Big Tech companies have become so large – gobbling up a huge slice of the global marketplace and an unprecedented treasure hoard of user data – that they’re now more powerful than many states. The harmful effects of this concentration of power are everywhere – threats to our democracy, to our privacy, decimated workers’ rights and platforms rife with disinformation and hate. Governments are ploughing ahead with the use of algorithms and mass data systems to cut costs and increase efficiency often resulting in digital tools that entrench unfairness and leave the most vulnerable in society in crisis. All these problems are only getting worse with generative AI.
Foxglove works to bring the rule of law to the tech and AI giants who have upended our public square, workplaces, and social lives. We fight to reduce these anti-democratic behemoths’ size and power and we challenge them for abusing their workers. We also work to ensure public bodies use data and algorithms openly, fairly, and legally.
We have a strong track record. We’ve launched landmark cases seeking structural changes to big tech’s harmful business models, supported 180+ Facebook content moderators fired for trying to form a union to sue Facebook and their outsourcing company, Sama – winning world-first judgements. We helped launch Africa’s first content moderators' union and are urging UK and EU regulators to halt Big Tech’s maneuvers to hoover up generative AI as it has the rest of our online world. We have forced disclosure of secret contracts between tech giants and the NHS, stopped a racist Home Office visa streaming algorithm, helped make grading fair for UK A level students, forced the government to pause the NHS Data Grab and challenged the Department of Work and Pension’s use of an algorithm unfairly flagging disabled people for benefit fraud investigations.
We are a small but growing team of lawyers, communications experts, and campaigners. Our work is global, and we work in partnership with lawyers, civil society, unions, and impacted people.
About you
You are an experienced lawyer with a strong interest in using the law to hold governments and companies to account. You understand change doesn’t only take place within the walls of the court and that movements only succeed when they’re inclusive, making as many people as possible see they have a stake in these issues. You are a self-starter with the initiative to find opportunities, but the team-spiritedness to contribute to a shared goal and celebrate others’ work. The role
The post holder will be responsible for managing Foxglove’s legal team and legal work. You will drive forward a range of cases, including the development of case theories, investigating and collecting evidence, drafting correspondence, evidence and submissions. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing external legal teams. UK and international travel is required.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Case Development and Management
- Listen to affected communities, unearth issues caused by tech injustice, and come up with innovative legal solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with impacted community members, unions, other lawyers, experts, co-counsel, intervenors, civil society organisations and the public.
- Draft and comment on technical and legal documents and correspondence.
- Effectively work with the co-Executive Director to implement Foxglove’s legal strategy
- Manage and supervise the legal team.

Compliance and Risk Management
- Manage court deadlines and time limits where applicable.

Person Specification
Essential
- A strong interest in using the law to hold government and companies to account.
- Qualified lawyer in any jurisdiction with at least senior legal experience.
- Ability to learn new areas of law quickly and develop new areas of work.
- Demonstrable knowledge in conduct of cases from initial advice through to trial.
- Relevant experience in analysing complex factual and legal situations and helping to advise clients in accordance with their aims.
- Experience in dealing sensitively with clients and experts.
- Experience in working on complex matters, which require analysis of large amounts of documents and data.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Length and Salary
The role is permanent. The annual salary is £70,075 per annum less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
Our team works remotely, and this role can be based anywhere. We would prefer you to work within or close to UK office hours, but this is flexible. Our team travels every two months for team days and twice a year for team retreats. This role will include significant UK and international travel.Only candidates with the right to work in their location will be considered.

Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Head of Operations and working collaboratively with the Partnerships Project Manager, the Programme Delivery Officer will play a crucial role in the day-to-day programme management of the organisation’s programmes and partnership delivery.
This role will also involve strong elements towards cultivating relationships with key external partners, including businesses, non-profits and other stakeholders, to enhance organisational initiatives, drive growth, and ensure long-term collaboration. Purpose of the role
At NEON we believe that organising is crucial if we’re to build the power we need to win a new economy and deepen cross-community solidarity at a time of political polarisation. A central part of our new strategy - and this role - is to support movement organisations and organisers to build their capacity to do what we call Transformative Organising - where we transform the conditions we live in, transform ourselves and transform who has power in society. We use a combination of trainings, 1-2-1 mentoring and strategic partnerships with movement organisations to give organisers the tools, skills and confidence they need to build a base with those at the sharp end of the crisis, develop politically conscious leaders, and plan strategic & escalating campaigns that win. You’ll work with our Head of Organising and colleagues in the Movement Building Hub to scale up this offer over the coming years, with a particular focus on the housing, climate and migration movements, as well as supporting movements to tackle a rising far-right.
What you will be doing

Deliver organising trainings to social movement organisers and campaigners, using content from our Transformative Organising programme and working closely with our Head of Organising and NEON trainers. These will be a mix of shorter workshops and multi-day trainings, blending in-person and online delivery, and you will be supported to experiment with different delivery models to meet movement needs.

Work in partnership with organisers, organisations and coalitions to build their organising capacity over the long-term, through ongoing mentoring and hands-on support and training.

Conduct extensive 1-2-1s with movement organisers, to strengthen relationships, explore opportunities for collaboration and understand movement needs.

Support the development of a network of UK-based organisers, and create spaces for collective learning and ensure NEON’s organising offer meets the needs of organisers on the ground.

Work with the Head of Organising to periodically review and update NEON’s Transformative Organising content, staying responsive to movement needs and incorporating the latest organising practices and tools.

Sitting within the Supporter Led Fundraising (SLF) department, the Sporting Events Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) is responsible for securing over £3.5m income from individuals and groups fundraising through mass participation events including The London Marathon, International Marathons, The Great North Run, Threshold Events and more!
As one of two Sporting Event Managers, you will join a busy and successful team of 10 responsible for the delivery and optimisation of our events portfolio. We are looking for an exceptional individual, who will lead on the planning, project management and delivery of ARUK’s flagship third-party events, including London Landmarks, Own Place in Event Fundraising and challenge events.
This is a line management role, currently responsible for 4 direct reports and the strategic oversight of the events they manage. You will work closely with the other Sporting Event Manager to ensure consistency with supporter stewardship, manage budgets and support in financial planning, review team capacity and identify and manage priorities throughout the event calendar year, ensuring efficiency and a first-class supporter experience, with an overall goal of maximising income for dementia research.
You will be an integral part of the SLF Managers Team, helping drive our ambitious organisation growth and ultimately helping us find a cure. The role is managed by the Head of Sporting Events & Volunteering (HoSV).
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Line Management
· Line management of the high performing 2x Sporting Events Officers and 2x Sporting Events Executives; inspiring and driving their success to ensure they remain highly motivated in their roles, achieve their targets and play a key part in the performance of the wider Sporting Events Team, and Alzheimer’s Research UK.
· Monitor, review, and empower direct reports to ensure effective communication across the wider team and with key stakeholders e.g. volunteering, RFO’s and wider SLF.
· Support your direct line reports in their development, helping them to spot opportunities for growth.
Monitoring and Reporting
· Manage the Sporting team’s income and expenditure budget, including monthly reporting, and supporting HoSV with monthly reforecasts, and annual budget and operational plan setting.
· Review participation and income against event targets to track impact, ROI and cost income ratio and report back to HoSV regularly.
· Ensure the fundraising CRM (salesforce) is being used effectively to facilitate accurate supporter stewardship and financial reporting.
· Use data insights and trends to support the HoSV in budgeting, forecasting and event portfolio reviews.
· Continue to review and be willing to change Sporting Event Team processes and contribute to wider organisational process changes where necessary.
· Support the embedding of our CRM system: Salesforce, including writing processes and ensuring CRM best practice across the team.
Relationship Management
· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with our third-party event providers and identify new opportunities and ensure all avenues are being optimised for ARUK.
· Identify and steward alongside the Regional Fundraising Officers’ high-value supporters to ensure we are spotting opportunities beyond their current event.
· Work collaboratively within SLF, to ensure all fundraising opportunities are shared and communicated and resources are available.
· Work closely with the Marketing & Engagement Team to brief in marketing requirements, share trends, learnings, and results to optimise future activities.
· Work closely with managers from SLF Departments and work together as a management team to support on the strategic direction of ARUK, as well as deliver any tactical projects.

