Are you an innovative and certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional who wishes to be a valued member of a busy and friendly fundraising team, taking responsibility for the management of the charity’s future Dynamics 365 CRM?

Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead on the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with fundraising, communications, IT and finance stakeholders, colleagues and third party suppliers.

Location

This is a key role within the Engagement Directorate at Blind Veterans UK as we are working through a new strategy which ensures we become data and insight led and put our audiences at the centre of all our communication. This presents an excellent opportunity for you to help revolutionise how Blind Veterans UK conducts data selections and to play a key role in producing actionable insights as we seek to increase the sophistication of our marketing activity and deliver an excellent supporter experience.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of complex database extracts from Raiser’s Edge using FastStats, ensuring all data selections are delivered to a high standard for communications to Blind Veteran UK supporters. This includes ensuring data selections are scheduled, developed, tested and checked, and delivered in accordance with the agreed brief and deadlines. The critical element to this role is developing a campaign planning process that embeds a test and learn culture and drives innovation and improvement in our communications.
You will work with the Insight Manager and wider Engagement (fundraising and Comms & Marketing) Team to implement journeys and automations to improve second gift rates and drive sustainable income.
As well as leading on data selections, you will manage the insight planning and request project boards, working with the Insight Manager to respond to both ad-hoc insight requests and longer term insight projects.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role - what you'll be doing:
- Lead on data selections. Responsible for ensuring all data selections are produced in an accurate, consistent and timely fashion, in accordance with agreed data selection briefs and deadlines.
- Manage the scheduling of delivering data selections to ensure there is clarity on what data selections are upcoming, to manage any potential clashes and to plan and prioritise the workload.
- Develop an excellent process and structure for delivering data selections that guarantees their consistency and accuracy.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure data selection briefs are completed correctly, definitions are clarified, and the final selection meets the criteria outlined in the brief.
- Work with the Insight Manager to identify insight-driven recommendations for campaign planning, and to ensure testing within data selections is valid and robust.

Senior Fundraising Insight Analyst

Purpose of Role
As a Senior Fundraising Insights Analyst, you will play a leading role in supporting the charity’s fundraising growth objectives.
You will work closely with teams across Fundraising to develop and execute growth strategies based on data and insight; build and interrogate reporting dashboards, manage data requests, and directly support fundraising colleagues to optimise campaign activity by reaching new and existing audiences with relevant content and asks through a multi-channel supporter segmentation approach. The People & Culture Administrator will play a key role in handling people processes, employee records and provide general HR support, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
People/HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with the People Business Partners to prepare HR documents, such as contracts, carry out suitable checks (such as OH and DBS) and take up references.
- Assist with People Operations Analyst with reporting, including tracking key metrics such as absence, turnover, and compliance.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and GDPR regulations.

Position: 6045 Deputy Head of Service for Performance and Quality
Location: Greater London/Hybrid
Hours: Full time 37.5. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £46,702.25 per annum
Allowance: London weighting

The Role
As a Deputy Head of Service for Performance and Quality, you will:
• Proactively analyse data from diverse sources, transforming it into powerful and useful insights for the service
• Produce management information, impact analysis, service modelling and customer-focused performance tools
• Monitor service performance and identify risks to support and enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Be a key member of a multi-disciplinary network of experts within the London Management Team
• Work in partnership with key stakeholders across London’s criminal justice system such as the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), London’s Police forces and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ)
Regular tasks will include:
• Producing monthly and quarterly reports for funders to evidence KPIs; identify trends, risks and service improvements
• Developing and iterating analytical pipelines to deliver high quality insight on service performance
• Meeting with front-line teams to explore service delivery and performance data
• Delivering insights and actions to stakeholders regarding service effectiveness
• Identifying areas of the service where data science and emerging technologies can be applied to improve efficiency, such as AI
• Collaborating with data professionals across the national data function and within MOPAC’s Data and Insight function
About You
You will need:
• Experience using either Python or R to bring data together from diverse sources and prepare for analysis using cleaning and preparation techniques
• Extensive practical experience of using innovative platforms for data visualization including R Shiny, Power BI and/or Tableau
• A degree or equivalent professional experience in subjects such as Statistics, Data/ Computer Science, Economics, Public Policy, or the Sciences would be desirable
