We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. This includes conducting follow-ups and answering queries (by phone, email and in person) from both current and prospective participants on the programmes being delivered by High Trees. They will also be responsible for the preparation of finance related performance evidence for monthly/quarterly submission.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing efficient administrative support, be very organised and able to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Must also be flexible and excited about being at the heart of a small but fast paced team which is committed to providing an excellent service to High Trees’ users.

The starting point of this work is the planning and pilot of STEP Online, an intensive version of STEP to fast track those who are highly skilled. We plan to explore, test and plan for this programme in consultancy with Spring Impact, leveraging their Lean Impact Methodology.
The post holder will play a pivotal role in leading this piece of work with two main objectives:
- Explore, test and plan for STEP Online. This will involve being the lead implementer of testing minimum viable products, participating in workshops and identified working groups, and co-leading on test coaching sessions and team reflections with Spring Impact.

About you
We are looking for candidates who have:

- Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource management.

The Role
As a key member of the Institute’s growing nature team, you will be working specifically international nature markets. You will be working on a funded project of work, to support COP15 signatories to understand and implement models and markets that unlock private sector capital into nature restoration and conservation and help them meet their Target 19 commitments. You will gain exposure to a range of stakeholders including policy makers, project developers and the private sector across multiple countries. About the position
The GMS Support Manager will be responsible for leading on the day-to-day operations of the Freedom Fund’s new Salesforce Grant Management System. The project to develop the new GMS is currently in progress, with user training expected to take place in January 2025 and the Go Live planned for February 2025. The transition to the new system will be a significant change in the organisation’s way of working; currently the Freedom Fund’s grant management process is manual and spread over multiple different platforms.
Initially, the focus of the role will be on supporting the Freedom Fund staff as they transition to using the new system, including assisting with user training and working with the implementation partner Hyphen8 to identify and resolve any issues that arise. Following Go Live, the GMS Support Manager will be responsible for leading on administration and maintenance of the system, requiring a good technical knowledge of how Salesforce works. The role will be responsible for user training and support, leading on staff consultation for future system developments and prioritising requests. The successful candidate will also act as the main point of contact between the Freedom Fund and implementation partner Hyphen8 for both ongoing support and future development phases.
Responsibilities
• Support the roll-out of the Freedom Fund’s new Grant Management System, including supporting Hyphen8 with user training and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the transition.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce system; including system performance, change control and user support
• Support the day-to-day administrative functions and configuration including user management, permissions, sharing rules, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, reports and dashboards
• Be proactive in system maintenance including keeping up with Salesforce releases, features and best practices

The purpose of this role is to lead and shape our People and Culture practices, playing a pivotal contribution in driving the organisation towards its vision and future goals. You’ll collaborate with colleagues at all levels to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring the People and Culture plan facilitates positive organisational change and a great colleague experience for Mind THNR 70 or so staff.

The Customer Experience Coordinator Role:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers’ needs and matching them with an adventure tailored to their goals. You’ll guide customers through the entire booking journey, from initial inquiry to aftercare, and act as the point of contact during their on-site visit. Working closely with on-centre teams, you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of safe, high-quality experiences.
Key responsibilities as our Customer Experience Coordinator:
- Provide exceptional customer service across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, from booking inquiries to post-visit follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey.
- Use expert knowledge of our products and services to recommend tailored experiences to meet customers' unique group needs and objectives.
- Work within service level agreements (SLAs) and brand guidelines to create a positive, lasting impression of Scout Adventures.
- Process bookings and maintain customer records using platforms such as SharePoint, Cinolla, Zendesk, and Trust Pilot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Design tailored activity programmes for groups, aligning with their needs and objectives, and liaise with on-centre teams to coordinate schedules.
What we are looking for in our Customer Experience Coordinator:
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy, with an ability to confidently learn and use tools such as bookings systems, customer support software, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Smartsheets etc.
- Positive and proactive – embracing change, challenge and learning opportunities.
- Prior experience in providing high quality customer service from initial enquiry to after care.
- Prior experience in outdoor education, residential centres or a related industry (e.g. hospitality or education) desirable

About this vital role
Leading by example, as Senior Caseworker you will be the day-to-day expert within the team, be a positive role model to the team of caseworkers and escalate concerns to the Team Leader or Service Manager. You will work with – and advocate for - young people and their families at risk of youth violence in residential settings and provide vital support, advice and advocacy using a strength-based approach, which will also include working through person-centred support plans designed to promote choice and control.
We will also count on you to deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, where you will provide a practical service that will include social and housing support, ETE options, benefits work, debt advice, appearing in court, and DIY work. Ensuring, on a day-to-day basis, all monitoring information and evidence is being recorded and collated in line with agreed processes, is also a key element of this role, as is developing and maintaining strong working relationships with partner agencies.

Overall purpose
The Philanthropy Manager will manage and steward a portfolio of funders and donors – across trusts and foundations, statutory sources and major donors – to secure annual and multi-year gifts in support of Breaking Barriers’ vision. As well as managing relationships with our existing donors there will be a focus on creating new relationships through proactive prospecting and developing a long-term strategic approach to stewardship and relationship development.
You will be an ambitious, enthusiastic, energetic, and autonomous fundraiser with a demonstrable passion for supporting people from a refugee background. You will have a strong track record of high-value relationship management and fundraising, ideally specialising in Trusts, Statutory, Major Donor fundraising or a related area. We are looking for someone who can successfully secure and steward gifts of 5 figures and above – so evidence of stewarding high-value relationships and high-quality written skills are key. You will collaborate with additional fundraisers across Trusts, Statutory, Corporate and Major Gifts to coordinate approaches and maximise opportunities across all functions.
We welcome applicants with relevant transferable skills from other sectors and other areas of fundraising but a strong knowledge of the fundamentals of grant fundraising is essential. We are looking for a passionate individual who can get people excited about the work we do and who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals from a refugee background.
