We are seeking an Advice and Wellbeing Adminstrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This may include triaging Advice Service enquiries, booking appointments, maintaining electronic records and providing administrative support to the Advisors. The role will also provide support to our expanding prevention and intervention programmes such as our Active Bystander Programme, including overseeing the enquiries, scheduling, and workshop administration
The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is also a hybrid working role, where 40% of the role will be on campus based. We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.

About the role:
This role is based at either one of our offices covering the Lancashire area, once you have completed training & probation period you can apply for hybrid working, all travel costs to and from appointments from your office base will be reimbursed.
As an Team Leader Triage & Early Intervention you will:
- Manage a team who deliver initial support services and ensure high quality support and effective triage work is completed for people affected by domestic abuse, in accordance with local operating procedures and be responsible for delivery of a professional and effective telephone and face to face support service.
- Accountable for the performance of the team against local plans and performance standards; including maintaining performance information, using outcomes to identify effective practice and ensuring compliance with national standards, codes of practice and all relevant legislation.
- Be the point of escalation for complex and sensitive cases, queries and complaints, as well providing support to the team by resolving problems, providing advice and undertaking initial contact, risk and needs assessment with victims and clients
- Provide advice and guidance to Triage & Early intervention Officers during shifts including quality assurance of Safeguarding referrals, (Safelives) DASH RIC, onward referrals to partner agencies, etc.
- Responsible for data security, data sharing and systems management for the service delivery team
You will need to:
- Have a good understanding of domestic abuse & the impact on victims and their children
- Understand risk assessment, safety planning & risk management for victims and their children
- Have knowledge of Safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues
- Have theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge of civil and criminal justice remedies for victims and their children.
- Have experience of working within a multi-agency and legislative framework.
- Experience of developing and maintaining partnerships and pathways within a multi-agency and legislative framework
- Have experience of managing a team dealing with complex caseloads, able to prioritise to deal with competing demands.
- Have strong crisis management skills and the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate the ability to use IT applications competently including, Microsoft Word, Excel etc. and Case Management systems in order to keep accurate records and monitoring your performance.
This role will involve some travel between offices therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.

About the role:
This role is based at Lancaster Police Station. This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
As an IDVA working on Operation Provide you will:
- Work with the Police safeguarding team to identify high risk victims of domestic abuse.
- Check internal systems to check if victims are known or open to internal services and liaise with same.
- Conduct joint visits with the police to victims who are at serious risk of harm to provide independent information about their rights and options to enable them to keep safe from harm.
- Assess their needs and develop a bespoke safety and support plan
- Provide information and advocacy around the criminal justice process
- Liaise with internal and external agencies in order to keep the victim safe from harm and address their needs.
You will need:

Role Summary
The Production Officer will provide support to the production team across all areas of production, including, but not limited to, camera operation, content editing, administration support, event production, and liaison with freelance editors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with the Video Content Manager and Videographer/Editor to film and edit content for a range of purposes, to a high standard.
- In–person, attend the Into Film Festival, the Into Film Awards, as well as other scheduled shoots and/or junkets, to support the Video Content Manager, as necessary.
- Support Producers to plan, deliver and evaluate audio visual content for teacher and youth audiences.
- Work with all teams at Into Film to come up with creative ideas for video content, as and when required.

Purpose of role

About the role:

As a Triage & Early Interventions Officer Assistant you will:
- Assist the caseworker in answering the telephone and contacting clients as required

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare profession/health related professional to join our existing team of Wellbeing Consultants embedded within established UK GenesisCare cancer treatment centres.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with patients, relatives, GenesisCare staff team and Wellbeing consultant team and the wider Penny Brohn UK organization. We are looking for a professional who can work in a flexible, proactive, intelligent, and creative way. Candidates should have experience of working within private or national health related services and have knowledge, experience/understanding of complementary therapies or other support services.
Key role considerations
- This role will involve working alongside our partner GenesisCare to ensure a holistic approach is taken in aspects of support and treatment.
- The bulk of the patient work is delivery of one-to-one sessions – completing holistic needs assessments, review appointments, consultations, mindfulness, and relaxation sessions.

About the role
We’re looking for a Governance Officer with strong experience in corporate governance and administrative processes to join our Corporate Assurance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of Young Lives vs Cancer’s governance processes. This includes coordinating Board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and documentation, minuting meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also act as the main point of contact for Trustees and committee members, managing their records, overseeing recruitment and inductions, and maintaining governance policies and procedures.
This role does not have direct reports but requires excellent relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Corporate Governance and Assurance, Trustees, and senior leadership to enhance governance efficiency.
