We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Communications Manager to join our national Partnerships team. The Partnerships team is responsible for the marketing, communication and recruitment of all our programmes nationally, as well as developing our brand, story and sharing our research.

About the role

As the Communications Manager, you will work hand in hand with the Head of Policy & Communications to help shape the voice and brand of the National Institute of Teaching. Your work will help NIoT to articulate our value to the education sector and build our reputation by engaging key stakeholders with our work.

As someone with a strong marketing and communications background, your understanding of how to adapt your approach to different audiences is crucial as we interact with a range of stakeholders, from frontline teachers to government policy makers. A strategic thinker, you will have excellent project management skills, holding the responsibility for leading key communication campaigns and event project plans.

A key aspect of the role is to have operational oversight of our key communication channels, such as the website, social media and email newsletters. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our content across these channels is always of the highest quality and reflects our brand and tone of voice.

We’re looking to recruit a Teaching Community Manager to join our education team, harnessing the power of education to help shape a positive and sustainable future for our planet.

As Teaching Community Manager, you will help teachers, students and schools to play a direct role in addressing climate change and biodiversity loss through education, practical action, campaigning and influence. This will involve putting teachers and school leaders at the heart of our education programme. • Experience of developing and delivering effective education programmes, preferably with professional development partners.

• An understanding of relevant pedagogical approaches and evaluation methodologies.

• Experience of a range of mobilisation, engagement & communication approaches (from PR & social media) to hands-on real-life experiences.

• An understanding of monitoring and evaluating programmes.

• Ability to manage budgets, commission research & lead a matrix team to deliver against objectives.

• Strong communication, interpersonal & project management skills.

• Ability to build long term relationships.

About the role

We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Manager with great personality and team ethic to join our Regional Fundraising team.

This is a role of variety, opportunity and innovation, and we are looking for someone who embraces change and constantly strives to achieve more.

You will maximise income for Young Live vs Cancer by coaching our supporters to reach their goals, whilst seeking out new fundraising opportunities for your geographical area. This role sits within the ‘Regional Engagement’ team and we need someone with natural customer service skills who wants to deliver a legendary experience to all of their supporters. Your team of supporters will range from volunteers and individuals, to groups and local corporates.

In an exciting note role within TEP, we are recruiting our first Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of designing and managing marketing and communications campaigns with impact.

Working closely with TEP Directors and ImpactEd Group Directors you will develop, implement and manage the communications and marketing activity for TEP as we build awareness and uptake of The Engagement Platform across the country and internationally.

About the Investment team

The investment team is responsible for selecting portfolio partners, managing our investments in these partners and supporting them to improve and scale their impact.

The investment team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.

The team is made up of 18 people, including former teachers, charity chief executives, charity impact leads, management consultants, social investment portfolio managers and impact consultants.

The team is led by a Portfolio Director who sits on the Senior Management Team. The Portfolio Director has 5 direct reports: a Deputy Portfolio Director, three Sector Leads (who lead our work in School engagement, School attainment and Employment Sectors) and an Impact Lead. Sector Leads line manage 6 Investment Directors. Investment Directors line manage Investment Managers (currently 5). Investment Directors and Investment Managers tend to primarily focus on a sector but might have mixed portfolios, depending on need, experience and interest.

The investment team has a good track record of role progression. All four Sector Leads and a number of our Investment Directors were promoted from within the team.

The team is passionate, rigorous, determined, creative and warm. We care deeply for our colleagues, our charity partners and the young people we serve.

About the Investment Manager role

The Investment Manager (IM) works as an integral part of the Investment Team to help deliver our mission – supporting portfolio partners to deepen their impact and scale their outcomes. This role works closely with Investment Directors and other Investment Managers, including both charity-facing support and internal support to the investment team.

The IM uses analytical rigour, project management and relationship skills to support a portfolio of amazing organisations that, together, will help shift the life chances and outcomes of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in the UK.

The IM role works across the portfolio, with the opportunity to work with various charities and Investment Directors, and may be involved in delivering the Impetus Leadership Academy.

• Working closely with Investment Directors to support portfolio partners across all areas of our work - leadership, impact and sustainability - leading specific work streams like impact and/or financial management.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Fundraising to join a well-established and impactful health charity. The role

We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications manager to raise awareness of, and engagement with, the activities of our Enterprise directorate, with a particular focus on our portfolio of regional Hubs.
