CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
This is a newly created role to shape impact measurement and evaluation at CoppaFeel! and ensure we meet our objective of being insight & impact driven in everything we do. This role will be integral in supporting us achieve our new strategy and deliver upon our recently refreshed Theory of Change, bringing us closer to ensuring all breast cancers in young people are diagnosed early and accurately.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to implement our new monitoring and evaluation framework, leading on the management and development of the framework alongside general impact reporting. This role will be at the heart of establishing a data-driven culture, using both our internal and externally commissioned data to provide insights for decision making across all departments. The outputs from your work will support insight generation to shape our strategy development and future investment decisions alongside improving evaluation practices allowing us to better report on our impact.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
You will report into the Head of Community & Engagement and sit within the Education team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy
- You will support the generation of insights to inform our strategy development and future investment decisions.
- You will support the leadership team to use data and insights to inform departmental planning and review current progress against our strategy.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- You will lead on ensuring all departments are implementing our monitoring and evaluation framework where appropriate, with robust data collection processes set up for all areas of our awareness and education work.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all departments are aligned with and using the monitoring & evaluation Framework to deliver upon our agreed outcomes
- You will take an objective view on how the team is performing in relation to implementing our M&E framework and delivering upon our theory of change across the organisation, providing timely progress reports to the leadership team.
- You will work closely with the leadership team to feed into target setting and reviewing.
Data collection and analysis
- You will make recommendations for streamlining and developing our data collection tools to meet our strategic and compliance requirements.
- You will oversee the implementation of any new data collection processes, supporting team members to complete them successfully
- You will be a skilled evaluation and learning professional with strong skills in quantitative data analysis.
- You will support colleagues with externally commissioning research where needed to gain more data, including translating and analysing results for internal reporting purposes as required
Reporting and communicating impact
- You will be able to prepare reports on the performance of the charity, collating data and presenting it in clear formats for a variety of internal and external audiences including: staff delivering the programmes; the charity’s Senior Leadership and Senior Management teams; Trustees; Funders.
- You will be able to translate data sets for non-technical audiences, clearly communicating important findings and encouraging learnings to be understood and implemented
Learning and development
- You will champion the use of data and insight across the organisation, working closely with all departments to encourage more effective decision making that will benefit our audience
- You will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to impact, evaluation and reporting including the commissioning of research for the whole organisation.
- You will also continue the work that has already commenced in this area to make sure that any data we collect relating to our impact is then used to inform decision-making across the organisation.
- You will encourage the use of insights and data to improve the organisation’s performance and share best practice relating to these matters.
- You will support the leadership team in shifting the culture to be focused on impact, equipping colleagues with the tools and knowledge to understand and communicate our impact effectively and consistently.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in analysing data and producing reports that communicate information in an engaging and clear manner
- Proven experience of implementing and managing a Monitoring and Evaluation framework
- Ability to focus both on the technical aspects of data analysis and reporting, as well as understanding the strategic thinking that your work will contribute to
- Experience of manipulating and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data to produce reports for internal and external purposes
- The ability to build relationships with colleagues and present complex information to a non-technical audience.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation
- Experience of collecting, quality assuring and managing data to a high degree of quality within information systems and databases as required
- Experience of working independently with strong attention to detail.
- Data Visualisation experience, ideally using packages such as Microsoft Power BI, or capability to expand data presentation skills with these or similar packages
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies both qualitative and quantitative, or willingness to learn proactively in post
- To lead on developing and delivering Impact training for new and existing staff

10 Windsor Walk (10WW) is a Community Interest Company established by local therapists concerned to address the provision of intensive psychological services for those most in need.
We meet the needs of local psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and the local community by providing psychotherapy treatment rooms and space for training and events related to developing psychotherapy services.

