Pathway’s Communications Manager role is pivotal to successfully delivering our mission: To improve health and healthcare provision for people experiencing homelessness, and other marginalised groups. We're a registered charity on a mission to improve the way that credit is provided and create better support and solutions for people who are struggling with debt. We conduct high quality research and test out innovative solutions. We're now seeking an External Affairs Lead to ensure we achieve maximum impact.
Working with our Chief Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our stakeholder engagement strategy and will lead our external communications and engagement, including with respect to Parliamentarians, regulators, funders, and the media.

Job Description
Salary Range: £38,000 to £45,000.

Purpose
The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Data and Insights Manager. The role will strengthen network-facing resources and support in a data-driven way, devising and implementing measures to drive membership growth and enhance membership satisfaction. This would include collaborating on research and analysis, translating insights into recommendations to support decision-making, and developing membership content available through to our network.

Growing the influence and impact of the Index is a key strategic priority within ambition two, and this role will help achieve that by ensuring we continue to develop our knowledge and to influence and improve employer-led social mobility. You’ll be responsible for project managing and delivering core components of the Index including the marking, design and delivery of the survey, which we use to gather employer data and the feedback reports, which we share with entrants. You’ll ensure the documents evolve with best practice and in line with our work with young people. Working with others you’ll deliver the annual key findings report, ultimately helping improve employer led social mobility in the UK.
Alongside the Index you’ll play a key role in developing policy positions for our political influencing campaigns. You’ll support our internal knowledge hub, drawing insights from our Aspiring Professionals Programme, wider research and focus groups with our young people and share external developments to ensure we have robust, youth-led positions. Key Responsibilities

Overall Purpose of the Head of Research

Tender works with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios.
