We have an exciting role available for a motivated and passionate leader to join the No Second Night Out (NSNO) team as Service Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead our Staging Post team in Lewisham. The NSNO Staging Post project offers additional assessment and reconnection support to clients over a 28 day period, ensuring those at risk of rough sleeping can be directed to services suitable to their immediate, medium and longer term needs. In the rewarding role of Service Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day to day running of the service, support and manage a team across the project.
- Work closely with outreach teams, local authorities, other housing providers, landlords and charities to identify and improve pathways out of rough sleeping.
- Provide line management and motivational support to a high performing team.
- Liaise with partner agencies to build and maintain effective relationships to support effective service delivery.
- Work on site in Hither Green 4 days a week, with flexibility to work from home 1 day.

- A creative and dynamic approach, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and negotiate with a wide range of partners and external audiences.

- Knowledge and understanding of the housing and support needs of people experiencing homelessness.
NSNO is the largest assessment service commissioned in the UK for people experiencing rough sleeping. St Mungo’s have been delivering this innovate service since 2011, the team continue to use their expert knowledge, learning and proven success as part of the Pan London Rough Sleeping Service to provide a rapid response, and intervention to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. National Ugly Mugs (NUM) is an award-winning charity with a mission to ‘end all forms of violence against sex workers.’ NUM provides a mechanism for sex industry workers to report crimes and harm they experience and share this information within their communities to warn others of potentially dangerous individuals and situations. We have a dedicated casework team of industry experts who support sex workers to further access criminal justice remedies and other services as determined by these victims/survivors to cope and recover from crimes they experience. We also host a range of other projects in racial justice, mental health, drop-in support (Scotland), and vocational exploration.
Role Summary:
National Ugly Mugs are looking to recruit a Victim Support Case Worker to provide greater access to justice and protections for sex workers based in or touring in London. The post holder will work across multiple agencies, from London victim support services, Citizens Advice, SARCS/Rape Crisis, specialist sex worker support organisations to those providing services to sex workers, and sex worker-led groups. They will work with police and Met officials via working groups or direct engagement with BCU SPOCs to support reporting to police.
The Victim Support Case Work plays a part in maintaining a wide network of practitioners and officials both local and national, to ensure that we are victim-centred and provide resources in ways that are individualised and safest for sex worker survivors as part of prevention, victim support and recovery. As such, the post holder will be supported by partners from sex worker-led groups and rights activists, and provided with relevant training and clinical supervision to support them in the role.

We are recruiting a Team Manager to deliver For Baby’s Sake in a new Regional Team in the North East of England. The post will be home based with some elements of hybrid working. Applicants need to be located in the North East of England and be able to travel across the region.
For Baby’s Sake is an innovative, therapeutic, trauma-informed programme. We work with both co-parents individually, supporting a recovery framework to overcome the devastating effects of domestic abuse in their relationship. We acknowledge and explore unresolved and often complex childhood trauma and change harmful patterns of behaviour to develop a home environment where children can flourish. We adopt an attachment-focussed parenting approach that enhances the opportunity for children to feel safe and secure, with parents who are emotionally available and attuned to all their needs.
There must be a current pregnancy to harness change motivations, a desire on behalf of both parents to coparent their unborn baby (although they do not have to be in a relationship) and we can work with the families up until the baby reaches the age of two. The significance of this two-year timescale is evidenced in all recent child development research.

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The position we have on offer is for our Home from Hospital Manager working across North Yorkshire. This role involves visiting hospitals across North Yorkshire but some admin tasks can be completed from home.
Our Home from Hospital service support safe and timely hospital discharges and positively contributes to patient flow and a smooth transition home for our clients.
Location: Skipton or Harrogate
Hours: 37 hours
Salary: £32,076 - £34,684
You will be self-motivated and driven, along with experience of working across organisational boundaries and in multi-disciplinary teams, within hospital environments.
You will be able to influence, and be confident in, promoting and developing a service so it reaches its full potential, across a diverse geographical area.
You will have at least 3 years management experience, with the ability to effectively manage high performing teams, based across the geography.

Service Manager Dynamic Framework

We have an exciting opportunity to lead our busy accommodation advice team to provide advice and assistance to males aged 18+ coming to the end of their prison sentence or in the community on licence with probation.
You will be liaising with probation teams, prisons, local housing authorities and landlords to support our clients to navigate housing processes in order to address their housing issues. You will be attending regular strategic meetings within Leicester and Leicestershire and reporting on progress during quarterly contract monitoring meetings.
Fixed term post for maternity cover to start February 2025 to November 2025 with the potential to extend for a further 3 months.
Please note that this post requires either a full driving licence and use of a vehicle or having means of transport to travel across Charnwood / Leicestershire.

Pathway supports hospital-based teams caring for people experiencing homelessness, manages the Faculty for Inclusion Health, a network of healthcare professions working to ensure the fundamental rights of marginalised people to be treated with dignity and compassion, supports the development of good practice, and influences policy.
We are focused on expanding our network of hospital-based teams, and stepping up our policy and campaigning work, making the case of the importance of healthcare provision for marginalised groups.
