and fundraising campaigns and marcomms within the overall BHF integrated media plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise new customer acquisition for BHF’s flagship weekly lottery, 'The Weekly Flutter' enhancing online sign-ups and optimising Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Strategically own and optimise digital initiatives (Social Media, Digital Display, Pay-Per-Click) to achieve ambitious acquisition and income targets.
• Define and implement strategic frameworks that improve the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring compelling and impactful engagement for sustained support.
• Lead the development of innovative lottery and gaming offerings, partnering with Marcomms to create seamless, engaging integrated campaigns.

About You: 

As our ideal candidate, you'll bring extensive and demonstrable marketing experience in designing, developing, and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing plans that deliver successful commercial outcomes, particularly in new customer acquisition and fundraising/income growth. 

With excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in a fast-moving, effective marketing team, you'll have experience in paid media planning and optimisation across a full range of marketing channels. You will be adept at prioritising and managing multiple complex projects, with strong skills in data utilisation, manipulation, and analysis across various media. 

Highly numerate, with experience managing large budgets, you'll possess extensive marketing skills, a full understanding of different marketing approaches, and the ability to use marketing to secure support across a broad range of channels. Additionally understanding of the gambling and/or gaming market, including the regulatory framework and supporting processes to ensure compliance and legal adherence, would be advantageous.

This is fixed term contract covering family leave until 31 May 2026.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office.

About this role

The Global Account Manager position will drive the GSK/Amref Health Africa strategic partnership. You will play an integral role in the management of GSK-funded programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective monitoring, and excellent stewardship of the GSK account. You will be responsible for providing overall quality assurance and oversight for projects and grants/contracts within the GSK portfolio, and for managing related risks and contractual compliance.

This position will build relationships with Amref Headquarters (HQ) and Country Office (CO) teams to ensure co-creation of GSK programmes, taking into account community and Ministry of Health needs, as well as partnership objectives. The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and diversify individual giving income streams. This role will focus on managing and expanding our lottery, regular giving, cash appeals, in memory giving and raffles programs.

NRAS has an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager as we move into a period of expansion of the team and the start of our new 3 year strategy. The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and diversify individual giving income streams. This role will focus on managing and expanding our lottery, regular giving, cash appeals, in memory giving and raffles programs.

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only organisation in the UK specialising in both rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lottery Promotion: 
   • Develop and implement strategies to increase lottery participation and income. 
   • Create and monitor a lapsed lottery journey. 
   • Manage relationships with external lottery providers. 
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices. 
   • Plan and manage raffle campaigns to maximise participation and revenue. 
2. Regular Giving: 
   • Develop and implement strategies to grow our regular giving program. 
   • Manage donor retention and upgrade strategies. 
   • Analyse regular giving performance and optimise programmes based on insights.

3. Cash Appeals: 
   • Plan and execute cash appeal campaigns, including direct mail and digital appeals.

4. In Memory Giving: 
   • Develop and promote in memory giving opportunities. 
   • Promote the use of Tribute Funds and other related products.

   • Lead and implement the individual giving donor journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for supporters at all stages. 
   • Focus on retention and stewardship by maintaining and deepening relationships with existing donors, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the charity’s impact, and encouraging continued support.

With three operational Open Kitchens, our mission is to not only alleviate food insecurity but also to serve with dignity, respect, and care. We are looking for a dynamic Quality Coordinator to join our team and help standardise operations, ensuring consistent high-quality service. Additionally, this role will involve creating a blueprint to facilitate the expansion of Muslim Hands’ Open Kitchens across the UK.

Role Overview:

The Quality Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and consistent delivery of services across our three Open Kitchens. This includes developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to staff training, volunteer engagement, service delivery, and interactions with service users. In addition, the Quality Coordinator will be responsible for designing a scalable operational blueprint that will enable Muslim Hands to expand its network of Open Kitchens across the UK, replicating best practices and maintaining high standards at new locations.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Development and Implementation of SOPs

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key operational areas, including:

Staff training and induction programmes.

Standardising service delivery (e.g., food preparation, hygiene, and presentation).

Volunteer engagement, management, and retention strategies.

Interactions with service users, ensuring dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

Ensure consistency in operations and service quality across the existing three Open Kitchens.

Regularly review and update SOPs to incorporate feedback from staff, volunteers, and service users.

2. Staff Training & Development

Design and deliver a structured staff training programme covering food safety, hygiene, customer service, safe guarding and kitchen operations.

Ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a high-quality service.

Work with the Programmes Manager and other stakeholders to identify and address training needs or gaps in staff performance.

Conduct performance evaluations and ensure continuous development opportunities for staff members.

