About us

Who we are

HOPE worldwide empowers people to overcome homelessness and poverty through compassionate service.

We provide a specialised housing service for people who are homeless in London, and help fund and support local projects founded by local people in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. 

Our culture and values

We are working towards a vision of a world where everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their God-given potential. 

Our core values are compassion, integrity and collaboration. 

The team spirit, opportunities for staff development and the way that staff live out the Christian values of the organisation were instrumental in HOPE worldwide being awarded Investors in People Gold Accreditation.

Staff are sent on external training as required - we invest in our staff and encourage them to learn and develop

Remote/hybrid work

Staff usually work at least 2-3 days in the office and can work remotely for the remainder of their hours by arrangement

Mental wellbeing support

Mental wellbeing support

Staff appreciate our encouraging team meetings, regular check-ins, weekly 1-2-1s and annual away day. Staff are trained in mental health first aid.
