The role
We are seeking a fundraiser or an experienced account manager who relishes the excitement of exceeding income targets and developing strong relationships. You will identify opportunities to increase the value of your partnership portfolio and work closely with the Corporate Development Team to ensure the transition between new business and account management is seamless for both FareShare and our partners.
You will manage a portfolio of partners: designing and delivering tailored partnership plans and an innovative and personalised suite of partnership activity. You will work with colleagues across fundraising to ensure we maximise the value of our partnerships. We currently have partnerships with a large variety of exciting brands from Tesco to Oliver Bonas, McDonalds to Subway, Kellogg’s to Pink Lady apples and Bloomberg to Burberry – our partners support us in a variety of ways including cause related marketing campaigns, staff and customer fundraising, corporate donations and wider sponsorships and partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of excellent partnership/relationship management and ideally have experience of delivering a variety of fundraising partnerships including commercial brand licensing. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable negotiating bespoke deals and benefits packages and will lead renewal plans to secure and grow the support of current partners.
Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role and you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Main areas of responsibility
1. Deliver first rate account management of corporate partnerships and promotions with existing corporate partners to achieve objectives and build excellent relationships that facilitate future growth.
- Provide a high standard of professional relationship and account management to a portfolio of partners, delivering a mix of partnership types including; Charity of the Year, commercial brand partnerships/campaigns and retail partnerships
- Working with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider team to implement bespoke cultivation and stewardship strategies for each corporate partner, that encourage development of strategic, multi-faceted partnerships thinking creatively and entrepreneurially to maximise the value of each partnership and meet agreed targets and KPIs
- Ensure FareShare’s strategic priorities are addressed through our partnerships and that the brand is protected and appropriately valued
- Prepare and deliver engaging and confident presentations (both at one-to-one level and at a much larger scale)
- Establish, agree and monitor key milestones for each relationship

- Monitor and maintain systems and processes; including Salesforce database, financial accounting, pipeline, contracts and due diligence.
2. Work closely with internal project teams to maximise the potential for fundraising

- Work with other areas of Fundraising, the Food Team and Operations Team to maximise possibilities for partners and FareShare and to report to partners in a timely manner

3. Legal, Compliance & Policies
- Efficient and effective management of commercial income activity ensuring compliance with GDPR, legal and charity regulation and FareShare’s own Ethical Gift Policy

The role
We have recently set a new 3-year strategy, leading to a major transformation of the organisation. To support this, we are building a new Project Delivery function and investing in key capabilities, including project management and business analysis. This role involves initiating and managing complex projects from inception through to delivery and providing mentoring to colleagues managing smaller projects. About the role
As our Senior Digital Experience Manager (Website) will play a leadership role in setting and driving cutting-edge standards for digital content, copywriting assets, and experiences across all owned digital channels. You will be one of three Senior Digital Experience Managers, with a specific focus on managing and improving the performance of our main corporate website to meet both business and user needs, while supporting our multi-disciplinary marketing squads.

AKF(UK) Senior Partnerships Managers are part of the Global Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) Partnerships team tasked with identifying and cultivating new funding partnerships and strengthening existing ones to support our strategic goals. They engage with European, Asian and North American government and foundation donors to mobilise resources for ten multi-sector profit and not-for-profit agencies of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) operating across Asia and Africa. In addition, Senior Partnership Managers are responsible for reporting and donor relations on a portfolio of select grants implementing across AKDN themes and geographies in close collaboration with field units, global teams, and our partners. This role will also include line management responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Resource Mobilisation
• Support the Partnerships team to broker and cultivate new relationships and strengthen existing ones with institutional (bilateral and multilateral) and foundations donors
• Lead the development and review of concept notes and proposals (solicited and unsolicited), including logical frameworks and budgets, in close coordination with the Global Programme Team (GPT) and country teams.
• Develop and contribute to positioning pieces and communication materials (e.g. presentations, narrative overviews) to enable regular and effective engagement with donors
• When needed, provide direct hands-on support at country level in design of concept notes, proposals, and budgets and conduct donor or field visits to support discussions with new and existing donors/partners.
• Coordinate processes of contracting and negotiation, engaging relevant stakeholders, and ensuring contracts ‘get over the line’ in a timely and efficient way.
• Contribute to management systems, such as the Award Information Management System (AIMS).
Donor engagement and positioning
• Research, source relevant information, and perform analysis of market trends on new donors, peer organisations, and funding opportunities to identify potential funding and partnering matches for AKF and AKDN priorities.
• Develop positioning materials (e.g. presentations, capability statements, briefs, talking points), collaborating with communications teams to enable effective donor engagement.
• Engage with new and existing donors and partners to identify solicited and unsolicited funding opportunities.
• Guide teams to make informed, effective decisions on which opportunities to pursue (including ‘Go No-Go’ requests).
• Identify, cultivate, and pre-position with partner organisations to form or join consortia focused funding bids.
• Conduct due diligence on new partners in coordination with finance and partnerships teams.
Grants management
• Manage grants through regular coordination with relevant AKDN agencies/country units and the finance department to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. Proactively support the resolution of challenges as they arise.
• Support the preparation, review and feedback process on donor reports to ensure reports comply with donor requirements and are produced on time and to a high standard.
• Be an interface with donors and communicate on a regular basis about the implementation of on-going grants to maintain a solid relationship and to address queries or challenges effectively
Networking and building public awareness
• Participate and actively engage in relevant networking events/conferences to build awareness of AKF/AKDN with the UK and European public more broadly.
• Interface with the Communications team to identify opportunities and support the planning of events either directly targeting or planned jointly with AKF’s institutional donors (e.g., FCDO, EC).
Leadership and People Management
• Play a leadership role in the unit by setting the example of consistently high standards
• Work with the Partnerships Officers to effectively manage grants and to develop and improve quality of concept notes and proposals
• Filter the team and unit's documents ensuring improvements in standards of writing, presentation, content and context.

About the role
Reaching the Last Mile (RLM) is a high profile, high value, multi-partner programme, which will make a significant contribution to the control and elimination of the Oncho LF across 13 countries. Sightsavers is the coordination partner in Nigeria and working with other partners to delivery on programme outputs.
The Technical Manager will work closely with the Global Technical Advisor for Oncho and LF to advise, guide and support the implementation of RLM adhering consistently to global, national and organisational policy, strategy, technical norms, contract terms and conditions ensuring that elimination/break in transmission timelines are not only met but exceeded where feasible.
As the Technical Manager you will ensure current WHO guidelines on Onchocerciasis elimination are followed and propose strategies for accelerating elimination of transmission. You will also provide technical support and oversee the implementation of onchocerciasis Lymphatic Filariasis activities, including MDA, pre-STOP MDA surveys, Stop MDA surveys, Post-treatment Surveillance, Post-elimination Surveillance, Dossier development, in coordination with the Sightsavers technical managers.
Further duties include:
- Being the point of contact for providing technical advice to RLM supported states country programmes on onchocerciasis and Lymphatic Filariasis.
- Work closely with FMOH, Oncho LF Elimination committees to align country programmes as recommended.

Hygiene Poverty is the hidden crisis facing the UK. Earlier this year, The Hygiene Bank published a research report into the incidence and impact of hygiene poverty. It found that over 4.2m adults in the UK are affected by hygiene poverty, that is an additional 1.1m people into hygiene poverty since 2022 - the equivalent of the population of Birmingham.
With hygiene poverty on the rise, it is also undermining the nation’s health: 50% of those affected by hygiene poverty say that it is causing them anxiety or depression. 92% of people affected report that it limits their social interactions with friends and family. 54% of those affected have not gone to the dentist in the last 12 months. But most importantly, it’s putting people in impossible situations. A staggering 69% of adults experiencing hygiene poverty are having to make the difficult decision between paying for essential needs like food and bills or purchasing basic toiletries. 65% of parents affected by hygiene poverty have had to choose between buying hygiene products for themselves or their children.

About the role
This role will be part of a multi-disciplinary Communications Team working together to raise awareness of the work of The Hygiene Bank. The successful candidate will develop and deliver effective marketing and communications content, with a special focus on digital channels, to promote The Hygiene Bank’s work, partnerships, and year-round fundraising activity – including National Hygiene Week and brand collaborations – and demonstrate the positive impact donations have had on communities across the UK. The postholder will work together with the Senior Volunteer Experience, Communications and Fundraising Manager and the Head of Fundraising, Communications and External Engagement to implement the Communications Strategy using a range of marketing and communications activities to actively engage a variety of audiences to raise awareness of hygiene poverty in the UK.
Responsibilities include: creating content for social media, our monthly newsletter and our website; creating engaging and compelling promotional materials; using high-quality storytelling to produce blogs, liaising with our volunteers to identify good stories and producing case studies and news articles for the website and supporting the wider team as required.

· Create compelling and engaging content for The Hygiene Bank’s social media channels, website and newsletters for our different audiences.
· Coordinate and monitor The Hygiene Bank’s social media presence ensuring the different audiences are informed and engaged.
· Develop creative concepts to engage and activate our ambassadors and influencers in support of the organisation.
· Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and manage the reporting, suggesting improvements and identifying growth opportunities.
· Support with the content creation and development of the website.
· Monitor and improve the website’s SEO and traffic metrics.
· Support with the creation and delivery of effective marketing and communications materials, such as reports, presentations, leaflets, etc, to engage with our online and offline audiences.
· Support with the production of case studies and success stories with a clear narrative that delivers the key messages outlined in the Communications Strategy.
· Liaise with our network of local projects and volunteers and support them with communications materials and campaigns to raise their profile.
· Maintain the Communications monthly report, making sure the data is accurate and identifying any areas for improvement.
· Support and assist the Senior Volunteer Experience, Communications and Fundraising Manager and Head of Fundraising, Communications and External Engagement with the implementation of the Communications strategy and other team activities.
· Support and assist the Communications Team with the creation of awareness-raising campaigns at national and regional levels that align with the Communications Strategy.
· Support the Communications Team in making sure of the consistent tone and branding across all communications channels.
Person Specification

Experience
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the following:
· Either Marketing or Communications .
· Experience of, or willingness to learn a range of communications tools, e.g, Canva, Benchmark, Wordpress, Google Adwords, Hootsuite, etc.
· Copywriting skills, including the ability to write for a variety of audiences and purposes.
· Producing marketing and communications materials for multiple audiences across different platforms.
· Communicating effectively with a range of audiences.
Key Details
· Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 p.a depending on experience (pro rata, part-time, 4 days per week) dependent on skills and experience.
· Location: remote working/homeworking with monthly in-person team days in London.
· Holiday: 28 days (pro-rata) plus public holidays and closure between Christmas and New Year.

Experiences Programme Manager
Location: Slimbridge/Hybrid

Salary: £22,277 per annum (£27,847 FTE)
This is a fixed term role until 31 July 2025 to cover an internal secondment within the Experience and Engagement team. This role is based at our WWT Slimbridge site, with the option for hybrid working. The hours are 30 per week over 4 days. You may occasionally be required to travel to our other wetland sites around the UK.
About The Role
The Experience and Engagement team support WWT’s wetland sites to create amazing visitor experiences that connect people with nature and inspire them to protect it.
As Experiences Programme Manager you will plan, co-ordinate and work with our sites, other central teams and external contractors to deliver programmes of work to raise our standards of presentation, service, accessibility, interpretation and programming.
About You
As our Experiences Programme Manager:
- You'll develop resources including best practice guides and inspiration packs to support our site teams, so experience of copywriting and editing will be essential.
- You'll be a confident and creative communicator, acting as the Experiences & Engagement lead for internal communications, training and development.
- You'll lead our Experiences Academy, developing the knowledge and skills of our colleagues through webinars, workshops and events.
- Overseeing the management of our creative database and researching creative partnerships, you’ll be someone who is highly organised and thrives on a challenge.
