Evolve, a leading mental health counselling charity, is seeking a part-time administrator receptionist, to be the first point of contact for clients seeking our non-emergency professional mental health counselling services.
The postholder will manage phone calls and web enquiries through to successful conclusions via our Head of Counselling and their team of over fifty counsellors, creating and maintaining client records with Charitylog – a client records management system.
They will be the key source of information and support for this team of counsellors, who all work remotely currently across greater Cambridgeshire, Northants, and Peterborough areas, making sure they have all necessary support and information for their roles.
Our administrator will also organise and manage all other corporate information for the Trustee Board, the CEO, and their leadership team plus our volunteer staff – building an effective ‘memory’ for Evolve and helping us to grow and support more people.
More than a conduit for enquiries, the successful applicant will be initiative-taking and self-directing, taking immediate action and ownership of their tasks and ensuring 100% completion. As a Navigator, you will be assisting veterans who are furthest from employment to engage in meaningful activity as they look to gradually progress back towards work. Based at your home, with regular travel, including some overnight stays at our Richmond offices. The Navigator is a non-clinical role focused on supporting Veterans with mental or physical health conditions. The role aims to support them to overcome various factors impacting their lives, to achieve improved well-being and reduced social isolation. Clients of the service may present with issues around housing, accessing relevant health care services, substance misuse, education and training, financial concerns, and benefits, amongst others.

As Team Administrator for the Children and Young People’s Engagement Team, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to a dynamic team working with children, young people and parents all over the UK.
The Team Administrator will provide administrative or logistical support to different team projects, working groups, committees, events or activities. This will also include supporting the finance functions for the Team and managing purchase orders, invoices and expenses and supporting the project teams by drafting and preparing documents. In addition you will ensure all phone and email queries are answered, using clinical experts and team colleagues for advice if necessary.

Reporting to the Head of Children, Young People & Engagement, this is a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to support the work of different engagement projects through assisting and disseminating project reports, joining sessions with children and young people across the year, and the managing of project materials.
Educated to a good standard you should have extensive administrative experience or skills and have well-developed experience and knowledge of Microsoft applications along with proven proof reading and minute taking abilities.

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.

Having run for almost a decade, Project Indigo is well known in Hackney, and works alongside local LGBTQIA+ projects, as well as mental health and youth services. Project Indigo maintains a youth-led and person-centred approach, with this role being developed in consultation with our members to address the barriers they face in accessing sensitive therapeutic support.
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic counsellor/psychotherapist to offer therapeutic support to members of Project Indigo, our LGBTQIA+ youth group. The counsellor will make a positive impact and expand Project Indigo’s offer to include 1-to-1 counselling, including sessions up to 24 weeks and therapeutic drop-ins.
Off Centre is a service that provides a range of targeted mental health focused support services to young people aged 16 to 25 who registered with a City and Hackney GP. These include: individual, counselling and psychotherapy, individual and group art psychotherapy, key-work support, out of hours drop-in service on Thursday evenings, targeted provision for children and young people of African, Caribbean and mixed heritage (ACH), and an Information and Advice provision.
Main Responsibilities:
· You will provide affirmative therapeutic support to our LGBTQIA+ young people who identify under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella or are exploring their sexual orientation or gender identity; including 1-to-1 therapeutic support, sessions up to 24 weeks and therapeutic drop-ins.
· You will enrich Project Indigo’s holistic offer by providing a safe, confidential and affirmative therapeutic space for our members; supporting young people with a range of difficult life and/or mental health issues, which may include bereavement, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, sexual abuse and trauma.
· You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of issues facing young LGBTQIA+ people, in particular trans and gender diverse people, and will have clinical experience working with this group.
· You will maintain an understanding of LGBTQIA+ identities, as well as intersectionality and the multiple oppressions faced by our diverse group members, in particular racialised, neurodivergent and/or trans and non-binary people.
· You will address the diverse needs of our young people by maintaining an intersectional and person-centred approach.

· You are BACP /UKCP (or equivalent) registered with proven experience of working affirmatively with LGBTQIA+ young people in a clinical setting and/or evidence of in-depth knowledge of how to support LGBTQIA+ young people, in particular trans and gender diverse young people.
