About the role
As our Senior Digital Experience Manager (Website) will play a leadership role in setting and driving cutting-edge standards for digital content, copywriting assets, and experiences across all owned digital channels. You will be one of three Senior Digital Experience Managers, with a specific focus on managing and improving the performance of our main corporate website to meet both business and user needs, while supporting our multi-disciplinary marketing squads.
You will also support stakeholder teams such as our multi-disciplinary marketing squads develop brilliant user-centric marketing campaigns that drive high quality traffic by advising on UX, journey planning and digital content.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and creation of inspiring, engaging, and accurate content and assets across all channels and experiences for a marketing squad.
- Manage and continuously improve the performance of the Save the Children main website to ensure it meets KPIs, especially conversion, and remains up-to-date and compliant.
- Act as the primary organisational contact for website functionality and content.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager to define and deliver functional improvements to the website.
- Manage third-party and close stakeholder relationships and contracts pertaining to the website.
- Lead the UX across Save the Children digital products & channels, including owned social channels, websites, microsites, and coalition websites when appropriate.
- Be a leading expert on our in-house forms engine, continuously improving the user experience.
- Provide informal training to staff on digital content best practices and systems, including website CMS and social media management tools.
- Ensure that Save the Children digital experiences are accessible and compliant with the latest legislation and best practices.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Solid experience working in a digital marketing/experience capacity, on a B2C website.
- Extensive experience in developing digital content for a range of channels, including social, email, and websites, which follows best practices and is engaging and inspiring for customers/supporters.
- Experience in storytelling within a digital context.
- Knowledge of new digital trends and emerging consumer technology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in developing ideas and informing decision-making.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers effectively.
- Proficiency with digital analytics packages (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Experience with various Content Management Systems; Adobe Experience Manager experience is desirable.
- The ability to work to deadlines, have an MVP mindset, be data-driven, creative, and technically adept and endlessly curious. In addition, you will have
- Passionate about digital content and UX, identifying new innovations and helping Save the Children become sector-leading in these areas.
- Significant experience developing digital experiences using best practice user experience design principles.
- Significant experience managing websites at a B2C organisation.
- Experience of using and conducting user research to improve digital experiences.

Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter). As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
· Managing a caseload offering Advocacy and Advice to D/deaf and Disabled people with a range of impairments. This includes seeing clients through virtual appointments as well as face to face appointments at Reals Offices, partner offices, GP surgery’s or as home visits.
· Promoting Advocacy and Advice across the borough
· Working within Real’s quality frameworks; Real holds the Quality Practice Mark for Advocacy and the Advice Quality Standard.
· Supporting the Coordinator with monitoring and evaluating the service and overall service delivery

About the role:
This role is co-located within Charing Cross Hospital 4 days per week and 1 day per week at our office near Old Street. As an IDVA you will:
- implement effective ways of working with victims to increase safety & reduce harm
- provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse
- work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse
- run group training sessions & share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital

- knowledge of help-seeking barriers & support needs of victims of domestic abuse

The goal is to help people understand their rights and navigate their housing options in order that they have somewhere safe to live. People usually contact us because they are in crisis, the Case Worker’s job is to calmly assess their housing needs, provide them with immediate advice and sign posting and, where necessary, provide advocacy case work to ensure they get access to what they are entitled to.
Key Responsibilities
· To provide a high quality, flexible and responsive advice and case work service to LGBTQ+ people, supporting them to exercise their rights and get access to safe accommodation.
· To assess the individual needs of each person and provide a bespoke advice and advocacy plan.
· To ensure that effective service user participation mechanisms are in place.
· To ensure a high level of customer care and practice at all times.
· To develop links with relevant external agencies.
Main Duties of the Post
Casework Sessions
· To give holistic support to LGBTQ+ people accessing our advice and advocacy service and to provide proactive support to these service users who are sometimes hard to engage.
· To assess each individual’s current housing situation and form a view with regards to risk associated with their case.
· To explore all options available to the service user allowing them to make informed decisions.
· To work with LGBTQ+ people accessing the advice and advocacy to develop and review individual work plans and risk assessments.
· To have regular case work sessions to provide structured support, in relation to Housing specific issues.
· To liaise with other service providers ensuring service users receive the necessary support to sustain their accommodation, acquire relevant independent living skills, maintain or improve positive physical and mental health and access into meaningful occupation of their time.
Liaison with Landlords / Other Agencies
· To support service users to report repairs and work with landlords and advocate where necessary.
· To support service users to contact local authority, voluntary and private sector landlords to report anti-social behaviour issues and advocate where necessary.
· To support service users to present to local authorities as homeless, where appropriate, and advocate where necessary.
Other Duties
· To establish and maintain accurate and complete records in all areas of work
· To complete statistics for the collation of performance and funding information
· To maintain up to date knowledge of legislation and regulations in relation to funders and other key areas.
· To participate in individual and clinical supervision meetings, annual appraisals and training