3. Standardising Service Delivery

Develop and implement service standards that ensure a consistent and positive experience for all service users, regardless of which Open Kitchen they visit.

Establish guidelines for meal preparation, serving protocols, and dining area management.

Introduce service quality audits to assess and ensure the effectiveness of standardised procedures.

Track service delivery performance and guest satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.

4. Volunteer Engagement and Management

Create and implement a volunteer engagement strategy to attract, train, and retain volunteers across all Open Kitchens.

Develop clear role descriptions, training materials, and expectations for volunteers.

Ensure that all volunteers are trained in food safety and service protocols, and understand the mission of Muslim Hands’ Open Kitchen.

Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for volunteers, and develop strategies to foster long-term volunteer relationships.

5. Service User Interactions

Develop guidelines to ensure that all service users are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion in line with the values of Muslim Hands.

Train staff and volunteers on communication, conflict resolution, and cultural sensitivity.

Gather and analyse feedback from service users to continually improve the guest experience.

Establish and maintain protocols for managing difficult situations with service users effectively and with empathy.

6. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

Regularly assess the performance of the Open Kitchens through audits, inspections, and service user feedback.

Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery, staff training, and volunteer engagement.

Recommend and implement changes to SOPs based on assessments and findings.

Work with the Programme Manager and Open Kitchen Coordinator to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and user satisfaction.

7. Blueprint for Expansion

Design a blueprint for setting up new Muslim Hands’ Open Kitchens across the UK, ensuring that they follow the same standards of service and operations.

Document key learnings from the existing Open Kitchens to create a replicable model that can be applied to future locations.

Collaborate with the Programme Manager identify potential new locations and establish expansion plans.

Ensure that the blueprint includes staffing, volunteer management, operational procedures, and compliance with local regulations.

8. Reporting & Communication

Provide regular reports to the Programmes Manager on the status of quality initiatives, SOP implementation, and service delivery.

Document and report on volunteer engagement, service quality audits, and training outcomes.

Ensure transparent communication with staff and volunteers about updates to SOPs, quality standards, and service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Public Health, Non-profit Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, operations coordination, or programme management, ideally within a non-profit or food service setting.

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and service quality standards.

Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, training programmes, and quality audits.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and engage staff and volunteers.

Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects across different locations.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems.

Work Context

· The post is based in Nottingham and will involve regular travel to three Open Kitchens and potential new locations, so a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are desired.

Some evening and weekend work may be required to support kitchen operations and events.

The International Organization for Migration in the United Kingdom (IOM UK) delivers a range of programming to support migrants, both in the UK and internationally, including projects focusing on labour migration, migration and development, protection, and community cohesion. 

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (COM) and direct supervision of the Programme Coordinator and in close coordination with the Regional Thematic Specialist  (RTS) at the Regional Office (RO) and relevant Divisions/Departments /Units at Headquarters (HQ), the Senior Project Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing, coordinating and overseeing the activities of the North Africa Migration and Development (NAMAD) project.

The NAMAD project aims to enhance skills and labour market integration for migrant and host communities, and to strengthen protection support for vulnerable migrants, in Algeria, Egypt and Tunisia. Based on the needs in each country context, IOM’s targeted interventions will address specific barriers and gaps by offering a range of skills development training, and by providing tailored humanitarian and protection for migrants in vulnerable situations. This will include provision of shelter, case management, multi-purpose cash assistance to meet basic needs, medical support, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) and legal counselling.

The incumbent will coordinate with country missions in delivery of project activities, monitoring and evaluation also liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to communications, project development and reporting, as well as may represent IOM in external forums and meetings.

About the role

The focus of this role is to grow income from our individual giving programmes across a variety of activities, including general donations, online donations, regular giving, merchandise, in memory giving and legacies.

This will involve managing a small team to plan and deliver a variety of inspiring appeals and campaigns, ensuring they are effective in driving engagement and generating support from both existing and new supporters.

You will ensure all our supporters receive excellent care and stewardship and will collaborate with colleagues in the fundraising team to secure high-value gifts and legacies. You will also support our corporate fundraising initiatives and campaigns and get involved in volunteering events.

JOB TITLE: National Fundraising Manager

LOCATION: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Headquarters – based with regular travel across designated UK regions (including regular overnight stays).

SALARY BAND: Up to £35K depending on experience (mileage reimbursement for travel).

Job Purpose

To lead and manage regional fundraising initiatives around the UK, developing relationships with volunteers, donors, and community groups to maximise income generation and awareness. This role requires a combination of strategic oversight, operational support and hands-on engagement with volunteers and supporters across multiple regions. Ideally the National Fundraising Manager will be present at the charity’s office 1-2 days per week, with the rest of the time dedicated to travel across the UK in support of our extensive volunteer family.
