This is a high responsibility role that promises tremendous growth potential, with the chance to work across multiple geographies. The position of Senior Analyst, at Bridges Outcomes, will support education projects funded by Sustainable Development Goals Outcomes Fund (SDG OF). Reporting to the Programme Manager, the primary focus of this position will be the successful delivery of the Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SLECE) initiative. However, we also anticipate this role to play a significant part in contributing to Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP) and Rwanda Early Childhood Education Programme, leveraging overlapping themes and collaborative opportunities across these impactful projects.
Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SLECE)
The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) has partnered with the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) and Lego Foundation to design and support SLECE to achieve the following goals:
1. Opening of new community-based centres that meet minimum safety requirements defined by GoSL.
2. Increased access using children’s attendance measured at various points in time.
3. Quality of settings & practices. Using local ECCE standards to measure structural quality (i.e., physical settings) and BEQI to measure process quality (i.e., teaching interactions, including the implementation of play-based pedagogy).
4. Improved children’s holistic development outcomes for children 3-5 using IDELA.
Interventions are expected to be implemented across 3 contractual lots, each with its own delivery partner and unique approach. SDG OF is partnering with three different delivery partners, BRAC, Plan International and ChildFund, for delivery in all lots. Implementation for SLECE is expected to start in December 2024 and is expected to conclude in December 2028.
Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP)
The Government of Ghana has obtained World Bank’s funding to support the government’s strategy to improve basic education in Ghana, called Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project (GALOP). Part of this programme of work has been commissioned based on outcomes with the objective of “strengthening support for schools and Out of School Children (OOSC)”.
The programme will be delivered in approximately 22 rural districts, along with Kumasi and Accra urban centres. The rural districts are grouped into six contracting Lots with 85-100 schools each, with the two urban centres acting as another Lot. The programme will consist of two key components: (1) Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) to support OOSC transition into mainstream schools and (2) Mainstream School Improvement Programme (MSIP) to support learning in GALOP beneficiary schools.
Out of the 6 rural lots, SDGOF is partnering with 2 different delivery partners, Rising and School for Life, to support interventions in Lot 3 and Lot 6. Implementation for GEOP started in January 2023 and is expected to conclude in December 2026. SDG OF is also partnering with Plan International to deliver in the Rural Lot from October 2024 to December 2026, this lot will only have the ALP component.
Rwanda Early Childhood Education Programme is currently in its procurement phase, with more details of the design expected to be finalised by end of the year 2025.

1. Purpose
The Impact Senior Analyst will be accountable for:
· Strategically guiding delivery partners in the development and implementation of effective MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) strategies.
· Enhancing the data capabilities of delivery partners, with a strategic emphasis on effective decision-making.

· Contribute to the development of an M&E framework for each education programme, with special focus on SLECE, that monitors the impact of projects and progress towards strategic and operational objectives.
· Facilitate collaboration among data analyst teams from delivery partners to proactively address challenges and co-create solutions aimed at enhancing service delivery
Process Improvement
· Lead strategic initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
· Refine and adapt existing working files and tools to optimize usability and performance, while evaluating current practices and identifying opportunities for substantial improvements.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data
Data Analysis
· Deliver high-quality statistical analysis and comprehensive impact reports to engage diverse stakeholders and provide meaningful insights that include short, medium, and long-term projections for enhanced programme impact.
· Ensure the relevance and effectiveness of data dashboards by integrating early warning systems to highlight priority areas for action.
· Provide mentorship and strategic oversight to M&E teams within delivery partners, ensuring the effective completion of roles and responsibilities.
· Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure high standards of grammar and accuracy in all documentation.
Data Integrity
· Collate and update volumetric and programme data and systems, continually developing and refining data collection processes.
· Strengthen data reliability by enhancing data flow from beneficiaries through to final reporting.
· Ensure compliance with data protection legislations when retaining and sharing information.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and ease of access to information.
Impact Presentation
· Deliver consistent, aggregated representations of project performance against targets, ensuring clear and compelling presentations.
· Partner closely with the Programme Director and Manager to create and deliver engaging and accurate programme outcome presentations.
· Tailor communication to suit varied audiences, including formal presentations for high-level stakeholders.
Relationship Management
· Collaborate with Analyst colleagues to streamline data processes, minimizing manual interventions where possible.
· Foster strong, professional relationships with delivery partners to ensure a positive and effective engagement experience with BOP.
· Work collaboratively with finance and investment teams to monitor programme invoicing and maintain awareness of the intersection between outcome achievement and the financial status of the project.

Purpose
This is an exciting time at CBM UK, as we continue to grow and develop our philanthropic
fundraising. To help us achieve our ambitious long-term goals this role requires an
experienced and passionate individual to be part of our Philanthropy Team.
This vital role will lead the programme to build and grow our relationships with High-Net-
Worth Individuals (Major Donors) over the next five years and beyond. Working alongside
the Head of Philanthropy, you will seek to build upon current relationships, as well as
identifying, researching and cultivating relationships with new and lapsed major donors to
increase income for CBM UK’s work.
CBM is a Christian charity, and as a key supporter facing role, the position holder will
represent CBM’s purpose and ethos to all external audiences and will be sympathetic and

You will be part of a dynamic and highly skilled Fundraising and Communications team,
dedicated to inspiring people in the UK to help transform lives in some of the world’s
poorest places.
Responsibilities and areas of work
This important role will seek to develop our Major Donor income stream, seeking to grow
both numbers of donors and income raised. At CBM, a Major Donor is considered to be
one who has the capacity to give £5,000+ per year and who relishes the opportunity to
have one-to-one, personalised interactions with CBM.
This role will seek to identify new high-level donors, as well as help to develop existing
relationships with our generous supporters.
Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO and Leadership Team, other team
members and (occasionally) external consultants, this role focusses on building and
consolidating our major donor portfolio, so increasing our donor base and thus our in-year
and pledged income.
Main Goal:
To successfully steward a portfolio of new and existing major donors through tailored
approaches, so securing repeat and multi-year gifts to achieve agreed income targets and
KPIs.
This will be achieved through:
1. New business acquisition:
a) Analysing our current supporter base to build a prospect list, using our database
(Salesforce) and external databases, to assess the potential to upgrade active,
lapsed and prospective major donors.
b) Researching, identifying and securing major donor prospects, through the
identification of high-net-worth individuals who may have an interest in CBM’s work,
and through proactive and effective networking, including working with our Trustees,
Patrons and Ambassadors.
c) Identifying next steps and determining tactics for engagement, including 1:1
working, giving group presentations and delivering pitches at various levels, and
leading on their facilitation.
d) Attending networking opportunities in Cambridge, London and the surrounding
areas to represent CBM and to engage potential major donors in our work
2. Stewardship and cultivation of current and active donors:
a) Developing and implementing tailored cultivation and stewardship plans, so that
individuals are engaged in a bespoke manner, ensuring that they feel a part of CBM
and that their generosity is recognised, through regular reporting, interactions,
updates and tailored approaches.
b) Developing donor-centric applications, proposals and initial approaches (by post,
email, phone and face-to-face) that are driven by insight on donors’ individual needs
and preferences and are tailored to their interests and requirements, following up as
required.
c) Reporting to donors in both formal and informal ways, as appropriate, to ensure
they are kept up to date with CBM, the impact of their grant and project
developments.
d) Hosting and facilitating face-to-face and online meetings with high-level donors,
including organising dates, venues and agendas/ talking points, and creating
Meeting Briefs for all attendees to ensure positive outcomes as far as possible.
e) Promoting the importance of legacies, and legacy income, where appropriate, and
to steward those who have pledged.
f) Organising and managing the successful delivery of at least one Major Donor Event
annually (cultivation, stewardship, thanking etc), to ensure positive relations and
potential new business, in collaboration with our Fundraising and Programme
colleagues.
g) Supporting the Head of Philanthropy and the Philanthropy Officer on the
identification, stewardship and cultivation of potential corporate partners.
3. Proposal and Report Writing
a) Crafting compelling proposals and reports that meet the bespoke needs of major
donors whilst meeting the needs of CBM and our Programme delivery colleagues,
within agreed deadlines.
b) Working with members of the Programmes Team to ensure the accuracy of major
donor proposals / reports, and with members of the Fundraising & Communications
Team to ensure consistency of messaging.
c) Working with the Philanthropy Team to develop new projects/ themes/ appeals for
potential projects.
d) Supporting the Head of Philanthropy on collating information and providing reports
to Foundation donors as needed.
4. Planning and Budgeting
a) Contributing to the development of an Income Generation and Engagement
strategy, led by the Director of Fundraising, Impact & Communications.
b) Closely monitoring income and expenditure, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy
where necessary, and contributing to the creation of yearly fundraising budgets and
plans and quarterly Board Reports.
c) Establishing, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, milestones
and targets to facilitate informed decisions and improved working practice.
5. Other
a) Ensuring all information, donor activity is recorded and kept up-to-date on our
database to fully-inform any approaches/meetings.
b) Providing proof-reading and copy-editing support to colleagues.
c) Helping to develop a culture of enthusiasm and success, reflecting the ambitions of
CBM, and promoting positive working and innovation.
d) Ensuring that the values of CBM UK are understood by external partners and
always reflected in communications.