Strategy & Operational Planning
· Work in consultation with the HoSV to develop the sporting events strategy and annual tactical plan for ARUK to continue to build income in this area.
· Work with HoSV to further develop our events strategy for 2026 onwards.
· Stay abreast of sector sporting events activity to ensure effective positioning and marketing of events.
Stewardship and Supporter experience:
· Plan and deliver an excellent communications journey for sporting event participants including exploring new technologies and how we can talk to our supporters in the way most effective and relevant to them- whether that be email, phone, face to face or SMS. Whilst also ensuring it aligns with wider stewardship goals with the charity and future cross-sell asks.
· Attend third-party events and oversee appropriate staff and volunteer representation to give the maximum brand presence and give the supporters the best possible event day experience e.g. Cambridge Half, London Marathon, London Landmarks, Great North Run and any other events where we need staff.
· Work with the wider SLF team to share best practise, ‘surprise and delight’ success and re-engagement activity to help drive long-term loyalty.
· Work with Regional Fundraising Officers, Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships teams to pass over warm and relevant supporters at the best points in their individual stewardship journeys.
· Work alongside Data and Insights Teams to understand the potential lifetime value of our sporting events participants and ensure opportunities are developed for supporters to hold a long-term fundraising relationship with ARUK.
What we are looking for:

About the role
As one of our Senior Marketing Managers in the Brand team, you will be at the forefront of delivering the integrated Christmas campaign for 2025. You will lead the development, execution, and evaluation of this pivotal campaign, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within budget, and meet their targets. This campaign is crucial in inspiring more people to engage with and support the BHF’s life-changing, life-saving work.

You will oversee the expert delivery of our brand messages and the application of our visual identity across all communications charity-wide. You will challenge agencies, partners, and in-house teams to create integrated and inspiring work that showcases the power of the BHF brand.
With a deep understanding of the charity, its strategies, objectives, brand challenges, and project priorities, you will contribute to briefs, develop creative ideas, and provide feedback to agencies and campaign leads. About you
With a strong experience in developing and leading integrated brand campaigns, you’ll be both innovative and creative, with expertise in brand and visual identity management.
You’ll have a CIM/IDM or similar marketing qualification and a proven track record in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in charity or health marketing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brief.
Additionally, you have strong influencing and negotiating skills, with previous experience managing agencies and suppliers and fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders, using diplomacy and empathy.
To be successful, you will be:
- Proven experience in developing and leading ATL integrated brand campaigns
- Experienced in marketing activities across various channels and formats including TV, radio, outdoor, press, digital.
- Experienced in leading large external and internal partners in the delivery of an integrated campaign.
Working Arrangements
This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2026.

Key Tasks
- Line Manage the Communications Officer
- Develop and implement the strategy and business plans for your communications and engagement.

Working for the RSS
Pension and benefits
Our defined contribution pension scheme can be joined after three months in post. Your contributions of up to 8% of salary will be double matched by the Society (making a maximum contribution by the Society of 16%). A training budget, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme and employee assistance programme are also available.
Location
The RSS office is in central London. We offer flexible working arrangements, and this is a hybrid role with a minimum two days a week working in the office. In person attendance for certain meeting is required, including all-staff / team meetings and governance / committee meetings that take place in person. Limited travel within the UK and internationally may be required.
Working hours

