Job description

Role Overview:

We are working with a lovely charity who are looking for an Interim Marketing and Communications Manager to lead and deliver their marketing and communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of homeless individuals and families. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy, aligning with the overall organisational goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee communication budgets, track KPIs, and analyse results to inform future plans.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure brand consistency across all channels, from social media to print materials.
  • Digital Expertise: Manage the website, oversee social media strategy, and implement effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, securing press coverage and managing media inquiries.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Senior Fundraising and Communications Executive and other team members to deliver impactful campaigns.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and present ideas effectively.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A passion for our mission and a commitment to making a difference.

What’s On Offer:

  • A one year Fixed Term Contract 
  • Flexible working, Oxfordshire based office, Flexible and remote working arrangements considered.
  • A salary of £38,000 FTE
  • Part-time considered.