Position Summary
The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking to appoint a Social Media and Content Manager towork with the Marketing team to promote all aspects of the offer – someone who is passionate about social media and is excited to be an innovator in the sector.
The newly created role will be focused on developing and implementing a new social and content strategy, with strands of activity that focus on growing and engaging audiences, raising the profile of the Orchestra on a global scale and maximising income. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and optimisation of all our social channels, as well as content development and capture. Importantly, the candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Concerts teams to ensure our social channels are full of rich and engaging content, and a central part of the marketing mix. They will need to be confident in developing relationships pan- organisation, as they will work closely with a core group of staff and players to expand the capture and development of content.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- With the Marketing team and any external research/audience agencies, develop an annual content and social strategy and planner, which serves all areas of the business and campaigns
- Develop a brand personality appropriate to each channel, which builds on the Philharmonia core brand mission and values
- Develop a strategy for paid social activity and digital advertising
- Look at the introduction of more social channels, where appropriate
- Using various analytics tools, and tied to the wider organisational data strategy, develop reports for circulation on a regular basis, which show growth in audience numbers and engagement
Project Management:
- Schedule and optimise social channels (organic), ensuring there is a variety of content with a consistent TOV and brand, which delivers audience engagement, growth, and diversification
- Schedule and optimise paid social and digital advertising to maximise best performing channels
- Work with Managers to support with SEO and website navigation, as part of the whole customer journey
- With the Managers and an external agency, support with optimisation of the Google Grant account
- Analyse the effectiveness of all social and content and implement any optimisations and learnings
- Attend concerts and activities where relevant and part of the strategy, in order to capture imagery, stories and footage
- Coordinate with the stage management and concerts teams to ensure that information is shared well in advance and opportunities are maximised
- Work with partner venues and organisations to promote the work we do as engagements and on tour, in support of both parties’ strategies
- Work with the Data and Insight Manager to improve data capture, monitoring and understanding
Leadership and Management:
- With the Director of Marketing & Comms, work to engage the whole Orchestra in the production of content
- Work with a core group of players and staff to build confidence in the creation of content and capture, building a strong in-house team
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Attend workshops/conferences/seminars to be on the front foot of social media and content development – share learnings with the team and other stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a relevant role
- A champion for social media and content development
- Knowledge of all social platforms, Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Passion and interest for music and the arts, with a good understanding of orchestras
- Some experience in photography/videography (does not need to be an academic qualification

The Role
Funding from Trusts and Foundations is critical to the sustainability of the charity. The Fundraising Manager as a member of the Senior Management Team, will lead on ensuring sufficient funding for the sustainability of the charity and its core activities by maintaining and developing current relationships with funders as well as generating additional income to meet targets.
You will also be the lead for the communication strategy, and line manage the Communications Officer, to enhance the charity’s visibility and engagement with donors and other audiences. The role is weighted towards income generation.
About You
You will be an experienced fundraiser, able to develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy with knowledge and experience of Trusts and Foundations fundraising. You will have proven experience of writing successful grant applications, meeting targets and managing relationships with funders.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive proposals and reports and the ability to produce high quality written materials tailored to different audiences.

We have a vacancy for a dynamic, driven and experienced individual to join our small fundraising team, focussing on generating income from corporate and community sources and working closely with our Grants and Trusts Fundraiser. The successful applicant will be a superb communicator, with proven presentation and / or public speaking experience, allowing them to engage and enthuse diverse audiences of all ages. They will possess the skills and confidence to create and deliver persuasive presentations, write press releases, produce posters, leaflets and other written communications, and maintain and build our social media following on a variety of platforms. Experience of planning and co-ordinating events and/or fundraising challenges, managing teams of volunteers and making pro-active approaches is desirable. They will possess good IT skills and will have a good understanding of financial reporting.
Working primarily from home or remotely (due to space limitations in our small office!), they will be highly self-motivated, driven and possess exceptional organisational skills. The role involves frequent travel locally for the purpose of visiting current and new contacts in the community and attending events, therefore the successful candidate will live locally and will need their own transport. About You:
This role is for you if you are an experienced trusts and foundations fundraiser, with good knowledge of the sector. You'll have demonstrable experience of securing five and six figure grants to achieve annual income targets, both through stewarding existing supporters and through researching and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities.
You will also be skilled in understanding and translating complex information and turning it in to compelling written proposals, for grants, corporate partnerships and major donors.
We do require someone who is proactive, hardworking and results-orientated.
Essential role requirements include:
- Experience of trusts and foundation fundraising and able to demonstrate continual growth in expertise and results in this area.
- Good understanding of the trusts and foundations fundraising environment and associated processes and different types of grant making bodies.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write concise and inspiring funding applications and to make presentations.

