About the role:
You may be a qualified IDVA or a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker wanting to work alongside health professionals in a hospital environment, although we will consider applicants from other fields providing you are able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse. You must be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to be able to influence the way in which this service is delivered are key.
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to sign an honorary contract with the Hospital Trust in addition to their contract of employment.

This is a highly rewarding role for an Outreach Worker to support parents and carers of children under 5 at Westminster Children Centres. We are currently looking to recruit an Outreach Worker in Westminster area to provide accessible information to parents and carers, particularly those who are marginalised, to ensure they receive the support they need in order to increase opportunities and strengthen family life, bringing better outcomes for children.
Fluent in Arabic, the role will include developing an understanding of the local area including services and facilities. About the role
As an Engagement and Assessment Worker, you will be part of Crisis Skylight Brent’s Engagement and Assessment Team, providing a high quality, non-judgemental and safe service to individuals who approach our Skylight Centre. Engagement and Assessment Workers are the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from people who are experiencing homelessness for the first time, individuals with complex and multiple needs, visitors, volunteers, and supporters. You will be providing information about Crisis’ services, delivering a high-quality triage and assessment service, and offering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) on local homelessness and other related services. You will also manage a small caseload.
Crisis uses a case management approach, and the successful candidate will attend case management meetings, reflective practice, and team meetings. You will also work collaboratively with external partners and Crisis Skylight Brent’s Coaching and Learning Teams.

This is a highly rewarding role for an Outreach Worker to support parents and carers of children under 5 at Westminster Children Centres. We are currently looking to recruit an Outreach worker in Westminster are to provide accessible information to parents and carers, particularly those who are marginalised, to ensure they receive the support they need in order to increase opportunities and strengthen family life, bringing better outcomes for children.
Fluent in Bengali, the role will include developing an understanding of the local area including services and facilities. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with the ability to empathise with parents and carers are required. A non-judgmental approach is essential. The ability to network is also important.

As an Employment Specialist at Twining Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in our IPS Workwise Employment Services programme. The service provides employment support to people across Northeast London, with serious mental health challenges, to gain and sustain work, using the internationally recognized Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our clients, changing their lives by guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence. - Ensure Twining's CRM and the Trusts Rio system are updated with all plans and actions relating to your clients. Maintain accurate and up to date records of activity and outcomes in line with service performance requirements, ensuring the IT database is up to date and paperwork compliant.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement, taking ownership for problems, adopting forward thinking strategies for improvement in everything we do and take the lead on making change happen.
- To prepare participants for employment through assessing their individual employment needs through vocational profiling and then actively support them to achieve their employment goals in partnership with the clinical team.
- To provide individualised, ongoing support to participants once they have secured employment to assist them in sustaining employment.
- To promote the benefits of supporting participants to access employment, aiming to raise the profile of IPS services and raise expectations around the ability of participants to access paid employment.
- To proactively engage and work with external employers to open up and secure paid employment opportunities for participants who have experienced health problems. Ensuring the service is focused on accessing the hidden labour market to unlock jobs that match with participants preference.
- To provide advice and support to employers, as agreed with the individual, which may include negotiating adjustments and ongoing contact with supervisors to ensure job retention.
- To assess individual support needs related to work which might typically include help with benefits, travel to work, managing health at work etc.
- To provide effective in work support to individuals once they secure paid employment to ensure they retain it.

Recovery Coordinator - Rough Sleepers Team - Southwark
A Recovery Coordinator is required to join the rough sleeper's team of a Drug and Alcohol service in Southwark, on an initial temporary basis.
This contract will run for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Encouragement of people with drug, alcohol, or mental health needs to use the program - This is through outreach shifts that take place 1-2 times per week.