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the growing and ambitious Individual Giving team at Alzheimer’s Society. This role within the Committed Giving team is pivotal to helping us reach our exciting goal of doubling our income by 2030.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented, creative and dedicated marketing professional to join our small but powerful team to help deliver our new strategy.
As a new role in the hospice’s Fundraising & Marketing Team, the Marketing & Communications Manager will join an existing team of fundraising managers working to maximise awareness and support of the hospice in order to ensure its long-term sustainability.
The postholder will be responsible for the operational management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support the hospice’s income generation strategy, including line management of the Website Editor and Marketing & Communications Officer, and external agencies.
The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing professional, used to working closely with income generating teams. They will oversee the delivery of a compelling programme of multi-channel communications with the sole aim of increasing the awareness of and support for the charity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and communications planning, delivery and performance management
- Working closely with the Director of Fundraising & Marketing, develop a clear marketing and communications plan to support the strategies for fundraising, retail and volunteering.
- Implement, monitor and analyse marketing and communications plans and budgets, producing impactful insights and reports to guide our ever-evolving work through all communication channels.
- Develop and maximise the marketing mix, identifying innovative initiatives and working across online and offline channels, to best support the promotion of all income generation activities across the hospice.
- Ensure compliance to industry standards and best practice at all times.
- Support the fundraising strategy in proactively researching and targeting audiences across the catchment area to ensure a broadening of reach and awareness of the breadth of the hospice’s services.

- Work closely with the Website Editor to oversee and optimise the KHH website: creating and updating content for the charity and clinical colleagues, including the EPiC Resource Centre.
- Work with the Website Editor and Supporter Care team to ensure that integration of the CRM (Beacon) and website is optimised, to maximise supporter journeys, supporter preference compliance and insights.
- Work together with relevant charity and clinical colleagues and our designer to prepare, design and deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Officer to oversee the production of the monthly supporter e-newsletters.
- Alongside your immediate team, manage production of the bi-annual Katharine House magazine from start to finish, with content and thematic planning with fundraising and volunteering managers.
- Lead on content creation to use across the charity. Continue to manage and regularly update our library (filed, captioned, tagged) of patient, staff and volunteer stories with consent, quality photography and video content for use across all of income generation.
- Manage and oversee the charity’s online channels including website, ensuring accurate, up-to-date and engaging content, and ensure all online advertising (inc. paid social media adverts), Google AdWords grant and SEO are effectively managed.
- Liaise with clinical colleagues at our NHS partner OUH to support key marketing, messaging and communication needs, ensuring our brand is correctly used.
Leadership and people management
- Meet regularly with the Website Editor and Marketing & Communications Officer, fostering positive communication and engagement. Carry out monthly one-to-ones, setting quarterly objectives and recognising training needs where necessary.
- As a member of the management team, represent the culture and values of the hospice and charity sector.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea, home of the iconic Chelsea Pensioners since 1692, is seeking a Marketing Manager to help raise public awareness and support for the organisation, including increasing footfall to our year-round site tours and events programme, to help meet its core objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and proven experience of managing impactful multi-channel campaigns for a respected national institution, ideally in the cultural, charity, military or public sectors. You'll be responsible for marketing a wide range of projects including the recently opened Soane Stable Yard, which is open to the public 7 days a week, working with our partners to promote the Chelsea Heritage Quarter, and further afield with the launch of our Veterans' Outreach programme.
We're looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional with at least five years’ experience marketing key initiatives for a recognised public institution or national brand. You’ll be hands-on, and equally comfortable planning campaigns and creating content yourself, with an excellent editorial eye across our different channels and a strong understanding of what drives public engagement.
You must be:
- A proactive strategist and executor, who is experienced in marketing a wide range of projects including ideally events to the public.
- Skilled in creating compelling marketing content across our owned channels.
- Experience of delivering effective advertising campaigns including liaising with suppliers, designers, photographers etc.
- An experienced marketeer - and experience of working in a cultural, charity, military or public organisation would be particularly desirable.
