About the role
Corporate Partnerships are a vital income stream for Habitat for Humanity GB, and with the guidance of our Head of Corporate, the Corporate Partnership Manager will work to maximize fundraising opportunities and strengthen relationships with our current partners.
What the role involves
The Partnerships Manager will help to retain long term support and drive growth within in our portfolio for Habitat for Humanity GB. With an understanding of corporate partnerships and a passion for the charity sector and international humanitarian work, you will work as part of a team to ensure long-term relationships are fostered. Principle activities will include:
· Develop creative and innovative fundraising strategies for corporate partnerships, including writing proposals and pitches.
· Foster long-term relationships with partners through personalized and proactive engagement.
· Collaborate across the network to implement global partnership activations locally.
· Produce regular reports on progress, financial targets, and key learnings from fundraising efforts.
· Work with the Head of Corporate Fundraising to streamline the transition from new business prospects to account management.
· Collaborate with the Global Volunteering Executive to maximize fundraising and grow the Global Volunteering program.
· Partner with the New Business executive to develop marketing materials and co-deliver presentations.
· Manage partnership activations, such as Gingerbread House Day and World Habitat Day.
· Support partners' employee participation in challenge events.
· Assist with corporate partner communications during humanitarian emergencies.
· Provide day-to-day support to further corporate team goals, with flexibility to assist other teams.
· Represent Habitat for Humanity GB at external events.
· Lead and carry out additional duties as assigned by the Head of Corporate Fundraising.

A flexible approach
HFHGB is seeking to rapidly scale up its activities and impact to fight poverty across the world. While this is a home-based role, there is an expectation that the post holder will be flexible, and able to travel to Greater London and elsewhere on a regular basis.

Role overview
This key role manages our flagship and award-winning project supporting refugees with IT Hardware. The project collects IT Hardware, refurbishes and repairs it through our network of technicians, matches it with a suitable recipient through our referral process and then distributes it to charities and individual refugees and asylum seekers at no cost to the recipient. The project is in its third year, in which it will grow to overseeing e-waste collection and tech re-sale.
This role has two central arms: project management and volunteer management.
Overall management of the project includes key decision-making on tech refurbishment and distribution, building and maintaining key partnerships, impact reporting, staff management, external representation, developing and recording institutional memory and supporting the project's strategic growth with support from the Director. The postholder will be responsible for working with their team to maintain the smooth running of the project and deliver the project outcomes. They will deputise for the Director where necessary.
Volunteer management predominantly looks like the recruitment, coordination, training and retention of technical volunteers, many of whom are asylum seeking graduates of our tech training course. The post holder will be the go-to person for the volunteers and provide technical and management support with the help of our Technical Lead.
We know good project managers have a variety of skills and experience. We are not running a personal specification, but the strongest applications will indicate staff management experience and basic knowledge of IT repair.

Outcome 1 - Manage the Digital Access project and the team working to deliver its outcomes

Oversee the logistics and operations involved in collecting, storing and redistributing large quantities of IT Hardware, including the distribution of Data SIM cards to recipients with support from your team.

Work with the Engagement Manager to identify and communicate with businesses, individuals and other sources of IT Hardware to explain our process and the impact of the project.

Collate and present service user and device data (e.g use-case, age, geography) on a monthly and quarterly basis which represents our impact on the ground for internal and external audiences.

Outcome 3 - Coordinate tech volunteers, external repair partners and technical staff (tech agents) to secure a regular flow of repair and refurbishment

Oversee the process by which tech agents request and receive parts for the refurbishment process (hardware, software and tools).

