How we work with Employers and Higher Education Institutions
At Unifrog, we partner with universities and employers to help them connect with our global network of highly engaged students, teachers and careers leaders.
Our partnerships allow universities and employers to co-create content which can be accessed on the Unifrog platform (including online subject taster courses and day-in-the-life videos), share upcoming events and opportunities with relevant Unifrog students and teachers, and take part in a series of events throughout the year aimed at providing students at Unifrog schools with all the information they need to make the best decisions for their futures, and create the strongest applications.
The Employer and HE teams exist to support each of Unifrog's university and employer partners to make the most of their partnership with Unifrog, and to secure new partnerships with universities and employers who could benefit from a relationship with Unifrog.
The role and responsibilities
As New Business Lead for Employer and HE Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Unifrog’s growth in our employer and higher education markets. You’ll need to be target driven to help create a wider network of universities and employers to support Unifrog students from around the world to find their best next step.
You will be given support by both the HE and Employer teams but will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects.
You will be able to develop your skills, strengths and interests. We always look to make space for our team to grow within the company, and we have a general policy of promoting within.
Your key responsibilities:

Design tailored campaigns involving emails, phone calls, webinars and social media, to target employers and higher education institutions in a smart and engaging way.

Communicate with interested employers and higher education institutions to explain the work we do at Unifrog and the partnerships we offer in a compelling manner to secure online demonstrations for our Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers.

Attend conferences (sometimes overseas) to promote the work we do at Unifrog and network with relevant stakeholders in the employer and higher education sectors.

Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

Work with our team of Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers to understand the challenges they face and how you can support them in growing their partner bases.

Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us.

Support with other projects such as organising conferences, analysing our competitors, and reviewing our marketing collateral.

Communicate information about our line up of online and in-person events to non-partner HE institutions, to secure their attendance at these events.

Gain an in-depth understanding of our competitors in the market.
Working together
You’ll be working with the HE and Employer teams, alongside the Partnerships Director for International Schools and HE (who will be your line manager), the Partnerships Director for UK Schools and Employers, the Head of Employer Partnerships, and the Head of HE Partnerships. Your projects will also see you collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

Purpose of Post:

Our day centre service is currently open three days per-week offering respite, food and somewhere safe to be for anyone facing street homelessness. It provides advocacy and casework services to those who are vulnerably housed or homeless, supporting them to address their individual crisis and the underlying causes. The Community Fundraising and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships within the local community to support APAP’s fundraising efforts, including schools, local businesses, faith and community groups. The Role

What we're looking for
You should have previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrable technical knowledge and skills in Risk management. A background in housing is not essential but ideally you'll have gained experience from a large organisation with a variety of risk areas to consider.
You'll also have:
- Experience in supporting the implementation of a robust risk management framework
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Clear communication skills, ensuring technical information is presented clearly and concisely
- An agile approach, confident to work successfully on multiple projects at different stages and effectively prioritise tasks
- Experience in designing and / or delivering risk management awareness and training programmes is desirable

We are looking for two qualified accountants to join our Financial Planning and Reporting team. Both positions are as Finance Business Partners, supporting two key areas of the organisation: one will be supporting our Income and Conservation Investment Directorate; and the other supporting colleagues in the UK Countries Directorate more specifically for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Both are key roles within the team working in income generation, and direct conservation areas.
What's the role about:
As a Finance Business Partner you will work proactively with senior colleagues to provide an added-value service of financial support to our Directorates. In addition to a strong management accounting background, you will understand the difference that can be made through strong business partnering relationships and be confident in building those relationships. You will gain the respect and confidence of the colleagues you support through strong communication skills (written and oral) and your ability to constructively challenge ideas and plans. You will add value through gaining an intimate understanding of the Directorate that you partner, together with contributing to business performance and the requirements of the finance function with the charity's need.
You will be a fully qualified accountant with up-to-date technical knowledge and a desire to progress in your profession. What the job involves
This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in driving impactful external communication strategies that support Individual Giving and Events and Community Fundraising. As a key player in the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll enable the integration of mass fundraising activities into wider organisational communications, inspiring action to fund life-saving initiatives that help men navigate prostate cancer.
Supporting the Head of Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand in embedding and developing our Business Partnering model. A major part of the role will be enabling the integration of Mass Fundraising activity into the wider communications plan to enhance results from our communications.
You’ll guide the planning process for projects and campaigns to grow fundraising revenue, support our community and improve outcomes for all men affected by and at risk of prostate cancer.
Please note this role is known internally as Communications Business Partner (Mass).

You’ll have proven expertise in communications business partnering, with experience in mass or public fundraising. Working within our Strategic Communication team, you’ll have a strong understanding of campaign planning tools like OASIS and a solid grasp of PR, social media, and integrated marketing strategies. You’ll be an exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences in particular mass fundraising engagement.
As natural collaborator, you’ll have skills in influencing, coaching and motivating teams to achieve ambitious results within project management.

This is a new role, which reflects our ambitious growth plans, and increasing complexity of our projects.
