Purpose of job:
Comic Relief is looking for a Digital Fundraising Lead to assume responsibility as the driving force behind our fundraising and engagement strategies. The Digital Fundraising/Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing the Fundraising and Engagement strategies, planning and performance of our digital marketing channels, to deliver ambitious organisational objectives and fundraising growth targets. Key responsibilities:
· Lead the strategy setting and annual planning and budget setting for Comic Relief’s Digital Marketing & Fundraising, including building financial models, developing business cases, monitoring budgets and updating forecasts

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our Special Events Team as Senior Special Events Fundraiser.
We have some exciting events coming up including a reception in October and a high-profile dinner at The Design Museum in November, so we need somebody to come in and hit the ground running. Please note that these events are in the evenings so the role will require some flexibility.

About this role
The Senior Business Development & Fundraising Coordinator will work as part of the Fundraising and business development Team at RedR. Their role is to work across all income streams within business development and fundraising, with a focus on running the business development and fundraising team’s day to day work, supporting the Associate Director of Programmes and Business Development in meeting BD and fundraising targets, draft high quality bids – particularly to institutional funders-, and nurturing relationships individual and corporate donors, as well as trusts and foundations.

About the role
You will join us at an exciting time ahead of launching our new three-year strategy, which puts growing our non-statuary income at its centre. This new role recognises the importance of this work and its impact on our cause.
Our aim is to increase commercial income at Solent Mind by at least 50% over the next three years. The Commercial Manager will generate business analysis, gather market insights, and explore creative new ideas to develop new and increase existing commercial activity across the charity. These insights will feed into business plans and be used to influence and shape operational delivery, increasing both income and surplus levels.
This role is within Solent Mind’s fundraising and external engagement team, working with colleagues across the charity. It is an exciting and dynamic place to work with opportunities to contribute to wider projects and develop your skills.
About you
You’ll be experienced in the analysis and benchmarking of the performance of commercial activity through a review of data such as sales levels, turnover, cost of sales, footfall, and walk patterns, amongst other data sources. You’ll be able to identify new creative ideas for commercial income. You will be experienced in creating clear, actionable business plans for commercial activity while supporting colleagues in the delivery of this plan ensuring sustainability of the commercial income.

Working directly into the Director of Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising the position will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic partnership delivery and fundraising events function for the Street Child/Liberty Global partnership, for which Liberty Global won 'Business of the Year' in the 2021 Third Sector Business Charity Awards. As Green Connections Community Coordinator, you’ll champion and build relationships with communities in Darnall and the S9 area. You will work with the Curator of Natural Sciences to facilitate a programme of activity, for example events, displays, workshops, nature walks or digital content, developed in collaboration with communities. This programme will be inspired by Sheffield’s Natural Science collection and on the theme of climate and environmental crisis.
The Job
The purpose of the job is to:
· Build relationships and liaise with community groups in Darnall and the wider S9 area, in order to increase awareness of and engagement with Sheffield’s collections and museums.
· Work with the Curator of Natural Science to facilitate a programme of activity (for example events, displays, exhibitions, workshops, nature walks, films or other digital outputs) developed in collaboration with communities, inspired by Sheffield’s Natural Science collection and on the theme of climate and environmental crisis.

You will:

· Be responsible for your own safety, the safety of colleagues and visitors, taking all appropriate measures required to maintain the security and safety of collections, buildings and people
· Monitor the activity of volunteers to ensure a high standard of service is provided.
· Be available for out of hours emergency call out at all sites as required.

• To form ongoing working relationships with people who refer members to Sound Minds such as care coordinators, social prescribers, community mental health teams, local psychiatric hospitals, and housing support workers.
• To lead the referral team at Sound Minds to ensure the referral pipeline operates smoothly and fits the needs of prospective members.
• To lead on the pastoral care of our individual members. Working with people to help resolve any ongoing problems around areas such as housing, finance, benefits, access to mental health services, having sufficient food to eat and referring and signposting them on to other services.
• Referring members on to other services and ensuring that the offers of Sound Minds are joined up.
• Leading group sessions to help individuals with their wellbeing and recovery journeys.
