As the Research Lead at Beyond the Streets, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our influencing and partnership work to achieve this goal. With a new CEO in post now for a year, you will be joining the organisation at an exciting time of investment in our influencing work. Working closely with the Research and Impact Manager, and the newly created post of Policy and Engagement Lead, you will help us to build a strong team to take forward this area of the organisation’s work. Building on our reputation for delivering insightful research, you will develop and drive forward innovative research projects, lead on impact measurement across the organisation and establish external research partnerships in line with Beyond the Streets’ strategic objectives.

Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, provide training for the third sector and statutory professionals, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience. Our training and partnership work seeks to equip professionals to understand the sex industry, particularly survival sex, and to support them to engage with women selling sex in a trauma-informed way.

The Role:
As the Database Executive, you will play a vital part of the Fundraising and Community Engagement team, where your expertise will ensure supporter information is accurate, meaningful, and ready to drive successful fundraising campaigns.

Specialist Sexual Violence Group Worker
- Hours: 35 per week (Full time)
- Contract: Temporary FTC until March 31st 2026 (with the possibility of extension should funding be in place)

Purpose of the post: Thanks to an extension to existing funding, we are looking for a specialist sexual violence group worker to provide group-based support to adults who have experienced sexual violence, abuse or harm.

This support is a core element of our Horizon sexual violence support services, a specialist project developed by Cyfannol Women’ Aid to meet the needs of anyone who has experienced rape, sexual violence or childhood abuse at any time in their life.
As a key member of our team, you will provide a trauma-informed response to individuals who have experienced sexual violence, supporting them to access interventions on a needs-led basis. You will facilitate group work, develop group-based opportunities and encourage participation, ensuring that the needs and feedback of people who engage with this support remain central to service development.
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide a trauma-informed, friendly and responsive service to people engaged with Cyfannol for support in relation to their experiences of sexual violence.
- Provide opportunities for peer support and buddying at group sessions across Gwent.
- Provide a range of group-based opportunities in response to the needs and wishes of individuals accessing support.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, sourcing and engaging different providers to deliver a menu of wellbeing activities and therapies.
- Provide and develop support structures for family and friends of people who have experienced sexual violence.
- Manage group facilitation effectively, ensuring groups are equitable, inclusive and accessible.
- Provide a needs-led and person-centred response to group members, signposting to further support as appropriate.

- Promote groupwork opportunites

- Contribute to the continued development of evaluation and feedback methods for individuals engaged with groupwork

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fundraising Manager who relishes the excitement of developing strong relationships and exceeding ambitious income targets. Reporting to our Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for securing and managing high-value corporate partnerships to support FareShare Midlands across our three hubs in Birmingham, Nottingham, and Leicester, managing both a pipeline of new business and existing corporate relationships for maximum impact. Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development and Management:
- Secure new innovative collaborations with companies based in the Midlands.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships which may include Charity of the Year, commercial brand partnerships/campaigns, sponsorship, POS promotions and strategic partnerships.
- Design and deliver tailored partnership plans and activities.

Fundraising and Income Generation:

Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in corporate fundraising/partnerships and/or account management
- Knowledge of top local corporate/commercial organisations in the Midlands and their CSR strategy
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships, fundraising target and Key Performance Indicators
- Experience in managing others – either as a line manager or within a team
- Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing and networking abilities
- Experience with commercial brand licensing and cause-related marketing

We are looking for a Senior Evidence and Evaluation Manager to work in a dedicated Impact and Evidence directorate, working at the heart of Youth Futures Foundation. You will be central to our ambition to create the largest repository of robust evidence and evaluations of what works to support young people into good jobs. In the directorate, you will work with two Heads of Evaluation and the Deputy Director and Director to ensure all Youth Futures’ investments are designed to provide robust evidence of what works.
The Senior Evidence and Evaluation Manager will primarily lead on the design, commissioning, and management of evaluations and evidence generation, including new large scale evaluation projects launching in 2025 as well as a portfolio of existing large-scale and complex evaluations.
You will also work with Impact & Evidence and Policy colleagues to help develop new programmes to improve the evidence base on supporting young people into good work by, for example, working with partners able to run larger scale trials.

But many have made commitments that are not being met, and others are failing to take any action at all. Through our Corporate Performance work and Forest 500 project, we assess the policies and performance of influential companies and financial institutions. Our newly launched Deforestation Action Tracker monitors financial institutions with significant climate commitments to track their action on deforestation and associated human rights abuses.
We also support financial institutions and investors by providing a suite of guidance including our Deforestation-free finance Roadmap, Pensions Guidance and our Deforestation-free investment mandate. Role overview
Global Canopy is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to help modernise and automate our data platform as we scale. As well as performing data uploads, data cleaning and other routine tasks using existing methods, you will suggest and implement improvements to make these tasks more straightforward and robust. Role overview
You will lead the effective implementation and ongoing development of our Nature-related Finance programme’s strategy and workplan through effective oversight, management and mentoring across our portfolio of projects.
You will be a strong technical leader in the nature space who excels at programmatic management and delivery. With a drive and passion for effective delivery, technical quality and rigour, and ensuring teams are well organised and properly resourced to meet their individual and collective objectives on time and on budget. You will lead the management and mentoring of the team and its development to ensure it is equipped and motivated to deliver on and scale-up its day to day work, while also continuing to innovate.
Programmatically, you will play a leading role in overseeing our work on the ENCORE data partnership, which sits at the strategic heart of the Nature-related Finance Programme as an entrypoint on nature for so many key market players.
We welcome candidates based within reach of our main office in Oxford, as well as those who would work remotely (particularly in our focal countries such as Brazil or Colombia) with period travel to the UK.