Programme financial planning, management and reporting
In close consultation with the programmes/partnerships team:
• Support the design and implementation of effective quality controls to ensure compliance with donor requirements and to maintain appropriate donor stewardship, including through manuals, checklists, templates, and other tools
• Monitor spending and activity implementation and ensure regular scheduling of grants management meetings, alerting the Programme Finance Manager and Programmes/Partnerships team about significant under or overspend on a timely basis
• Maintain internal tools that track active grants, cost recoveries and cash balances and ensure they are kept up-to date
• Maintain internal tools tracking pipeline and secured funding (Awards Information Management System -AIMS) and ensure they are kept up-to-date
• Prepare financial information for internal reporting purposes, including (but not limited to) the quarterly CEO report, monthly dashboard and quarterly cash balances (co-finance) report.
Grants management and compliance
• Maintain the grants management tracker so that grants are properly recorded and monitored, ensuring that input from the Programmes/Partnerships team and the Programme Finance Manager are incorporated on a timely basis
• Undertake administrative tasks related to grants, including setting up of grant codes (pipeline and secured), collecting and forwarding information to different units and executing follow up tasks as required
• Review budgets for concepts/proposals, ensuring the inclusion of AKF(UK) costs, make recommendations for improvements and liaise with the programme/partnerships team and field units to ensure these are complete, accurate, consistent with the narrative, compliant with donor requirements, and correctly formatted for presentation to donors
• Support the preparation, review and submission process for donor financial (and narrative as relevant, e.g. ECHO) reports to ensure compliance with donor requirements; ensure reports are produced on time to a high standard and are consistent with the narrative
• Ensure timely submission of cash requests as required by donor contracts and internal sub-grant agreements
• Prepare donor and internal sub-grant agreements with AKDN agencies, field units, and implementing partners, including (but not limited to) those with co-financing

Audit, internal controls and risk
• Contribute on programme finance to all audits and statutory compliance in line with UK and AKF/AKDN regulations and compliance requirements
• In collaboration with field units, prepare due diligence assessments for potential new partners or donors and ensure these are refreshed periodically
• Troubleshoot financial, donor compliance and procurement-related queries identified through monitoring grants or as raised by management or field units
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Programme Finance Manager or the Head of Finance and Operations. The role will involve travel to countries in which we operate grants. Normally this could be 2 – 3 trips per year.
Qualifications
• CCAB qualified accountant (desirable).

About the role
We have recently received funding to explore expansion into Scotland for the Faith in Affordable Housing project. This will be a 15-month project with potential to expand, subject to funding.
The proposed project is to undertake a scoping exercise across Scotland, to ascertain the need for social and affordable housing, and the key stakeholders providing housing, as well as the potential presented by faith organisation-owned assets to meet housing need. CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We are looking for an ambitious and driven people person, passionate about raising money to support Cancer Research UK. As a Relationship Manager you will have a direct impact on the relationships we build with our local communities, building a multi-million-pound pipeline of potential supporters that will have a significant positive impact across Cancer Research UK's portfolio in current and future years
This particular role will focus entirely on new business and will be tasked with realising the extremely high potential we have in London and the wider South Division (Hampshire, Kent, Essex) You will use your networking skills to explore the abundance of corporate and community opportunity that will drive income and grow the pipeline .
This is a great role for someone that is a self-starter, who enjoys networking, meeting a diverse group of people and loves to see results - only this time those results have a life changing impact on those living with Cancer.
What will I be doing?
Supporting the development of a prospect pipelines of opportunities and identifying and cultivating leads.
Building strong working relationships with other divisional team members
Work with divisionally based and other CRUK staff to maximise supporter activity with a focus on those that will help support national and divisional strategies
Hitting fundraising targets for CRUK's life saving research.
Planning and delivering effective rewards and recognition to increase supporter loyalty and income.
*This is a home-based role with significant travel across the patch to maximise community engagement. On average this would be 60 percent out in the field (travelling around your patch meeting supporters) and 40 percent home based. However, this is subject to change based on business need. There will be some evening working required to attend committee meetings however you will get this time back via our time off in lieu policy
What skills will I need?
We are open to your background, this could suit someone who is a corporate relationship manager or account manager, sales executive or business development manager. Whatever your background, you 'll need to be able to demonstrate:
Excellent networking and relationship manager skills - and the ability to motivate and influence supporters or customers to reach targets.
Proven ability to generate new ideas, adapt style and approach to meet the needs of different supporters or customers.
Experience of working as part of a high performing team, achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
Experience of working unsupervised with the ability to drive and generate own workload
A strong solution focused approach to help supporters overcome any challenges and maximise their fundraising efforts.
Great time management, prioritisation and planning skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (face to face, written and phone)
