You'll use your skills in relationship building to help raise funds and support for tree planting. You will need a strong experience in corporate relationships and fundraising and have an aptitude for initiating and developing corporate partnerships.

You’ll be working closely with colleagues across ITF to attract and maintain relationships with companies, inspire them to plant trees with ITF and share about the impact their donations are making.  You’ll lead our approaches and negotiations and secure long-term, corporate partnerships in line with ITF’s strategy and values.

Our Social Workers and Manchester Home from Home support families from across the region and beyond, and building relationships with this team is a must.

You'll help develop and deliver inclusive, dynamic people development and culture strategies to drive employee engagement, upskill our people, and manage internal and volunteer communications, ensuring our continued growth.

You'll lead teams specialising in learning, engagement, and volunteer experience. You'll design and deliver a series of interventions that develop our senior leaders, colleagues, and volunteers, enhancing our capability to deliver our strategy. Engagement Lead Health Inequity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with those affected by stroke and those working in stroke, to focus on the health inequity that stroke survivors experience. We are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our leadership team in the South West – specifically Bath & North East Somerset.

The Role

The project has recently been through the research and design phase and is now ready to implement a number of tests to address health inequities experienced by Stroke survivors following their stroke. The project exploration and design has taken a collaborative approach with our NHS colleagues, the Engagement Lead will continue with this approach.

Reporting to the Associate Director for the South West & Channel Islands, the Engagement Lead will:

· Lead and oversee the project tests, measuring the impact with an ability to adapt and flex as the project develops.

· Have responsibility for developing the project with a test and learn approach.

· Hold themselves and those involved to agreed timescales & actions.

· Have responsibility for management of the project budget.

· Lead the engagement work with the NHS & those affected by stroke

· Have line management responsibility for the project Engagement Officer

About You

The post holder will have experience/background in:

· Experience of working in partnership with other organisations, ideally in voluntary, health and social care

· Project management, delivery and impact measurement.

· Strong understanding of systems leadership and influencing principles.

· Knowledge of health and social care systems.

· Strong understanding of health inequity and its impact.

You’ll support our work to reduce suicide by developing and influencing policy and practice at national and local levels. You’ll also support positive, informed engagement with communities and key stakeholders to strengthen the effective delivery of

Samaritans’ policy work in Scotland.

Samaritans Scotland

Join a friendly, supportive, and ambitious staff team in Scotland. Our established Policy and Communications team is working with Scottish Government, MSPs and partners to achieve change and have an impact on suicide risk. There are around 1000 Samaritans volunteers across Scotland working in our 19 branches. These volunteers respond to calls for help every day of the week via telephone, e-mail, text and in person at our branches or at events across Scotland.

We also work with the public and the media to inform them about Samaritans and explain how we can help people find their own way forward. We reach out to groups where there is a high risk of suicide and emotional distress.

We are looking for a well-organised, highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time Youth Worker (Youth Voice), supporting our mission to enable young people who are homeless, facing homelessness or unsafe to achieve independence and positive futures.
The successful candidate will work within the Youth Work Team to deliver our frontline drop-in service and support our weekly and monthly activities to all young people experiencing homelessness.
You’ll specialise in ensuring a diverse range of young people’s voices are heard, facilitating inclusive activities which increase youth participation across all our services and leading on the delivery of our youth forums. We have an ambitious plan to improve and accelerate our youth voice strategy and this role will be at the heart of this delivery.
You should be experienced in designing, planning and facilitating a range of activities and group work with and for young people and be able to work dynamically in a fast-paced day centre environment. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about youth engagement and skilled in bringing out the ideas, voices and opinions of young people to shape service delivery. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in running participatory youth projects, co-production, youth engagement sessions and/or community engagement.
The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working collaboratively across our organisation. This role also includes working closely with our Campaigns, Impact and Policy team to ensure young people’s voices are at the heart of our external campaigning work.
Finally, you will also be committed to the safeguarding of young people and delivering an inclusive and trauma-informed service.

This role will be based at our day centre in Camden, with some travel to other New Horizon projects within London.

About the role and the London Adult Service:

The London Adult Service is a transformational service which aims to provide end-to-end support and casework to victims and witnesses of crime in London. The service is funded by the Mayor's Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) and is a key part of the London criminal justice landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our external interface with our stakeholders. The role will be home-based, but attendance at our London office may sometimes be required for meetings.

As a Digital Engagement and Partnerships Manager you'll:

• Promote the London adult digital services to encourage referrals into the service.
• Oversee the implementation of key digital initiatives, working with partners to ensure a joined up user journey.
• Work with key stakeholders to encourage feedback and continuous improvement of the service.
• Manage the digital elements of the service ensuring operational teams are provided with assistance, for example with developing webinars and online group activities.

This role takes a matrix approach, reporting to the Head of Digital within the Communications and Digital team and also to staff within the London Adult Service.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Has experience developing content for websites, social media and webinars.
• Has experience planning and implementing strategies for improving user experience for digital services.
