The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the Development team. We want you to help us present this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.
This is a dynamic role which cultivates new business and manages a varied portfolio of major partnerships (£20k+ pa) covering international, corporate and major trusts. This role will act as an internal and external ambassador for partnership opportunities – identifying assets within the organisation and generating new business externally. The Partnerships Manager will use creative approaches to attract long-term, high-value strategic partnerships which further the Festival’s vision and underpin long-term sustainability.

About the Roles

My client is a UK health charity that works to transform care and patient experience; from small but impactful initiatives through to funding pioneering technology. With an investment portfolio of £150 million, their income is generated through property management as well as a traditional fundraising approach.
The finance function has recently been transitioned from being fully outsourced to an in-house operation. With new people, processes and systems bedding in, they are looking for interim support to assist with year end delivery and process review.
Key deliverables:
Support the Director of Finance with the production of their year end accounts including fixed asset register, investment schedules and grant disclosures.
Completion of all outstanding reconciliation work.
Assist with the documenting and refining of finance processes to ensure a structure monthly close and reporting cycle.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant with a track record of preparing accounts to Charity SORP (audit or internal accounting). Previous experience of dealing with property income would be an advantage, although not essential. You will however combine technical excellent with a collaborative, hands on approach, willing to get involved and solve problems.
With flexible office working practices, this role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week in their London office.
Overall Purpose
The Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Foundation. This role is responsible for maintaining and developing administrative systems, both manual and digital, while supporting all core functions, including executive board, grant-making, fund development, and finance. Acting as the central support for the team, the role ensures internal processes run effectively by managing key administrative tasks and coordinating internal and external meetings. Responsibilities

Take accurate minutes and provide general administrative support for Board level members, always ensuring strict confidentiality.
Regularly update and maintain Board requirements, including EDI data, references, annual Conflict of Interest declarations, DBS checks, and other governance related documentation including Foundation Training log and Policy changes.
Provide administrative support to the Chair of Trustees as required, ensuring they have the necessary documentation, scheduling support, and other assistance to fulfil their role effectively.
Events and PR
Assist with organising events to showcase the Foundation’s work, including functions for donors, potential donors, community and voluntary groups.
Representing BLCF
Work as an effective Ambassador for the Foundation always, including at events and external networking.
Engage with the UK Community Foundation peer network to ensure the best practice is shared from across the sector
Experience
Demonstrable experience of using online file managements systems (e.g. SharePoint) to manage data and information relating to an organisations core systems, policies and processes.

Coram Children’s Legal Centre works with migrant, asylum-seeking and refugee children and young people to ensure that their rights are upheld. At an individual level, we provide one-to-one legal advice through an advice line, outreach advice programme and workshops, as well as legal representation in immigration, asylum and nationality law, and community care law. We also offer a range of free resources and online information. To develop practice, we provide guidance and training to practitioners working with young refugees and migrants. We undertake policy advocacy to protect and promote the rights of migrant children in UK law and policy.
About the role
This role is part of a project funded by the Justice Together Initiative working in conjunction with a number of partners across London including Young Roots, Centrepoint, CARAS, Enfield Social Services, SRLA and Citizens UK. The purpose of the role is to help children, young people and families understand their position and legal rights in relation to immigration and support them to take steps to realise their rights. The role involves the provision of one-off asylum, immigration and nationality law advice and follow-up work and the wider provision of legal education sessions and documentation to increase understanding and knowledge. This role is part of an immigration legal advice team, which seeks to get high-quality immigration legal advice into communities and to those who would otherwise be unable to access it.
The purpose of the role is to empower those in need of immigration, asylum and nationality law, and to work with them – as well as a range of partners – to win change to promote the rights of children and young people affected by UK immigration control. The role involves creating positive relationships with young people and involvement in promoting youth-led change.
The role is responsible for project co-ordination and delivery across immigration advice projects, including advice service design, partnership-building, project planning and meetings, system creation and maintenance, record-keeping, monitoring, internal and funder reporting and other project activities. The role supports CCLC in achieving advice service consistency, meeting targets and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

The Role
The Supporter Experience Officer is responsible for giving supporters a fulfilling and enjoyable relationship with the charity. They deepen supporter relationships and strengthen sources of income by working strategically across the whole supporter journey.
Main responsibilities include:
• Oversee programmes of regular giving and incorporate positive ‘wow’ moments into the supporter journey

About the role
You will be responsible for leading on the perinatal mental health project across the region. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading on perinatal peer support across the region.
- Managing the volunteers
- Having a good working knowledge and understanding of the local demographics in the Hartlepool area and ensuring all services are accessible and inclusive.
- Engaging with communities through networking with other local organisations.
- The Confidence to network with and occasionally present to local clinical and partner agencies across maternity and mental health sectors to integrate the services into local pathways and build relationships with the profile of the service.
Most importantly, you will be working to continuously make a difference for the many families across Hartlepool who struggle with emotional well-being, anxiety or social isolation in pregnancy or the first two-years after childbirth.

Key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Providing operational support to Foodbank collection centres in host venues across Lambeth and Croydon
- Providing and developing wraparound support to those accessing the Foodbank
- Delivering and developing in-person and remote signposting
- Working with volunteers, partner organisations and host venues to provide effective and efficient support through collection sessions and beyond
The successful post holder must have:
