Thames Valley Air Ambulance is one of the UK’s leading air ambulance charities. We continuously push the boundaries of medical intervention, helicopter aviation and on-scene patient care to deliver a unique emergency service to patients, where and when it is most needed.
We have launched our new ambitious three year organisational and fundraising strategy. As part of this strategy, we are looking to deliver a proactive, strategic approach to our corporate partnerships, and are expanding our corporate team.
The Role
In this role you will collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships to develop and implement corporate fundraising initiatives for Thames Valley Air Ambulance. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day account management of corporate partnerships, pursuing new business development opportunities and the coordination and promotion of the payroll giving programme.
Additionally, you will contribute to projects within the Philanthropy and Partnership team, such as webinars, events, researching prospects and corporate foundations, and preparing charity of the year applications. Furthermore, you will co-ordinate with other fundraising teams to explore event and volunteering opportunities for corporate partners.
About you
As an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, you will feel confident in engaging with supporters and delivering presentations.
Your role involves managing your own pipeline of donors, so you will need to take initiative, prioritise and organise your own work, with limited supervision to achieve deadlines across multiple tasks. Problem solving skills are essential.
You will have:
- Excellent customer service skills ideally with a background in fundraising or sales.
- Strong administrative, planning & prioritisation abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in new business development including identifying, researching and reaching out to cold prospects.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft office applications
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, part time working will be considered for minimum of 24 hours per week. Some anti-social working hours will be required.

As one of our Investigators, you’ll use your proven housing and / or ombudsman casework experience to impartially investigate complaints within our jurisdiction and communicate the outcome of your investigations. On completion, you will use guidance and insight to make appropriate orders that put things right for the resident where there has been a failure.
Specifically, based within our dispute resolution function and using attention to detail, logical and inquisitorial thinking, you will assess landlord responses to complaints against policy, procedure, legislation and any relevant good practice and make decisions about the landlord’s handling of the substantive issue of complaint and its complaint handling.
With clear, concise and plain language skills, you will communicate the outcome of decisions, orders and recommendations to all involved parties within an appropriate timescale, ensuring that work is of a high quality and meets our casework standards.
For this key remit, you will offer the proven ability to analyse large volumes of complex information at pace in order to reach fair and balanced decisions. This skill may stem from your experience within the housing sector, an ombudsman, legal and / or regulatory body. You’ll need excellent communication skills, including experience in producing high quality written reports, as well as the proven ability to actively listen to customers, including those that are vulnerable.
Housing law knowledge will be an asset, though it is your ability to reach fair findings within a high volume, fast-paced and target driven environment that is essential.

Yeldall Manor is a Christian recovery centre for men wanting to overcome their addiction problems. We have created this new part-time position to provide consistent and professional HR support to the organisation, bringing together various roles currently undertaken by a few different staff members.
The role will suit someone who can work under their own initiative (after training in our charity practices), experienced in overseeing the employee journey from recruitment and retention to departure. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, and ensure that the charity is compliant with all relevant legislation. As a small charity (c. 35 staff including part-time and casual workers), the role will require balancing practical and administrative tasks with management responsibilities. We anticipate that you'll be based in the office for at least two days out of the three days/24 hours worked per week. This is in a lovely rural setting near Twyford (Reading) and, being situated within the rehabilitation centre, you will have daily contact with those men whom you are ultimately helping. They inspire and motivate us just as much as we seek to encourage and support them.

About Lepra
Lepra is dedicated to addressing leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and their consequences through direct support, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive communities. We work in Bangladesh and in India, through our sister organisation, LEPRA Society. Background & Context to the Consultancy
Our new Global Strategy introduces some new approaches and priorities to our work, including: our first ever global Theory of Change (ToC), the most detailed Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) approach ever, and a sub-strategy dedicated to research, innovation and technology: the Global Research, Innovation and Technology Strategy (GRITS). With the finalisation of the new strategy, and as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our impact and efficiency, we are now seeking a consultant to provide specialised research support and technical advice.
Purpose & Objectives of the Consultancy
The primary objectives of this consultancy are to lead the transitional phase of the GRITS, creating a detailed operational plan for its implementation; support the management of the existing research portfolio ensuring technical soundness, budget adherence and timely delivery; establish a sustainable pathway for research expertise to be led by in-country professionals.
Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for the following key areas over a six-month period:
Strategy Transition Leadership
- Lead the transitional phase of the GRITS.
- Identify and address any gaps or challenges in the current strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
Operational Plan Management
- Develop a comprehensive operational plan for the rollout of the strategy.
- Establish the initial GRITS processes including the Go no Go; steering group established and functioning.

- Ensure the plan is realistic, achievable, and aligns with the charity’s objectives and resources.
Support Existing Research Profile
- Review and support ongoing research projects.

Pathway to Sustainability

Stakeholder Engagement

The role
Our key priority at FareShare UK is to increase the amount of surplus food redistributed to the charities and community groups we support across the UK. Food partners (manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, importers, packers, catering providers, producers and others) are essential in helping us to achieve this, providing access to food and many other strategic resources. This crucial role will focus on working with our top food partners to maximise the mutual value in the relationship through strategic and structured account management. Our ability to meet growing demand and increase the amount of surplus food redistributed will be heavily influenced by the success you have in this role.
You will be the account lead for some of the biggest food businesses in the UK and will lead the Food Partnership Team focused on deepening and developing our most established food partnerships, maintaining food and funding from key accounts.
The role will see you lead your team to deliver a tiered and structured strategic account management approach of all top partners, coordinating colleagues across departments, including the Food Team, FareShare Go, Marketing, Fundraising, Network Operations and Volunteering teams. Working closely with the top food partners and internal stakeholders will ensure appropriate identification of activities, and monitoring of progress, benefits and evaluation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Researcher to join our charity. Your work will contribute to improving products and services for our communities, including carrying out user research projects for our corporate partners and to improve RNID’s products and services. You will also contribute towards optimising our internal processes for carrying out user research both within RNID and externally with corporate partners. You will:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain deep insights into the needs, preferences, and challenges faced by people who are deaf and those with hearing loss and tinnitus. Apply a variety of innovative research methodologies as well as standard approaches, such as interviews and surveys, to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations.
- Collaborate with partner organisations to provide expert user research insights, recommendations, and guidance to support the development of inclusive products, services, and experiences. Consider their business objectives and align research goals to meet their needs. Use your expertise to scope out projects and develop quotes.
- Work closely with the RNID Digital and Innovation team and other cross-functional teams. Engaging with users to gain deep insights into their needs and preferences, you will share the insights and findings with the team, facilitating the iterative improvement and refinement of our products and services, and ensuring they meet the needs of our communities.

The Network Lead plays a central role in helping us achieve our vision to end the need for food banks in the UK. This is a varied, proactive and fast-paced role that involves representing the Trussell Trust on policy and public affairs in the region/nation, the leadership of a dynamic team of area managers that supports the network of food banks in the region/nation to deliver emergency food, and the coordination of projects and partnerships to support the food banks in our network to reduce the need for their services locally.

Twins Trust is at the heart of the multiples’ community, supporting families with twins or triplets, influencing the healthcare system and campaigning on behalf of our community.