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Experience
· Lived experience, or experience of working with homeless or vulnerable LGBTQ+ people, in a voluntary or paid employment setting
· Lived experience, or extensive experience of working with LGBTQ+ people.
· Experience of providing advice and advocacy support to vulnerable people in a professional setting
· Experience of working with and delivering services to a diverse client group with a wide range of support needs

Essential Knowledge
· Knowledge of Housing Legislation and how it applies to those experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness

- providing pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic violence and abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
- Primarily supporting victims whose accommodation status could be counted as safe accommodation under the government definition.
- To work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse

About the Role:
This role is a hybrid working role and is based at our office in Shoreham-by-Sea for a minimum of one day a week. As a Senior Caseworker in the Hate Crime Team you will:

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Management Accountant, the Finance Assistant will support the Finance Team, providing financial and administrative services for our business. The Finance team sits within our Central Services division.

The Project
An emotional and wellbeing service that supports adults aged 18+ in primary care who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. Patients can explore the situation affecting their wellbeing – whether that is an ongoing mental or physical health problem, loneliness, debt, or other issues. As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for operating within one of two full-production kitchens within two separate buildings (Remembrance and Aspects) to supply catering across multiple outlets including self-serve 380 cover restaurant, table waited functions room up to 500, coffee shop, ‘pop up Foodservice outlets within the grounds of the Arboretum and hospitality. We are open daily from 10:00 till 17:00 7 days a week, we do some bespoke evening events in our Aspects building throughout the year.
If successful, the main duties of your role will be:
- To support the Executive Head Chef in the delivery of the Food Services Strategy.
- Consistently maintain high standards of food service and provision to meet the expectations of Staff, Volunteers, visitors and clients.
- To ensure that the methods of preparation and presentation comply with current recognised catering standards and those implemented by the Food Services Manager and Executive Head Chef.

WECare’s Head of Fundraising is responsible for supporting the Fundraising team in their efforts to raise funds. We have lots of exciting projects and expansion in the pipeline. We need a Head of Fundraising who can come on this journey with us and help the charity grow whilst maintaining our core values and standards.
Who we are:
WECare Worldwide is a UK and Sri Lankan registered charity set up by veterinary surgeon Janey Lowes. Our mission is to provide international standard veterinary care for less fortunate animals around the world, starting in Sri Lanka. The WECare Team is made up of passionate, dedicated and brilliant individuals who know how to work hard and enjoy ourselves while we do it. We aim to change the outlook for street dogs worldwide, with 75% of the globe’s dog population going without access to healthcare. We want to plug that gap and provide them with a whole lot of love while we do it!
Key responsibilities:
1. Fundraising Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve organisational fundraising goals.

Design and establish fundraising structures, policies, and processes to streamline fundraising efforts and ensure compliance with regulations.

Identify new fundraising opportunities and innovative approaches to expand the donor base and increase revenue streams.
2. Donor Engagement and Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and potential supporters.

Implement strategies to enhance donor engagement and retention, including the development of stewardship programmes, and ensure ongoing engagement, retention, and the growth of regular givers.

Lead the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring seamless logistics and maximising donor participation.

Research and identify potential grants and trust funders to diversify funding sources.
3. Communication and Outreach:

Create and distribute quarterly newsletters and appeal email campaigns to engage supporters and donors.

Develop and maintain relationships with current sponsors, partners, and key donors.

Oversee the 'Sponsor a Dog' programme, ensuring its effectiveness in donor engagement and revenue generation.

Optimise the new supporter journey and create promotional materials in line with current brand guidelines.

Identify, actively seek, and manage media opportunities, including TV, radio, and social media partnerships.

Secure support from UK/ Sri Lankan businesses and establish official partnerships where possible.
4. Fundraising Management:

Manage fundraising events, including securing sponsorship and maintaining strong relationships with venues and their staff.

Support WECare fundraisers with all needs associated with their efforts.

Develop grant applications and supporting documentation.

Manage the production of fundraising materials and advertisements.

Oversee the development of merchandise ranges and play a key role in the sales process.