About the role
Weʼre seeking a Development Coordinator with a strong background in successful grant writing and funder relationship management. This role will focus on researching and securing grant funding. Managing Travalyst’s corporate and individual donor base and driving revenue growth through targeted fundraising efforts.
What you’ll get to do:
This role combines soliciting new prospect donors, donor management, partnership development, and data-driven campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship building, fundraising strategy, and donor engagement, with a demonstrable passion for Travalyst’s mission of promoting sustainable travel and tourism.
Donor Management (~40%)
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of individual donors, corporate and institutional foundations to secure philanthropic and private funding and advance Travalyst’s mission.
- Identify, solicit, and nurture new donor prospects, ensuring continuous growth of the donor base.
- Strategise with senior leadership to retain and upgrade current donors, including personalised engagement for high-value supporters.
- Support high-value donor and corporate partner meetings, preparing personalised correspondence, proposals and briefs.
Fundraising Strategy, Campaigns, and Event Management (~30%)
- Collaborate with the Partnerships and Development team to plan, execute, and manage proposal development and annual appeal processes for fundraising campaigns, including donor and partner events, direct mail, and corporate initiatives.
- Conduct prospect research for individual donors, foundations, and international government funding sources.
- Oversee the project management and execution of partnership and donor events, ensuring seamless planning, logistics coordination, and delivery to meet revenue and engagement goals.
- Track and report progress on fundraising campaigns and events, providing analysis on key performance indicators and revenue projections.
- Work with the communications team to create compelling materials for donor outreach, event promotion, presentations, and corporate engagement.
- Secure grant funding through research, proposal development, and managing the grant application process.
Donation Administration and CRM Management (~20%)
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring donor and partner data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively utilised for engagement and reporting.
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure all donations, invoices and tracking is completed in a timely manner with follow up to donors as required.
- Oversee donor reporting, generating data insights and analytics to inform future strategies and donor retention efforts.
- Manage reconciliation processes and ensure development data and financial data are in alignment.
- Collaborate with the team on CRM system training and improvements and support data migration if necessary.
General Administration and Team Support (~10%)
- Provide administrative support to the Partnerships and Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing materials for donor presentations.
- Assist with special projects and additional fundraising and partnership tasks as needed.

What skills we’re looking for:
· Experience in fundraising, donor management, or business development, with proven success in partnership building and substantial (ideally 6-7 figure) revenue generation.
· Ideally, Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Nonprofit Management, Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
· Superior communication and writing skills, with the ability to edit text written by others and generate new text; experience in crafting compelling pitches and proposals.
· High proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data management (experience with donor databases preferred).
· Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines and use project management software (Notion) to plan and track projects and work collaboratively across teams.

Salary range: £45,000 - £49,000 per annum
Hours of work: Full time 36 hours per week (hybrid working, 3 days on-site)

About you:
Our HR Operations team is at the heart of our Workforce function, overseeing all aspects of employment relations, compliance and systems.
We are seeking a proactive and expert HR Business Partner with to lead the HR Operational team and to review and continuously improve our current HR processes and systems, alongside providing an excellent support service to our stakeholders.
The HR Business Partner will lead on the management of complex employment relations cases and workforce challenges, striving to deliver effective and timely solutions as well as developing action plans to support organisational and workforce development. You will work closely with the RHN senior management and stakeholders to diagnose people priorities and support the delivery of the RHN People Strategy.
The successful candidate must have experience operating at a senior HR advisory level and of influencing senior stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and decisions are compliant with HR best practice and employment law. Candidates must have previous experience of leading and developing a team and experience within the Health and Social Care sector is highly desirable. .
Candidates must be able to work 3 days a week on-site in Putney, South West London.

The role
The role holder will lead on content creation and production across Business Disability Forum. The role holder will take a strategic approach and collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that BDF creates cutting edge content that engages, informs and educates our Members and Partners
The requirement
- Experience of setting content strategy and road mapping.
- Experience of consulting stakeholders and using insights to create written content to meet their needs
- Experience of delivering small high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Experience of creating videos, other accessible digital content and services
- Ability to create persuasive strategic plans.
- ·Knowledge of wider diversity, inclusion and employment law issues.
- ·Knowledge of current topical issues for businesses and business management.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team covering the North of England. Your role will require you to oversee and run the volunteer programme, including recruitment and training of volunteers to support the delivery of contracts. You will also be supporting the Operational Managers to coordinate and promote VoiceAbilitiy’s volunteer work in the area to meet the needs of the service and those that volunteer.
About you
Desirably you will have some experience of volunteering or, working with volunteers/ vulnerable people, or delivering advocacy. You will have a knowledge of advocacy in health, social care and other settings and an understanding of the issues affecting adult social care, disability, autism, and mental health service users.
You should also understand safeguarding in relation to volunteering and the people we work with and the social values of volunteering and volunteer projects.
How will you make a difference?
You will be responsible for ensuring that we select the best volunteers for our roles; ensuring that they receive appropriate training and development to ensure that we are delivering the service required by our clients.
You will help to develop appropriate volunteer opportunities to meet the needs of our volunteering service and support the Operations Manager to coordinate and promote VoiceAbility’s volunteering work in Scotland.
You will lead on recruitment, ensuring that safe recruitment practice and appropriate checks are adhered to. Matching prospective volunteers to appropriate opportunities for them to thrive in and facilitate group supervision and individual wellbeing checks.
