Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Youth Voice programme
- Oversee the day to day running of The Mix’s Youth Voice programme, ensuring its alignment with
The Mix’s strategy - Lead the management of a database with 500+ young people, overseeing monthly reporting and
data reviews - Cultivate and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for active youth participation
- Matrix manage a team of dedicated Youth Voice staff leads, providing guidance, support, and
fostering collaboration - Design and deliver Youth Voice training for all staff to equip everyone for meaningful involvement
of young people in their work - Advocate for the meaningful involvement of young people in all aspects of The Mix’s internal and
partnership work from ideation through to evaluation - Collaborate with internal teams and prominent brands and organisations to integrate youth insights

Person Specification
Essential
- A commitment to advocating for young people’s voices and ideas, with a drive to support and create
opportunities for them to have ownership of spaces that they use - Experience embedding youth participation frameworks within organisations

Our Careers Development Managers (CDMs) are the main point of contact for young people on our social mobility programmes. The main focus of the role is the recruitment, development and support of young people into meaningful careers.
CDMs create recruitment networks in their areas and lead bootcamps to improve their employability (e.g. interview techniques) and to enhance their personal and leadership abilities (e.g. critical thinking). Once young people are hired, CDMs use their established relationship to provide pastoral care and in-work support.
LTSB’s vision is A world where all young people can choose their careers, with an emphasis on improving the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The successful candidate will have a proven commitment to improving the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and they have an excellent understanding of social mobility, diversity and inclusion issues, and how these factors impact young people.
LTSB does not have its own offices, so you will work remotely, but this role has significant in-person delivery expectations at partner organisations and corporate supporters, as well as occasion travel to our city hubs Birmingham, Liverpool, London, and Manchester. Position will require DBS Disclosure at enhanced level.

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced programme coordinator to lead our Travelling with Confidence grant, engaging and empowering disabled people, promoting independent mobility, using rail and connecting modes. Working with our members and partners you will coordinate and support the delivery of this important programme, helping to ensure it is participatory, empowering, effective and well-evaluated, while sharing learnings and building a lasting legacy.
Responsibilities
Programme coordination, delivery and monitoring and evaluation:
- Ensure good coordination and communication between delivery partners and support their high-quality delivery in line with timeframes and requirements, including via steering group meetings and individual support.
- Offer support, guidance and ideas to our delivery partners to assist their work, helping them to build capacity and confidence and meet their objectives. This includes support to engage with, and draw on the experiences, ideas and voices of disabled people.
- Support delivery partners in establishing co-creation principles and empowering ways of working for their projects, and drawing up theories of change, drawing on good practice and expertise.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate positive collaboration and help develop our wider network while supporting project objectives and raising awareness about this work.
- Produce communications content to support project delivery, such as case studies and blogs, and work with our Communications and Policy team to promote the programme, its achievements, and amplify the voices/views/needs of the disabled people engaged.
- Set up and run an accompanying small grant fund (using/adapting our existing processes and systems) for other community rail partnerships/groups to deliver travel confidence initiatives with disabled people. Provide similar support and advice to those grant-funded to that offered to the core delivery partners, in line with their needs.
- Support monitoring, data collection and meaningful evaluation by all core and grant-funded delivery partners, ensuring this is in line with project reporting requirements, and serves our goals around legacy-building and empowering those involved.
- Monitor and review project objectives, troubleshooting any issues in a timely manner.
- Financial management of the grant budget, managing internal (Community Rail Network) budget spend as well as monitoring the delivery partner budgets in partnership with the project leads, ensuring these are in line with agreed grant funding.
Grant administration, reporting and liaison
- Maintain and develop relations with our grant provider, ensuring we meet reporting deadlines and other requirements (such as attendance at progress meetings).

- Attend, and support, community rail events (internal and external) to develop knowledge and understanding of the movement and its role.

- As a member of the Community Rail Network team, assist with more general work as needed.
Skills and competencies
- A proven track record in project management, including coordinating between multiple delivery partners and ensuring project/funding requirements are met, and supporting/overseeing effective monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting community projects, ideally related to inclusion and mobility, including working with disabled people.

The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention, is a newly developed role at the DEC, responsible for shaping and delivering new and existing supporter journeys for DEC individual, community and legacy donors, and leading a programme of improvement across all major contact points between the DEC and the public.
The Direct Marketing Manager, Retention will:
- Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies, including the refreshing, implementation and analysis of the DEC’s segmentation, to maximise future income and continually improve the retention of individual supporters for future emergency appeals,

Key responsibilities include:
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement the direct marketing retention strategy, ensuring that past learnings are built upon, and new ideas are tested.
- Develop and implement specific audience journeys for segments across both the life cycle of a DEC appeal and between appeals.
- Ensure timely and relevant communications to all direct marketing, community, and legacy audiences on the impact of their donations.
- Build an improved supporter journey strategy for new, repeat, and lapsed donors.

