JOB PURPOSE
UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for an ambitious and proactive Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to join the Private Partnerships & Philanthropy team.
ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES
- Account management of a portfolio of high value partnerships, providing first-class relationship management and maximising value, including financial, advocacy, pro bono and in-kind support.
- Work with existing corporate engagement products and support the development of new employee fundraising ideas.

About the role
Peer support roles are specifically for people who have lived experience of mental health problems. Through sharing wisdom from their own experiences, peer support staff will inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible in others. You will work with the Wellbeing Assessors and Team Leads to provide wellbeing support to patients within your particular Primary Care Network (PCN). This part of the Solent Mind Wellbeing Service provides one-to-one wellbeing support within the GP practices, working alongside the wider Primary Mental Health & Wellbeing Service.
Peer support is short-term support given to people who need extra support with the ‘doing’ side in their recovery journey. By using their own experiences to help each other and providing a safe space where people feel accepted and understood, Peer Support Workers encourage participants to identify their own strengths, triggers and life goals and support people to develop and use a range of skills and techniques to help their wellbeing.
This is a part-time role for 22.5 hours per week (over three weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday working across the New Forest PCN (Lymington/Milford-on-Sea/Lyndhurst).
About you
Educated to a minimum of level 2 standard or extensive relevant experience, you will have lived experience of mental health problems and using mental health services. Experience working with people with mental health needs in a paid or voluntary capacity is desirable. You’ll also have excellent team-working skills, including listening, constructive feedback, respect and dignity, and skill-sharing.

Job summary
This role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers and Support Officer across the UK in the effective planning and delivery of services to meet the strategic objectives. Look Good Feel Better is a national cancer charity devoted to delivering workshops that help people living with a cancer diagnosis to cope with the physical and emotional side effects of their treatment. Delivered by trained volunteers from the beauty industry, the free workshops offer practical advice about changes to skin and hair as well as supporting body confidence and well-being. Delivered in person at Cancer Care Centres and Hospitals across the UK as well as online, the workshops offer an invaluable opportunity to meet people in similar situations in a safe and inclusive space.

About the role

- To support the PR Executive in the identification and creation of opportunities for coverage of our charity's mission and with reactive media queries
- Develop and deliver a patron and ambassador strategy

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing The Brain Tumour Charity brand, devising new, and building on strong existing awareness campaigns and leading on capacity and marketing planning for integrated campaigns across The Charity.
You’ll help bring strategic thinking to the Marketing Team and be part of an Extended Leadership Team, balancing the needs of your own department with those of the wider mission and organisation whilst also supporting and developing your team.
You’ll oversee all branding activity to help us advance our mission and will be required to work closely with the fundraising and CX teams in The Charity to help deliver a sustainable model for funding and engagement.
You’ll be an experienced marketing professional with a good understanding of defining audience segmentations and building brand awareness, ideally within the health / research charity space.
Key accountabilities:
· Work with the Director of External Affairs and Strategy to develop and lead marketing activity for all parts of The Charity
· Manage design, copy and campaigns functions within the charity, including capacity planning and execution
· Build strong strategic relationships both inside and outside of the organisation, to form networks that will assist with the delivery our overall mission
· Develop and grow the brand with exciting new ideas that will meet our mission and raise our profile
· Work with the Extended Leadership Team to offer strategic advice to contribute to the wider direction of The Charity

Robinson College is seeking to appoint a new full-time Director of Development.
Director of Development
Location: Cambridge, CB3 9AN
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000, depending on experience
Robinson is one of the newest colleges in the University of Cambridge. We were founded in 1977 though the generosity of Sir David Robinson, an entrepreneur and philanthropist. We now have around 400 undergraduates, 240 postgraduates, and 100 Fellows. The main College building is a modern masterpiece housing most of our undergraduate students, with others living in houses on the College estate. We also have modern accommodation for our postgraduate students. The whole site has a large tranquil garden at its centre, with a lake fed by a chalk stream. As a College, we proudly promote a culture of friendliness and mutual support, a truly inclusive approach to community life, and a passion for education and research in a stimulating academic environment.
The College has an active and successful Development Office which caters for a growing population of over 5,800 contactable alumni. The recent foundation of the College is reflected in the relative youth of our alumni base. This presents challenges and rewards in equal measure to an enthusiastic Development Director. Our community are enthusiastic and loyal, and some have demonstrated remarkable philanthropy even in their early careers. The College also has a growing group of declared legators.
As the College approaches our 50th anniversary, there is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead and execute the associated fundraising campaign and a programme of activities, commissions and events to celebrate our milestone.
The Director of Development will be expected to assume full responsibility for all aspects of fundraising, stewardship and alumni relations, reporting to the Warden, Sir Richard Heaton, and with a dotted line report to the Finance Bursar. A modest amount of overseas travel is also required.
Candidates must have significant fundraising and donor stewardship experience and a track record of securing major philanthropic gifts. Experience of team management is also essential.
