Campaign Fundraising Manager Jobs

This is a new role giving you the opportunity and responsibility to build on our successful fundraising and extend our appeal to new donors as well as maintain our existing supporters. You will need demonstrable fundraising experience and the ability to work confidently as a strategic thinker and as a practical fundraiser. You will hit the ground running and come with strong ideas and skills to implement them.

As head of fundraising you will work closely with the CEO to grow charitable income and philanthropic support from governments, individuals, trusts and foundations, corporate companies and other areas. You will help her drive the charity's work forward and work closely with our project teams and see the direct impact of your efforts.

You will have developed your portfolio of fundraising skills over time within charities that work for social good and can demonstrate experiene in securing fundraising income particularly in securing five and six figure grants/donations. Experience of securing statutory funding will be essential. You will have experience of line managing junior fundraising staff and will be keen to develop your managerial responsibility.

You will be a confident and capable leader who will work with colleagues towards supporting an annual programme of circa £3m. This role is crucial to building the charity's long-term sustainability, with a focus on exploring innovative opportunities.

The role offers an exciting opportuinity for an experienced fundraising professional with a passion for tackling social problems particularly in child protection or related areas. It is a great opportunity to take the next step in your fundraising career and make an impact.

The charity is currently in a period of strategic review and over the coming years as our new strategy gets implemented and new projects are developed to widen our reach, the head of fundraising will develop a strong case for support and articulate the aims and impact of our work to funders. You will work with the CEO and the directors to turn this strategy into the growth that our work requires if we are to keep children safe from harm.

QuarterFive are delighted to be partnering with Greenpeace UK in their search for a strategic leader to oversee its Key Relationships Team, actively engage with Greenpeace’s organisational leadership – contributing to key initiatives around inclusivity, anti-racism, and broader accountability – and lead the UK’s 2025 contribution to the global capital campaign. This role ofers the chance to make a significant impact by leading a high-performing team and playing a key role in Greenpeace’s overall leadership.

You will lead a talented Key Relationships Team of twelve, responsible for raising nearly £15.5 million annually from major donors, legacies, and mid-level giving. Your leadership will maintain the team’s strong performance while driving growth, including the UK’s contribution towards Greenpeace’s global capital campaign in 2025.

The capital campaign is a global effort to raise €100 million by 2028, funding the construction of a new ship and the environmental campaigns it will support. For 2025, the UK’s target is to secure £4 million, split equally between the ship’s construction and supporting key environmental campaigns.

As a strategic leader, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Greenpeace UK and internationally, playing a key role in driving organisational fundraising performance, cultural initiatives, and Greenpeace’s overall strategic direction.

As Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships, you will: 

• Collaborate with senior leadership across Greenpeace UK and International to align on key strategies and deliver shared outcomes.
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for raising £15.5 million from major gifts, legacies, and mid-level giving.
• Guide the Key Relationship team’s UK contribution to Greenpeace’s €100 million global capital campaign, raising £4 million in 2025.
• Support the team in developing and managing current and prospective relationships with high-value donors.

Person specification:

ESSENTIAL:

• Extensive experience of establishing and sustaining relationships with senior-level external stakeholders and/or funders.
• Cross-organisational collaboration experience, with a proven ability to work effectively with senior internal stakeholders, driving collaboration and strategic alignment.
• A strategic leader with experience overseeing high-value income streams.
• Expertise in relationship fundraising in the charity/NFP sector and a proven track record of delivering six-figure income from high-value donors.
• Demonstrable experience of leading, managing, motivating, and inspiring high-performing teams, including managing managers.
• Strong budget management skills and experience delivering against financial targets.
• A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism, with a willingness to continually learn and foster a positive and inclusive culture.

DESIRABLE:

• Capital campaign experience would be advantageous.
• Track record of securing seven-figure donations.
• Experience of overseeing legacy functions – public facing campaigns, prospecting, stewardship and administration.
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas for short periods, with occasional unsocial hours as required.
• Experience of overseeing a celebrity and key influencer function.

About the Role

As Central Community Fundraising & Engagement Assistant, you will be responsible for the delivery of central fundraising and engagement support to regional supporters.  You will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and will proactively communicate with supporters across the department, using relationship fundraising techniques to provide an excellent supporter experience and build long term relationships.  Our successful candidate will also ensure processes and materials are in place to enable staff and supporters to carry out their fundraising in a compliant and effective way.

You will:

• Be point of contact for regional supporters and provide an excellent supporter experience across multiple channels
• Be responsible for maintaining and updating supporter records, fundraising activity and communication history
• Ensure supporters have the fundraising materials needed to deliver successful, enjoyable and compliant activities
• Assist in the creation and delivery of regular and engaging communications to both internal and external audiences, ensuring data is accurate and contact preferences are adhered to
• Maintain oversight and accurate recording of income and expenditure for the team, including regular reporting of the performance of our supporter's online giving platforms, donation coding and tracking team expenditure
• Provide central support to the regional teams, incl. coordinating logistics for departmental meetings and events
• Support the Challenge Events team in supporter stewardship and event delivery

To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Proven experience of delivering exceptional fundraiser/customer care
• Experienced relationship manager, able to quickly build successful relationships with colleagues, supporters and suppliers

About the Role

As Fundraising Officer you will support the development and sustainability of the charity and their community project. Your primary focus will be to secure funding through grants, tenders, and partnerships, whilst building relationships with donors and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for identifying potential funders, crafting compelling funding applications, and maintaining donor relationships. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in shaping the fundraising strategy, organising engagement events, and monitoring the impact of fundraising efforts. Job Title: Events Fundraising Officer

Role purpose: You will be leading on a number of the charity’s large events, overseeing on the day event logistics, marketing, planning and fundraiser stewardship. All with the aim of increasing potential income from participants.

Outside of specific fundraising projects, you will be responsible for building long term relationships with a wide range of supporters across challenge initiatives alongside third party suppliers. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering excellent support across all fundraising teams to ensure they are aided to achieve our income, recruitment and engagement objectives as effectively as possible.
- Improving fundraising approach to support activities, ensuring it is aligned, efficient, and supporting teams across Fundraising to improve their support focused activity whilst ensuring our donors have great support experiences.
- Ensuring the team delivers end-to-end operational delivery of campaigns and products, leading on the sign-off of solutions and ensuring rigorous user acceptance testing of solutions.
- Ensuring Community Fundraising and other Fundraising teams are fully and appropriately supported to ensure the fundraising time is maximized and that supporters have excellent experiences.
- Working with the Web and Technology teams to ensure the Operations team maximises the use of technology to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of support activity, including self-service if / where appropriate.

- Strong, demonstrable experience in an operations role with back office, team support and/or Fulfilment.
