• Entering new client referrals on our database and recording each new enquiry on our systems

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a specialised Cases Unit, playing a key part in its day-to-day functions. Your responsibilities will include managing and organising case documents, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication with legal teams, and assisting in casework activities. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure the efficient operation of the unit, contributing to the overall success of its work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the Unit's document management system to ensure efficient tracking, retrieval, and organisation of casework materials.
• Manage and update key logs, including Excel spreadsheets, to support ongoing Unit activities.
• Prepare and organise evidence bundles using the case management system, including redacting sensitive information for review by the Independent Decision-Making Body.

Job Title: Experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IOs) for Stage 2 Complaints (This role sits within our Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) service)

We are seeking additional experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IO) for Complaints, to increase our capacity to respond to referrals from Local Authorities to provide an independent element to the formal Stage 2 investigations under the Children Act 1989.

The IO will lead investigations, and will give the complainant (who may be a child, young person or adult) the opportunity to express their view, ensure the child or young person’s rights and best interests are at the centre of the investigation and that the investigation/review process is open and transparent. They write a report on the investigation/review, which is submitted to the referring agency.

The Job Description document sets out the expectations for an Associate Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) who is approved by Coram Voice. IPCs are independent, freelance and responsible for their own work. Key Deliverables

• Provide feedback on initial situational analysis and assessments from participating countries.

Duration and Level of Effort

About You:
Key qualifications required for this assignment include:

• Advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Utility Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing urban water supply systems, including pro-poor approaches to reach low-income and/or marginalised communities.
• Proven experience in utility improvement interventions
• Experience working on multi-country initiatives with urban water utilities.
• Strong understanding of WASH principles, especially in urban contexts.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments.
• Familiarity with environmental, social, and sustainability standards.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Functional expertise:
The necessary skills and competencies for this assignment include:

• Technical expertise in urban water systems, in particular serving low-income and/or marginalised communities.

About the role

We are excited to be advertising this newly created role as part of WGN’s growth. This role will be the lead on the finance function. Reporting into the Director of Finance and Resources, the role works closely with stakeholders across the organisation including executive leadership, with a specific focus on working closely with the Director and external auditors. The role of Head of Finance – Treasury and Financial Planning will lead, manage and co-ordinate the provision of the Groups Financial Planning, Treasury Management Services and Management Accounting functions as well as assist the Finance Director to lead and manage the Finance team.

The role:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of four with two direct reports.
• Lead on all treasury related matters for the group such as arranging new funding, loan compliance, cashflow and banking.
• Lead on the organisation’s annual financial plan, including extensive sensitivity analysis of key performance indicators.
• Lead on the review of management accounts and production of board papers.
