Join the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) as our E-learning Project Manager for the Radiology Integrated Training Initiative (R-ITI) — and help shape the future of radiology education across the UK and beyond.
We’re redeveloping one of the most respected radiology e-learning programmes in the world — R-ITI — and we need a driven, strategic and organised Project Manager to bring it to life.

In this 18-month fixed-term role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Development Manager, the Learning Technologist and the e-learning faculty comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – who are doctors) while undertaking the project to relaunch these essential resources on our new Learning Management System (LMS).

You’ll not only be supporting radiologists in their professional development but you’ll also play a key role is helping ensure the offering is financially sustainable, enabling us to reinvest in growing our influence and impact globally.

What you’ll do 

• Oversee the entire life cycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment, from establishing SME groups to review and update content, to working with learning technology colleagues to produce and publish them on time and within budget on RCR’s LMS. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives and provide support to the working groups whilst they redevelop the modules. 
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Be responsible for overall quality control of newly developed content by working collaboratively with SMEs and learning technology colleagues to create accurate, engaging and effective e-learning content for our members. 
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, internal or externally sourced e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
• Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support, troubleshooting queries and ensuring strategically sound decisions are made.
• Manage project budgets and promptly report any potential spending variances to the Learning Development Manager. 

What you’ll need 

• Excellent project management skills with evidence of delivering complex projects to the highest of standards, on time and on budget
• Experience of working with busy stakeholders, especially those who work on a voluntary basis
• Experience of developing e-learning content and working with digital learning platforms
• Experience of collaborating with doctors or other medical professionals would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to help negotiate, solve problems, and share knowledge with all stakeholders where needed

About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Proven Leadership and People Management Experience - providing regular coaching, performance management and development opportunities. 
Experienced in driving income delivery and achieving Key Performance Indicators  -  leading, supporting and motivating your team to maximise results

Experienced in strategic planning - ability to to identify opportunities for growth, collaboration and innovation in fundraising.
 
Proven stakeholder management experience - with the ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at all levels. 

This role is home-based with mobile working as you can expect to work across the region to meet with your team and supporter’s face to face approximately 1 to 2 days a month. As such, you must have a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle or the ability to travel frequently across the region.

The Production Officer will play a crucial role in managing workflow into the Creative, Digital and Comms teams, and coordinating creative projects.

They will be the ultimate super user of our production management tool, Hive. They will set up projects on the system, ensure the smooth running of the system day-to-day, and help trouble shoot any issues that arise. The role will also help ensure that users internally are trained and confident in using the platform.

The Production Officer will also coordinate creative projects, to ensure they are delivered smoothly and on time, as well as supporting with the management of our content and photography library.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Support with the day-to-day management of the production tool, Hive. This will include setting up projects, ensuring teams are assigned, keeping the platform up-to-date, and carrying out other administrative tasks crucial for the smooth running of Hive.

· Liaise with Hive to troubleshoot any issues and stay up to date with new features on the platform.

· Be a Hive super champion across the organisation, delivering Hive inductions for new starters.

· Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, supporting teams to brief in work to Brand, Comms and Digital.

· Support the Creative team with the production of projects, including setting timelines, managing workflow and coordinating sign-off.

· Supporting with the management of the content and photography library, ensuring that photographs are correctly uploaded and tagged, with correct consent and removed from the system on the expiry date.

· Carry out additional directorate-wide responsibilities to support the smooth running of the directorate, for example, support with workshops and planning days.

What we are looking for:

· Experience of using a production management tool in a creative or communications environment.

· Excellent experience of coordinating projects, including managing and briefing meetings, setting timelines, and coordinating sign-off.

· Experience of bringing multi-skilled teams together to deliver tasks.

· Good understanding of creative, communications and/or digital processes.

· Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers.

· Agile and flexible, understanding that priorities may change at short notice.

Ways of working:  As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Magpas Air Ambulance are looking for a driven and organised Challenges and Events Officer to join our Corporate, Community and Events Team. This is a key income-generating role, responsible for the planning, promotion, and delivery of a portfolio of challenge and fundraising events – including third-party, virtual and flagship events.

The postholder will work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences that inspire participation, encourage fundraising, and maximise income for the charity.

You’ll need solid project management skills, strong supporter stewardship instincts, and a good understanding of how digital channels can be used to recruit, engage, and motivate fundraisers.

While you’ll be supported by our Digital Fundraising Officer, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing and recruitment plan – combining digital campaigns with in-person promotion and outreach at events and through partner networks.

This role would suit someone with some experience working on charity challenge events who is ready to take the next step in their career – bringing their knowledge, creativity and energy to a role where they can work with autonomy, ownership and impact.

Role Summary:

• Lead the planning, promotion and delivery of a portfolio of fundraising challenge events, including third-party, virtual and flagship activities
• Create and deliver inspiring supporter journeys that encourage participation, increase fundraising and build long-term engagement
• Develop digital-led recruitment and marketing plans, working closely with our Digital Fundraising Officer and wider communications team
• Deliver excellent project and event management, from logistics and risk management to supplier liaison and on-the-day delivery
• Use data and insight to monitor event performance, optimise campaigns and grow income year on year

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in organising or supporting fundraising or challenge events
• A track record of achieving income targets and maximising fundraising potential
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging supporters and stakeholders
• An understanding of digital marketing tools and a willingness to contribute to digital content and campaigns
• Experience using CRM systems (ideally Donorfy) and using data to inform decisionmaking
• A proactive, positive and flexible approach – including willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The charity shall shortly begin the discovery phase of its CRM project, to deliver its future Dynamics 365 CRM.  The new Dynamics 365 CRM will be at the heart of the charity’s success, to deliver excellent supporter data quality for its fundraising and communication campaigns to supporters. 

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, and collaborating closely with the Head of IT, CRM Project Manager and Data Analyst, the CRM Officer shall be a vital and visible role, fundamental to the charity’s fundraising success, to further its vision of a world where every horse is treated with respect, compassion and understanding.

Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead on the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with fundraising, communications, IT and finance stakeholders, colleagues and third party suppliers.

Location
