About the role:

This role is responsible for developing and expanding the membership offerings of LFBF, including chartered and corporate memberships, while also overseeing bursaries, scholarships, and awards. The position involves cultivating senior-level relationships with key clients, with Profit & Loss responsibilities for charity funds, and contributing to strategic decisions as part of the Senior Leadership team. Additionally, the role-holder will drive the integration of the Centre for the Study in Financial Innovation (CSFI) into our broader strategy, ensuring alignment and successful implementation.

This is an exciting strategic leadership role which enjoys both the flexibility of hybrid working and flexible part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing strategies to promote LFBF's chartered and membership, while exploring and building new revenue streams.
• Managing and growing relationships with UK and international banks and financial services providers, seeking sponsorships and partnerships to support our objectives.
• Developing a strategy for integrating CSFI into LFBF, including launching and promoting CSFI events and managing its brand through digital channels.
• Identifying and establishing partnerships with educational institutions and organisations to facilitate scholarships, bursaries, internships, and specialist qualifications.
• Leading presentations to secure commercial commitments, gathering market feedback, and contributing to the development of LFBF’s brand identity.
• Taking responsibility for the profit and loss for LFBF’s training arm, LFBF Learning Ltd., and ensuring alignment with LFBF’s strategic growth plans.

You will have:

• Worked in a senior business development role, preferably at Director level.
• Proven experience in successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing and business development plans.
• Demonstrated the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience in developing and managing partnerships with educational institutions, professional bodies, and securing sponsorships for events.
• Previous experience managing a profit and loss statement for a business unit or department.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively manage projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

The Head of Digital Learning (internally known as EdTech Lead) will be a new and pivotal role that will support with the successful implementation of the Digital Academy. This role will sit within the Education and Training Division of Anna Freud but they will entail working closely with senior colleagues from across Anna Freud including the Education and Training Division Leadership team, Closing the Gap Acceleration (CtGA) team and the different Heads of departments. Externally they will liaise with external tech organisations to support procurement of new platforms and they will conduct market research to assess the market, target audience and consumer demand for the various services that might be offered through the Digital Academy.

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced, growing and successful team. They will need to be an experienced professional within the field of educational technology, with a good grasp of learning design and virtual learning platforms, as well as experience of commissioning/procuring digital platforms and a demonstrable ability to undertake market research within both home and international markets. An understanding of working in the charity sector and/or within an education and training environment would be helpful. Experience of undertaking projects centered around children, young people and families, mental health or other health-related/science subjects would be welcomed.

Location

They will make initial contact with people referred into the service, book appointments with members of the team and connect people to local activities and services. This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.

PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.

PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.

As our marketing manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to celebrate our youth community, showcase the impact of our services, and highlight the importance of youth work. You will work closely with our Co-Founder and CMO to evolve our marketing and communications strategy, collaborate with our exciting network of youth workers to capture our activities and outcomes for young people and be responsible for line managing our Social Media Manager to advocate for youth work and elevate young voices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing our digital marketing and content strategies
• Developing our website, SEO and online presence
• Capturing and communicating our news, activities and impact across our service streams
• Showcasing employment and training opportunities to our alumni network
• Conducting interviews and producing case studies in line with qualitative contractual requirements
• Delivering recruitment campaigns to reach young participants for our programmes, events and mentoring services
• Documenting workshops, programmes and events
• Working collaboratively with our delivery teams to collate qualitative data in the form of photos, videos and surveys
• Developing leads processes to grow our network of young people, opportunity providers, volunteers and donors.
• Develop systems to improve tracking of referrals into employment via our website and newsletter campaigns.
• Co-producing new resources for our workshops in collaboration with the delivery and mentoring teams
• Communicating news and updates to Spiral's key stakeholders quarterly
• Showcasing employment, training and further education opportunities to our youth network
• Producing analytics reports, monitoring and reviewing performance across our digital landscape
• Promoting and coordinating events and annual career fairs

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

This is a varied role suitable for candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Marketing Manager position, preferably at a not-for-profit, charitable organisation or an organisation with an education-to-employment focus. This role requires confident communication, consistent content production and collaboration with our exciting team. Prior Line Management experience is also required to lead the development and training of our Social Media Manager supported by our CMO.

The role:
 
As a Young Adult Intervention Coach (YIC), you will be responsible for the assessment and implementation of tailored intervention coaching plans for each at risk young person on your caseload. You will work to achieve progression outcomes for each young person that includes reducing mental, physical, and emotional harm and supporting each young person transition to positive, thriving lifestyle both on a one-to-one basis, and in partnership with other individuals and agencies involved in the lives of each young person.

