About this job:
In this varied and interesting role, you will:
- Manage the fundraising inbox and provide effective and efficient support to the public fundraising team.
- Create and manage materials for our face-to-face fundraisers, across Door, Street and Private Sites.
- Work together with our fundraising partners to ensure high levels of compliance and the best possible experience for our donors.
- Carry out administrative tasks, such as updating records on the database, reporting to our fundraising partners, and managing our events calander.
- Visiting our face-to-face fundraisers on the field.
- Attending agency meetings and events, with occasional out-of-hours and overnight trips.
About you:
With experience or knowledge in a fundraising, supporter services, or customer service role you will be a skilled communicator and have an ability to prioritise and manage several different projects at one time. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a background in face-to-face fundraising.
You will be expected to attend meetings in our London office and occasional evening events around the country, on average once per month. Travel and accomodation costs will be covered.

About the role:
This role is home-based, but will require extensive travel across Wiltshire and Swindon to attend in-person meetings and work from various community hubs.

Person Specification - Qualifications and Skills

A first of its kind, the Family Service at HMP Altcourse brings together creative interventions for men in custody, bespoke family counselling and daily practical support for families visiting a loved one. Leading this ground breaking service you will work alongside internal & external staff teams to reimagine what family support is within the criminal justice system, working to influence a culture shift at HMP Altcourse and the wider prison system.
SIG Safe Ground are experts in delivering arts-based, therapeutically informed group work, celebrating 30 years of working in prisons in 2025. We’re looking for an action-orientated individual who is passionate about developing creative, family-led ways of working to best support those in crisis. You’ll join a reflective, dynamic team of facilitators, counsellors and family liaison workers supporting those with experience of the criminal justice system to build a practical toolbox to cope and move forward positively.
We are seeking a Programmes Coordinator/Facilitator to join the Safe Ground team in HMP Altcourse, Liverpool and take the lead in the effective setup, delivery, and evaluation of Safe Ground's programmes. The role involves delivering arts-based interventions aimed at supporting participants in their personal development, family relationships, and rehabilitation. You will be based at HMP Altcourse, where you will develop collaborative partnerships with colleagues at the Visitors' Centre, as well as with key prison teams, wing staff, and, most importantly, the programme participants.
You will be required to undertake additional training and vetting as per the requirements of the prison.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm hours may vary dependent on needs of the service.

The role:
- Lead on the development and execution of financial strategy, financial planning, budgeting and cost control for the ACO and related charities.

The Senior Legal Advisor will provide high quality commercial contract drafting; advice and assistance to support the Personal Support (PS) Service Teams with the tendering and contracting process; working with different Commissioning Authorities of Social Care Services; and with the provision of suitable housing agreements
The Senior Legal Advisor will be required to review the tenders and contract terms in relation to the majority of PS contracts , some of which are multi million pound framework agreements, and put in place Direct Funding Contracts. In relation to Housing arrangements, the candidate will review and advise on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Housing Management Agreements (HMAs) with Housing Associations and other Housing Providers.
Qualifications required:
For this role you would need to be a Solicitor or Barrister qualified to practise in England (or comparable jurisdiction) preferably holding a practising certificate. Previous in-house experience would be viewed positively.

Title: Male Residential Support Worker (this is a live-in role)

Responsible for: Young people living in the accommodation (4 young people aged 16 – 18 years old seeking asylum in the UK).
Location: This is a live-in, residential role based in a supported accommodation home in Loughborough. Some work will be based in our office buildings.
Hours: 25 hours per week on duty – this is a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts. Two days a week will be off duty.
Leave: Two nights a month can be taken as nights away from the home. This in addition to annual leave allowance. Annual leave - 33 days (converted into hours) pro-rata for number of hours worked
Salary Band: £24,150 - £27,760 per annum pro rata. Equivalent to £16,100 to £18,506 for 25 hours a week.

Overall Purpose
To provide advice, assistance and support to young people in the home, as a key member of the Support Team, delivering Baca’s service in line with our Vision and Values. The role includes a consistent adult presence in the home. To attend to their practical and emotional needs whilst supporting the development of living skills. To teach them how to manage and look after a home in order to keep it safe and hygienic. To build trusting relationships within the home to enable young people to feel safe and cared for. To act as an excellent role model and to work closely with them and their Support Worker to enable them to make good progress towards independence.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome newly arrived young people into the accommodation, helping them feel safe and able to rest; with compassion without discrimination of age, race, colour or behavioural issues.
- Actively support young people to make progress and develop in the following outcomes; physical wellbeing and emotional wellbeing; personal safety; education and learning; employment and training that is safe and suitable; social engagement (being part of the community and activities outside of the home)

We provide support to our residents to help them build essential life skills, identify their goals and work towards aspirations so that they can move on to enjoy fully independent futures. Our staff team comprises of Support Workers, Night Staff and Managers. Each Support Worker holds a caseload of residents and meets with them weekly to build a support plan and help them achieve their goals.
As a Supported Housing Support Worker you will hold a caseload of residents, working with them on a one-to-one basis with also facilitating group work sessions. You will identify their needs by listening to them, with employing psychologically informed approaches to enable residents to make better choices and take responsibility for their actions. You will work closely with other services such as, Social Services, Police, Probation, education providers and local organisations. Our projects already have excellent working relationships with these services, and your role will build on these. You will be helping them to improve their practical living skills such as cleaning, budgeting, managing behaviour, seeking, and securing employment and making wise decisions.
