We are looking for an Integrative Counsellor and a Senior Peer Support Coordinator who have experience of supporting people with grief and loss along with a good understanding of the impact of miscarriage and baby loss.
To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication skills, be empathetic and have the ability to build positive relationships with clients and other professionals working in this field. You will be confident, driven and have the ability to work autonomously.
The Integrative Counsellor will be responsible for assessing new clients into the service. You will have the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of individual clients using appropriate & tailored interventions.
The Senior Peer Support Coordinator will have a good understanding of co-production and peer support with the ability to effectively facilitate group support.

About the role
Our volunteers and tutors are fundamental to TAP’s work and the sessions provided by our volunteers and tutors are key to the impact we have on our students’ outcomes. The volunteering and group tuition function is responsible for all stages of the volunteer and tuition process including recruiting volunteers and group tutors, training and onboarding them and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Volunteers and tutors work online with students in one-hour long sessions, supporting them with either academic studies or providing skills-based coaching.

The part-time Finance Assistant position is a new role created to strengthen the in-house finance operations of the Talbot Village Trust. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will be an integral part of a small, committed team, collaborating with a diverse range of contractors and suppliers, charities and local impact organisations as part of the Trust's vision to support people to live well in south-east Dorset.
The charity's finance function is maintained between the Trust's external estate advisors, who oversee the management of the Trust’s land and properties, and the internal finance team. This role
We are recruiting for a new role providing EA support to the CEO and administrative support across the organisation.

Our Project Coordinator for In-Person activities in Oxford is a key leadership role at the heart of our sociable and fun team. You will coordinate all aspects of our inspiring and unique in-person session programme with six sessions a week spanning gardening to sports, recruit and support our exceptional volunteers, and be the primary contact for them and our community.
Each day as the KEEN Coordinator is very different. In one day, you might be a guest speaker in a local school or business, then running a Zig-Zag dinosaur themed crafts session for our under 10’s, before training new volunteers in adaptations they could use in our young adult’s drama session. On another day you might be in meetings with the local authority about enhancing inclusivity, finalising a KEEN fundraising application and then attending a volunteer social in the evening.

What You'll Do:
As our Relationship Fundraiser, you will:
- Collaborate with your manager and teammates to devise and deliver an annual acquisition and stewardship plan
- Create tools and resources to promote regional fundraising internally and externally
- Support the In Memoriam and In Celebration income streams
- Develop creative approaches to increase income through supporter stewardship and acquisition assets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for both warm and cold audiences
- Work with Locality Impact and volunteers to generate awareness and income opportunities
- Ensure high-quality communication and maintain our relationship database to a high standard

An opportunity has arisen to lead and run our Reachout Youth project, delivering weekly groups for young people aged 13-19 who are experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties. The groups are an informal, fun, confidential space where young people can meet and chat, participate in feel good activities and receive helpful information and tools. There are two groups a week, one on Thursdays in Tunbridge Wells between 4.30pm – 6pm and another in a community venue or a school in Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge, details to be confirmed.
You will have experience of working with young people, and the ability to facilitate groups, plan and deliver creative activities that engage young people and encourage participation. You will have excellent communication and administration skills. We are looking for someone energetic, positive, warm and welcoming, who is able to deal with challenging situations with confidence.
The role is for 13 hours per week, for delivery of the groups, dealing with referrals, client support, planning, administration and supervision. Some flexibility to work from home outside of the groups is possible, although this is an office-based role.

Are you an organised and efficient coordinator who can help us deliver high-quality training to ensure that children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive the education they are legally entitled to?
IPSEA is a national charity that works to ensure that children and young people with SEND receive the educational support they are legally entitled to. Since we were formed in 1983, we have helped to improve the education experience of thousands of children and young people with all kinds of SEND. We do this by providing free and independent legal advice and casework support, undertaking policy work and delivering training on the SEND law framework.
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to coordinate and organise our SEND law training sessions.
About our training
IPSEA’s legal team and training courses set the standard in SEND law education. We run between 10 and 16 courses a month covering a range of SEND law topics for both parents/carers and professionals. In addition, we organise webinars every quarter for parents and carers on current issues we are seeing.
Our training encompasses both spot purchase sessions, which we schedule and offer for individuals to book, and commissioned training, which organisations can arrange specifically for their teams.
Key responsibilities
As the Training Coordinator, you will:
- Organise all our live training events (remote or in person) and handle the administration for each session.
- Coordinate the entire process from timetabling, reserving trainers, managing enquiries, handling website bookings, reserving places, setting up remote training links, and liaising with the finance team.
- Launch virtual training sessions, admit attendees, and address any ad hoc enquiries.
- Seek responses to post-training questionnaires once sessions are complete.
- Manage various online/e-learning courses, including setting up users, managing accounts, uploading updated courses, and reporting to users as required.
We are looking for a good communicator, a team player and someone who is organised and efficient. You will be confident using the telephone, emails and video conferencing and have a professional and friendly communication style. You will be familiar with inputting information into, and extracting data from, excel spreadsheets, know how to manage Zoom and Microsoft Teams and ideally have some knowledge of case management systems.
The role is a full-time position that can be office-based, home-based, or hybrid, with occasional visits to the IPSEA office in Takeley, Essex, or a London venue.

About the Role
The Enhanced Support Service is a multi-disciplinary team who provides person-led, long term support to people experiencing street homelessness and interconnecting needs. People eligible for the service are identified/ referred from The Connection Community (our wider group of service users regularly accessing our day centre). The team have small ‘caseloads’ and support the person from street homelessness to a new home with a community of support.
You will have substantial experience in delivering a person-led, psychologically, gender and culturally informed service to people who are street homeless. You will be excellent at building and strengthening trust in relationships. You will be a problem solver, with a positive attitude towards change and service development.
You will also have the personal credibility to build confidence in the wider community and across partnerships. You will be both strength-based and solution-focused, developing and enhancing the relationships with a commitment to embed coproduction into The Connections services.