The Membership Engagement Officer is an exciting and varied role at the College as you will be responsible for increasing engagement with members and enhancing the member experience, whilst driving engagement initiatives and increasing member retention.

We are recruiting two Mentoring Project Officers to support the Project Manager in delivering our high-quality 1-year Mentoring Programme that supports young carers aged 14-16 to achieve goals tailored to their needs. Each cohort will be delivered through a combination of 1:1 mentoring and monthly groups with a maximum of 8 mentees and 2 mentors. The programme aims to help the mentees improve their educational attainment, identify routes into further and/or higher education and apprenticeships, increase independence skills, build confidence, access appropriate services, reduce isolation and build resilience.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting young carers to reach their full potential. We do not expect you to have direct experience of mentoring nor working with young carers but we do expect you to have empathy, good listening skills and a strong knowledge of the needs and common challenges of young people aged 14-16 with a desire to make a real difference in their lives.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with community organisations and to generate and maintain steady referrals to the programme. You will be required to assess young carers’ needs and in conjunction with the other Mentoring Project Officer, deliver one-to-one and group support to the mentees, carefully monitoring their progress. Further to this, you will be responsible for responding to safeguarding concerns and maintaining strong professional boundaries.

To keep in contact with your mentees throughout their mentoring to ensure they are being supported effectively and are happy with their mentoring sessions.

With each mentee, to write a support plan upon completing the programme to identify continued community support.
Monitoring and Evaluation

To ensure our Lamplight CRM is up to date and has accurate information, including updating case notes and safeguarding concerns in a timely manner.

To ensure you and the other mentor complete session reports after each mentoring session and complete an Outcomes Star at the initial assessment, midway through the mentoring and upon completion.

To monitor and evaluate the service, including gathering and uploading data from evaluation forms and surveys.

To attend regular supervisory sessions with the Service Manager and produce verbal/written reports on the programme as appropriate.
Other Duties

In conjunction with the Service Manager, support the delivery of an annual Young Adult Carer Aspirations Conference.

To jointly design and develop the group work sessions and adapt to feedback as needed.

To process all expenses, invoices and receipts in line with financial management systems and adhere to budgets in line with funding requirements.

To act at all times in compliance with all policies and procedures of YCDT and ensure systems are managed in line with GDPR.

To undertake training relevant to the job in order to keep up to date with issues relevant to providing good service for young carers and our partners.

Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and experienced campaigner to join us as Campaign Manager (UK Child Poverty) on a 12 month contract basis.
In this key role for us, you will lead our impactful campaigns to address child poverty in the UK, collaborating with communities, partners, and policymakers to bring about meaningful change.
This role offers the potential for hybrid working. We have offices based in London, Manchester, Cardiff and Edinburgh. There are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter. This will be agreed with your line manager and team.

About the Role
As Campaign Manager (UK Child Poverty), you will lead Save the Children UK's campaign strategy on one of our priority areas, working closely with mission colleagues, supporters, and partner organisations.
You will manage a senior campaigner and provide task management for two other colleagues, ensuring delivery of impactful, community-driven campaigns.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the development and implementation of campaigns to achieve our strategic objectives on UK child poverty.
• Support the growth and mobilisation of networks involving children, young people, and families with lived experience of poverty.
• Build strong relationships with key campaigning partners and coalitions.
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure campaign best practices and innovation.
• Represent Save the Children UK in external forums as a passionate advocate for children and families.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign activity, using insights to shape and improve strategies.
About You
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Experience leading the development and delivery of impactful campaigns, with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of campaigning and organising tactics, and experience mobilising public audiences for policy change.
• Demonstrated experience working with partners, coalitions, or civil society actors to deliver change.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• A passion for politics, changemaking, and the ability to travel within the UK (including overnight stays) are also essential.
• Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission, and values is a must.
• Knowledge of child poverty, children's rights, or related fields in the UK context (desirable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
