Transparency International (UK) are looking for a Senior Coalition Communications Coordinator
You will work for the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition (UKACC) and its Illicit Finance Working Group (IFWG), collaborating with each of its member organisations. The purpose of this role is to coordinate communications activity amongst its member organisations. Communications will largely focus on the UK’s role as a hub for dirty money and range across all channels – from digital and social media to print, broadcast and events.
The Senior Coalition Communications Coordinator will report to the Coalition Policy Manager and perform this within the Transparency International UK advocacy team.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate UK Anti-Corruption Coalition members to review, refresh, and develop the Coalition’s communications strategy.
- Coordinate joint UKACC media responses and coordinating relevant comms activities between comms professionals embedded within member organisations and relevant parliamentary groups.
- Manage the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition website and social media activities, ensuring the content is relevant to key audiences, compelling and up to date.
- Responsible for coordinating and producing shared messaging and content for the Coalition informed by audience insight and understanding.
- Responsible for working with members to design and deliver events that support the Coalition and member objectives.
- Perform other duties not listed, e.g. help the Coalition Policy Manager complete some tasks and support working groups, including drafting policy consultation submissions and advocacy documents, preparing meeting agendas, and other non-communication functions.
Who we are looking for
- University undergraduate level degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable and sustained experience of communications and engagement with audiences.
- Professional experience of working with print, broadcast and digital media operations, alongside experience of working with digital and social media tools, and measuring the impact of related content.
- Experience of enabling different groups to coordinate and collaborate
- An ability to identify opportunities for influence and develop a tactical plan to do so
- The ability to think quickly and innovatively to solve complex and difficult issues, both independently and in collaboration with others
- Ability to navigate dynamics between various stakeholders with high levels of diplomacy.
- Ability and confidence to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

About You.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting:
- Oversee data collection, storage, and processing, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Manage and optimise Airtable dashboards and databases to streamline data reporting and enable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data reporting tools to support business needs, including custom reporting solutions and analytics.
- Work closely with the team to identify key metrics, creating dashboards and visualizations to track performance.
IT Systems Management:
- Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of IT systems and tools that support our operations.
- Ensure data security protocols, system access controls, and backups are in place and in line with best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our IT support provider, engaging with them to ensure they are managing troubleshooting and issue resolution well.
- Plan for future IT infrastructure needs, keeping scalability and cost-efficiency in mind.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and improve workflows using Airtable and other tools.
- Develop, document, and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for data and IT management.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and implement process improvements.

Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with other teams to understand their data and IT needs, providing guidance and support.

There is a degree of manual handling and you will be required to work some evenings and weekends. Further:

- You will be required to support with setting up venues for events.

Key Responsibilities
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

About the Role
As our Executive Assistant to the Global Director of Fundraising and the COO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global leadership team. As Co-operative Development Support Officer you will support our Community Shares work including the Booster Fund and the Business Support for co-ops teams. Summary
The Secretariat team supports the Chief Executive and Estates Commissioners in their leadership and the conduct of the Church Commissioners' business. The Senior EA provides comprehensive and wide-ranging executive assistance and research/ policy support to the Chief Executive and First Church Estates Commissioner in all aspects of their work, as well as acting as an interface between the and the wider Church/ public.
