The role will involve delivering training for key business systems, such as Office 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, the new People System, iXL (inhouse venue management system), Tessitura, Intranet, Website, and any other digital systems that may be introduced in the future.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Demonstrable experience in a digital training or learning delivery role

  • Excellent proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, event scheduling systems and ticketing systems such as Tessitura