Fundraising

About the Role
We are seeking to recruit a creative and ambitious Fundraising and Communications Officer.
As our reach and impact has increased significantly in recent years, so has our income, and this new role has been created in response to that demand. This is an exciting opportunity for a fundraiser who wants to widen, or consolidate, their knowledge and experience of fundraising, in an international context, as well as gain communications experience.
We are a very small team so the role will cover a breadth of funding streams, with a particular focus on Trusts and Foundations, High Value Donors, and Events, both special and community. It is therefore important that you have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and solid experience of crafting successful funding applications. You will also need excellent planning and organisational skills.
The role can, to some extent, be shaped by the skills and experience of the successful candidate, but it is likely to include the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Steward, retain and grow the support of our existing donor portfolio: KHULA has an existing portfolio of donors including trusts, foundations, corporates, major donors, individual and regular givers, the majority of whom are based in the UK or South Africa. Alongside the Director of Fundraising and Communications, the post holder will be responsible for managing these relationships, including bespoke reporting for trusts and major donors and taking responsibility for their own portfolio of donors.
- Donor prospecting and new business: researching and generating new donor leads as well as acting on opportunities provided by our Board and others, converting prospects into supporters of our programmes.
- External communications: working alongside the Director of Fundraising and Communications, assisting in the creation of our quarterly e-newsletter and the Annual Report, managing our social media channels, in addition to other ad hoc external communications.
- Events: supporting our community and events fundraisers and assisting with the organisation of occasional special events, alongside Board members.
- Fundraising innovation: assisting in the development of creative campaigns to increase donations/recruit lapsed donors, developing products and offerings.
- Financial management and admin: maintaining our donor database and contributing to fundraising budgets and forecasts.
Person Specification
Experience of working in a smaller charity and team is beneficial as this is a very hands-on role, covering a wide range of responsibilities.

- A proven, demonstrable track record of submitting successful funding applications.
- Experience in successfully fundraising from one or more of trusts, foundations, high value donors and corporates.

About the role
Corporate Partnerships are a vital income stream for Habitat for Humanity GB, and with the guidance of our Head of Corporate, the Corporate Partnership Manager will work to maximize fundraising opportunities and strengthen relationships with our current partners.
What the role involves
The Partnerships Manager will help to retain long term support and drive growth within in our portfolio for Habitat for Humanity GB. With an understanding of corporate partnerships and a passion for the charity sector and international humanitarian work, you will work as part of a team to ensure long-term relationships are fostered. A flexible approach

JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good the Philanthropy team’s role is to develop and deliver the charity's high net worth individual giving programme in line with Magic Breakfast’s strategic priorities to enable our organisational growth against our mission.
We are seeking to grow income through further cultivation and stewardship of our potential and existing donors. Our High Value Giving teams are forecast to collectively raise £5.1m in 2021/22, up from £4.6m two years ago in 2019/20. The team includes partnerships with charitable trusts and foundations, corporate organisations, and high-net-worth individuals.
Reporting into the Head of Philanthropy, this role will have a particular focus on ensuring that Magic Breakfast is offering the highest quality of donor care from start to finish, and building and developing our prospect pipeline.
We’re looking for a proactive person with excellent relationship building, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship skills as we seek to build our prospect pool, enhance or supporter journey and achieve our ambitious fundraising targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Income generation and donor stewardship and prospect development

About the role

About Woman's Trust
The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.04m and 41 staff in 2023/24. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.
You will be joining the Woman’s Trust Fundraising team as we work towards our strategy 2022-2027, to double our income and the number of women we support each year. We are focused on developing innovative mental health services for young women and girls, launching peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops, and training for professionals and building on our research and policy work to improve systems nationally.
About you and how to apply
As a creative and tenacious fundraiser, aligned to our feminist ethos and our service users', you will have experience in securing multiple-year statutory grants and contracts, with the proven ability to effectively communicate services, and to develop commissioner and wider voluntary sector relationships, aligned to our strategic priorities. You will be able to manage and deliver the whole cycle of income generation, including regular prospecting, grant management and impactful funder reporting.