Your purpose is to identify, disrupt, challenge, and support young people to move out of harm and prevent further involvement in harmful activities. This will involve targeted street work, specialised one to one harm reduction and life skills coaching. 

Alongside this you will work with intervention frontline colleagues in tertiary intervention such as knife and gun crime crisis situations as well as working with partner agencies.

You will have robust frontline experience of working with young people, including experience in engaging, assessing, and delivering interventions designed to support young people to build personal resilience and move away from harm and violence. You will also possess sound risk assessment skills and safeguarding knowledge.  A key component of the job role is case management and knowledge of good practice models, which will underpin their practice, is essential.

Together with our peer mentors, you will be responsible for co-producing a programme of workshops, groups and social activities across our local boroughs, working in partnership with a wide range of external organisations. You will also lead on the recruitment, training and management of a team of fantastic volunteer peer mentors who utilise their own lived experience to support others in the local community.

To meet the needs of the people we support you will need to be a proactive self-starter who is able to work some evenings, weekends and work from a number of our different offices. This position is only open to applicants who identify as male,

Programme

The Support and Advice on Sexual Heath (SASH) programme is a partnership between Turning Point, METRO Charity, London Friend and Naz. We run sexual health support for communities across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea & Westminster boroughs.

We provide free, non-judgemental and confidential support to residents of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster areas, with a focus on sexual health, relationships, mental health and wellbeing.

SASH provides a wide range of services, including counselling, life coaching, one-to-one peer mentoring and peer support groups for people seeking support in relation to reproductive health, chemsex recovery, living with HIV and support around sexual orientation and gender identity.

Role

This role will predominantly focus on health inequalities regarding sexual health, mental health and drug and alcohol misuse. The worker will predominantly work with men, but also LGBTQ+ communities, Black and Asian heritage communities, migrant communities, people living with HIV and sex workers.

This role will involve training peer mentors, as well as coordinating the mentoring and group work programme.

Our peer mentoring programme covers a wide range of areas including:

• Improving mental health
• STI and HIV prevention - testing and diagnosis support
• Living with HIV
• Healthy relationships
• Sexuality and gender
• Fertility, reproductive health and parenting
• Sex and pleasure
• Sex work

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a charity providing vital support to some of
the most deprived members of our community. The Watford and Three Rivers
Refugee Partnership (WTRRP) provides services to refugees, asylum-
seekers and other vulnerable migrants in our area, to improve their well-being and interaction with the local community and services. The Casework Coordinator role will focus on ensuring that asylum seekers and refugees engaging
within our service will receive specialist information, advice and advocacy support.
This role will provide support to clients dealing with key issues of
immigration, housing, welfare and health. You will work alongside a strong
established group of volunteers who currently provide a number of roles within the
organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients who require specialist advice and support, ensuring that cases are progressed effectively, including detailed record-keeping.
• Work effectively with the Committee, Office Manager and caseworker
volunteers to ensure issues are resolved. This includes the running
of regular Case Review meetings and managing the minutes and case
records.
• Offer support and guidance, including training where appropriate, to volunteer
Caseworkers and Befrienders.
• Implementation of our safeguarding policies coordinating with our
Safeguarding Lead.
• Take a lead role in weekly Drop-In sessions on
Tuesdays 11am – 1pm.
• Manage a referral phone line.
• Process enquiries about WTRRP, take referrals for clients and contribute to
regular referral intake meetings, offering triage support and signposting.
• Create links and work effectively with public sector agencies to ensure our clients can access all entitled support in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Create effective referral relationships within the refugee sector and wider
charity sector to ensure our clients have access to high quality and effective
support through specialist agencies and services.

Qualities and skills:
Be able to work on your own initiative and independently, with good
organisational skills and IT knowledge.
Be a team-worker with good communication skills, and should have
experience of casework and of working alongside volunteers. You will have an understanding of
safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.
Have a good understanding of the issues affecting asylum seekers, refugees
and people seeking Leave to Remain and the barriers they face.
Experience in relation to the benefit
system, be able to keep up with law changes as they take place and the impact of these changes on our clients.

Desirable experience:
Experience of advocating on behalf of vulnerable client
groups to ensure that they get fair access to services, including a
knowledge of housing options available and the mechanisms that can
be used to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
Experience of working with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds,
and/or skill in languages.
OISC Level 1 (or higher) qualification or are willing to study for this in the future.

Proposed terms of employment:
• Salary: £27,000-£33,000 depending on experience and qualification
• Duration of contract: two years, extendable
• 37 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work for committee and volunteer support meetings.
• Place of work: WTRRP office, hybrid and outreach which may include appointments in the community.
• Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays including the days
between Christmas and New Year.
