The role
To engage with and develop productive working relationships with the BDF membership helping to further their disability agenda over time using our knowledge, member services and paid for products where appropriate. Disability Business Partners have direct responsibility for their assigned Members and are expected to ensure each of their Members uses the members services available most appropriate to them and takes opportunities to introduce our paid for services where it is beneficial to the Member.
As an organisation BDF are a hybrid working organisation, though fully remote working would be an option.
The requirement
- Track record of successfully providing paid for solutions meeting agreed financial targets.
- Experience of providing support and advice to experienced professionals.
- Experience of working in or with business (private sector).
- Able to maintain accurate data collection records and recognise the importance of such.

To work alongside the Donor Development & Legacies Lead (DDLL) to help develop MSF’s donor development strategy to increase the lifetime value (LTV) of MSF UK supporters, by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of humanitarian action and their awareness of the importance of their own support to MSF. About the Role

You'll also:
- Lead on the bi-annual development, production and detailed analysis of restricted funding Key Performance Indicator reports (KPIs) for restricted income generation and management with support from the Power Bi team and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Support the Head of PFP in funding data analysis for board reports and adhoc reporting requests.
- Lead on the production of restricted funding reports to support the organisational performance framework and/or as required to improve visibility and accountability of restricted funding performance
- Lead on identifying restricted funding data quality checks and controls to ensure WAPS restricted funding data is as clean as possible and liaise with the relevant WAPS team lead to support on regular data audits.
- Regular review and refresh of restricted funding management information tools to ensure they are useful and innovative.
- Ensure business processes for restricted income generation and management are up to date and inclusive of any new best practice approaches such as cost recovery and co-financing management initiatives
- Ensure all RFP training documents/guides contain up to date WaterAid Programme System (WAPS) references to reflect any changes in system protocols.
- Work with the RFC Advisors, Finance, Strategic Partnerships and other teams as needed to establish how relevant sub-processes and systems currently work or do not work, how they may need to change and how other changes may impact them. Propose solutions, implement, document and communicate them.

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the efficient and effective management of the PSHE Association’s business and services, including oversight of the business pipeline and financial functions.
The PSHE Association is the national body for PSHE (personal, social, health and economic) education – the school curriculum subject that supports children and young people's mental and physical health, relationships, safety, economic wellbeing and careers.
A charity and membership organisation, the Association supports a national network of over 50,000 teachers and schools with resources, training, guidance and advice. We work nationally to raise PSHE education standards for all children including in partnership with a range of leading charities, government bodies, corporates and other partners. Working in close collaboration with our two Directorates, this role will require the post-holder to lead on and manage new bids, tenders and proposals, and to support the ongoing project management of successful contracts and grants. The Business Manager will also play a key role in supporting the Training and Events Team and Subject Specialist team in developing a new on-demand training offer via our Learning Management System (LMS).
The post is offered on a full time (32 hours per week), permanent basis with a six-month probationary period. The PSHE Association is a shorter working week employer meaning that employees work a nine-day fortnight with every second Friday off.

The role of the Community Development (Wales) is both to inspire and facilitate the CILIP Cymru Wales Committee and to work on other important initiatives. The Vacancy
The Programme Development Manager is committed to supporting colleagues and partners in programme design and development. The team also connects programmatic issues and global policy and advocacy to ensure they are complementary and conducive to external change based on evidence from the ground.
Saferworld’s income is secured primarily from statutory and institutional donors; however, securing funding to support our partners in conflict-affected countries and allow for more flexible programming increasingly requires a more diverse funding base. The Programme Development Manager will support efforts to identify and secure funds from statutory donors, trusts and foundations, and other non-traditional funding mechanisms.
The Programme Development Manager will support a portfolio of Saferworld’s teams in designing and mobilising funding for peace, security and justice programmes. The successful applicant will have a focus of approximately 4 countries, which will be decided based on the candidate’s experience and preference. Working closely with Country Managers/Directors, and programme and grant management colleagues, the post-holder will lead on: coordinating and facilitating programme development processes (including taking the lead in drafting high quality concept notes and proposals, theories of change, logical models, risk matrixes and budgets); developing and supporting the implementation of long-term country funding strategies and donor engagement strategies; and supporting new donor engagement and sustaining relationships with current donors. The post-holder will be responsible for growing institutional funding portfolios in our programmes.
The post-holder will have a successful track record in developing programmes and leading new business development efforts with institutional donors such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), United States Government (USG)/United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the European Union (EU), UN agencies and European Governments such as Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). Additional experience in mobilising resource from trusts and foundations and other non-traditional funding mechanisms is desirable.