English Rural Housing Association is a leading national rural specialist working to provide affordable homes in small villages for local people. We own and manage around 1,300 affordable properties, spread amongst 150 villages, and have a development programme of around 200 more homes over the next three to four years.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but professional and friendly development team to continue the delivery of our high-quality new build homes programme.
We design our homes to high standards, incorporating local architectural features. Our ‘fabric first’ approach to design and construction, coupled with and our commitment to renewable energy technologies, aims to reduce environmental impact and running costs for our residents. We build beautiful homes that villages can be proud of. Our approach involves forming a community led local partnership to research, enable and deliver affordable rural homes.
Working under the leadership of the Development Director and collaboratively with internal colleagues and external consultants and contractors, the role will be to fully coordinate from inception to completion the day-to-day project management of rural exception site housing delivery (noting, we do deliver some through selective Section 106 planning gain schemes). Our typical sites are around six to ten affordable homes, although we can also develop a small number of outright sale homes through our subsidiary ER Homes Ltd to cross subsidise the affordable homes.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in working and successfully delivering affordable housing development and preferably rural housing. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work both collaboratively and independently. It takes a special project manager with professionalism, enthusiasm, tenacity and a great deal of pride to stay the course and deliver these small, often challenging yet ultimately rewarding community housing schemes. The right candidate will also have sufficient technical expertise, from a formal qualification or direct experience. English Rural is looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to grow with our business.

Global Greengrants Fund (GGF) supports grassroots activists and civil society organisations around the world working to address environmental and social justice in over 160 countries. GGF applies a participatory and decentralised model in making grants to grassroots groups through regional and thematic boards of advisors, global partner networks and independent funds, to support grassroots environmental and social justice action.
Global Greengrants Fund comprises two organisations located in the USA, Global Greengrants Fund Inc (established in 1993), and Global Greengrants Fund UK (established in 2012). The Role
The Philanthropic Partnerships Assistant plays an important role in supporting the financial sustainability objectives of GGF UK. The postholder is responsible for managing a portfolio of trust and foundations partnerships giving up to $200,000 per year, and will also be responsible for stewarding our portfolio of individual giving supporters donating up to £10,000 per year. The role also contributes to GGF UK’s communications activity in collaboration with our global Communications function, as well as contributing to ensuring that the organisation’s fundraising activity is supported with robust infrastructure and processes.
The position reports to the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships, and works closely with colleagues across Global Greengrants Fund UK and Global Greengrants Fund Inc.
The candidate profile.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in fundraising from trusts, foundations, and/or individual donors, ideally within environmental, international, or rights-based organisations. They will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, effectively prioritising tasks to deliver excellent results within a complex, varied, and time-sensitive workload.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the candidate will have a proven ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, reports, and other materials. They will possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and collaboration tools like Trello and Slack, along with experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems. The candidate will have a strong understanding of and commitment to environmental and social justice, with some knowledge of the issues addressed by Global Greengrants Fund. Additionally, they will have experience working with diverse global communities in a virtual environment.
The ideal candidate will be committed to shifting power in philanthropy, promoting trust-based and power-shifting approaches to philanthropy and grantmaking. The candidate will have a strong understanding of and commitment to environmental and social justice, aligning with the issues Global Greengrants Fund addresses. Additionally, they will excel in building strong alliances with diverse constituencies and managing complex relationships, having experience working with diverse communities worldwide, particularly in a virtual setting.

What the job involves
We're looking for a Proposition Development Manager to join a newly created team within our Fundraising directorate. The team have been created to work alongside the high value teams (Philanthropy and Partnerships) to provide them with the highest quality donor research, funding propositions and stewardship materials required to create transformative partnerships with businesses, high net worth individuals, trusts and foundations.
As the Proposition Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in this team, supporting our ambitious high value fundraising strategy and the development of Prostate Cancer UK’s first Major Appeal. You'll take the lead in developing the Appeal case for support, and crafting funding propositions. Collaborating closely with our high-value fundraisers, you'll develop bespoke funding propositions ranging from six to seven figures, ensuring they resonate with potential donors.
Your expertise will be central in guiding our high-value teams on creating impactful funding proposals, supported by consistent access to organisational priorities and plans. You'll also establish an 'Information Bank' of materials to support fundraising efforts. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, you'll maintain the integrity of our data records in alignment with GDPR and organisational policies.
What we want from you
We’re looking for a fundraiser who understands high value fundraising. You’ll have experience in building compelling cases for support, bids and partnership concepts with major donors, companies, and potentially grant funders. Working in collaboration with our high value fundraisers, Research and Support and Influencing teams to create engaging and bespoke propositions.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, often translating complex and technical information to a range of audiences and stakeholders in multiple formats (e.g. proposals, presentations or web copy). Your exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills will enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a rewarding role where you'll be supporting initiatives to deliver growth in high value fundraising, Philanthropy and Partnerships teams and assist in the development of long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with donors and partners.
