Age UK is currently recruiting for a passionate Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our award-winning Partnership Management team.
As Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive you will help manage and deliver key areas of activity with a 7 figure, multi-year corporate partner for Age UK - Dunelm. We anticipate this will be circa 80% of the role. The remaining time will be managing a portfolio of smaller corporate partners for us. Going above and beyond to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued and connected to our cause, you'll use your creativity and networking skills to identify future growth opportunities that match the mission and priorities of Age UK and older people.
With a strong passion to support older people, solid account management experience, and excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; as a Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive you'll be able to manage diverse projects and have a proven track record in securing income.
This is a hybrid opportunity, a blend of homebased and office working. Our linked office for this role is in London and you would be expected to attend the office once a week (Thursday) for the Corporate Partnership team day. The role may involve occasional travel, including some overnight stays.

Must haves:
* A passion to support older people and the mission of Age UK.
* Experience of managing corporate generating at least £50Kpa
* Experience of building relationships with fundraisers or volunteers.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - you'll need to have the social skills and presence to communicate to a variety of audiences. And employee a high degree of diplomacy, tact and confidence.
* Experience of supporting in the delivery of successful fundraising events.
* Experience working as part of a team and in a busy office environment.
* Experience of organising and prioritising your own workload, working on a range of tasks simultaneously and monitoring and reporting on activity.
* Sound administration skills, including but not limited to a good working knowledge of MS Office products, databases and experience in conducting research.
* Able to use own initiative, think creatively, problem solve and seek advice when needed.

About the Campaigns Assistant role
Our Public Affairs department is responsible for the WI’s high-profile, national campaigns, policy and research work. In this varied role as Campaigns Assistant, you will provide administrative, event, communications, research and project management support to the team, the Public Affairs Committee and WI members. From responding to queries from members and the public, to coordinating the NFWI’s annual resolution process, you will play a key part in helping the NFWI achieve real and impactful change in its campaigning and lobbying activities.
About you
Educated to degree level, or with equivalent experience, you will have strong administrative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at various levels. Experience of working within a campaigns or public affairs department, preferably in a charity or membership organisation, would be beneficial, as would an understanding of social and environmental issues.

We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with drive, intellectual curiosity and technical capability to join our small but dynamic team.
The role will work in both our Azure Native environment and co-location data centre. A significant proportion of our line of business applications remain hosted on Hyper-V based Private Cloud and will need to be “fed and watered” until they are moved to new platforms or technologies, a task that this role will assist with. These migrations offer the role holder learning and development opportunities.
Our Azure environment is almost exclusively “Azure native” primarily hosting our Digital Product using technologies including Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, Sentinel, Log Analytics, Azure Data Factory, with “as code” Bicep pipelines tied to Azure DevOps. This role will support the Head of Environments, Platforms and IT Security to ensure that our technology infrastructure is reliable, safe and future-proofed. Role Overview -

Key Reponsibilities
· Develop and grow the impact and scale of the West Midlands Multibank including building relationships with potential referral and donation partners.

- Build and manage relationships with local businesses and corporations in order to secure additional donations for distribution and to secure Corporate support, with support of BVSC leadership
- Work collaboratively with partners to ensure the Multibank is meeting the needs of communities effectively and supporting those in poverty to access resource and wider help as needed
· Manage the day to day running of the West Midlands Multibank, including the referral and distribution processes and inventory management
- Manage the work of the Logistics Co-Ordinator with additional Multibank staff to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Multibank
- Manage Health and Safety processes within the Multibank
- Collaborate with referral and distribution partners and the Logistics Co-Ordinator to ensure available inventory is appropriate for local communities and meeting identified need
- Manage the financial sustainability of the project including communications and fundraising.

About the role:
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to co-lead and implement the organisation’s strategy, operational and fiscal oversight and team management – including with science, marine operations, logistics, data, communications, finance and central operations teams along with an international alliance of science, business, government, philanthropic and civil society partners.
You will manage one of the major global marine biodiversity programmes of the decade, radically advance our knowledge of ocean life, catalyse global marine conservation, inspire ocean engagement, and harness and champion equitable, international collaboration.
Your main duties will include:
- Co-lead with the CEO on organisational structure and resource needs to ensure implementation of the strategy. Develops and implements HR strategies, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Support the CEO, together with senior management in building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies and deliver on the required donor reporting together with the Senior management team.
- Leadership of the implementation and management of all programs and operations, including

About you:
We are now looking for a confident leader to work alongside a team of experienced senior managers, you will need to bring with you the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated track record leading in a fast-paced environment and managing a team to high performance.
- Competence in strategic planning, business development and regulatory issues.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles in operations, human resources, and / or finance functions with a strong track record of experience in globally active non-profits.

Mission of the role
To work in collaboration with the other Routes to Employment Project Manager to deliver
innovative pilot programmes based on our research findings from year one, culminating in a

of refugee women in London.
Structure and remuneration

I am currently recruiting an experiences Recruitment and People & Culture Operations Manager for a renowned business-focused membership organisation, on an initial 6-month fixed term salaried contract (although there is a possibility that this may be extended further down the line or possibly become a permanent position). About you

Our London hub specialises in providing housing advice and emergency homelessness work, intensive support to families, people experiencing domestic abuse and people experiencing multiple disadvantages. With 50 staff, we provide front line support to over 5,000 people a year and work to bring about systemic change with the ultimate aim of people being able to live securely in suitable, safe, affordable homes. London Hub’s priorities are improving the practice of local authorities and Registered Social Landlords and focussing on households disproportionately affected by the housing emergency.

2. Summary:
The International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) invites applications for the position of Finance Manager at the Research Commissioning Centre (RCC) funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). This is an important position, and the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the efficient use of funds for research projects and programs.
3. Key Responsibilities:
3.1 Financial Management of RCC program:

Manages RCC financial operations including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.

Reviews monthly results against budgets with the program team and implements monthly variance reporting.
