We have over 2,000 volunteers that engage with us and refer to these individuals as ‘Contributors’. The Contributor Officer will be our Volunteer Lead and will work alongside the Head of HR on the engagement, management and retention of volunteers across the organisation. What you’ll do:
- Develop and update an appropriate and consistent recruitment and selection process for Contributor positions, ensuring it provides flexibility to cater to the differing level of roles across the organisation.
- Work with the Marketing and Digital team to build and maintain a dedicated Contributor section of the website, designed to engage our key audiences and provide easy access to engaging information and content.
- Monitor application rates for key Contributor positions, developing our approach to ensure that the opportunities reach a wide range of members.
- Actively lead the RCR’s approach to engaging with Contributors.
- Conduct regular business partnering meetings with RCR staff who have management responsibility for key Contributors, advising on how to manage, support and engage the group.
- Actively input into the development of the RCR’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant systems to ensure there is a single point of truth for all Contributor related data and that important information is recorded in an easy to access way.

As the Head of Grants, you will join a small team in a key strategic leadership position. The main purpose of the role is to develop and deliver the organisation's grants programme. Reporting to the Director and working closely with trustees, you will set the direction for grant activities and lead the team to both create new funding rounds and oversee the impact of the grants portfolio.

About You
We are looking for an experienced digital, data and technology professional who has substantial professional experience in the field. Relevant qualifications in design, development, management, and change methodologies such as PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, TOGAF, APM, or similar will be beneficial. About the Role
This is the primary role with responsibility for the delivery and assurance of core digital, data, technology, and related functions at the Royal College of Anaesthetists, at both a strategic and implementation level. The post-holder will report to the College’s CEO, sit on the Executive Team, and contribute across the College via staff engagement and through a range of committees and boards, including the Board of Trustees.
Key to the role are three functions:
- Ensuring the security and fitness for purpose of College’s digital, data and technology estate.
- Designing the College’s strategy for digital, data and technology in support of the overall College strategy and overseeing its implementation.
- Unifying all areas of technology responsibility across the College to ensure product development, processes and operations are aligned as a cohesive whole.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Take a proactive and collaborative approach to working with members of the Council, Board of Trustees and other stakeholders as required.
- Define, develop, lead and champion the College’s digital, data and technology strategy, ensuring that it is user-focused, resilient, sustainable, and demonstrably supporting our objectives and values.

About the Role
The Connection at St. Martins is based in the heart of London, in the most concentrated area of rough sleeping in the UK. We have an ambitious strategy to tackle rough sleeping in central London with those people who are most persistently on the streets. Building relationships of trust with clients is at the heart of our work. To achieve this in practice, we have a fully trauma informed approach across the whole charity with psychologists embedded in our service delivery teams.
Alongside running our busy day centre at Adelaide Street by Trafalgar Square, we are developing our access to accommodation. This includes a project to extend our scheme in Clapham with a new building during 2025. The extension will provide 3 additional studio flats and activity spaces. This is the first in a longer term goal to introduce more accommodation into our service portfolio so that we can house an additional 300 of our Adelaide Street clients by 2028. We are also keen to develop our links into health, through partnerships with the NHS and other treatment services. Finally, we would like to further improve our offer for women and for people with No Recourse to Public Funds.
The Director of Services is a vital role for us and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for addressing rough sleeping. The successful candidate will be ambitious and tenacious in developing high quality services and growing our support. They must be able to build really strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders alongside bringing extensive experience from homelessness, mental health, addiction or the criminal justice sector.

Job Summary:
As Secretary General of the NRA and Chief Executive of the National Shooting Centre Limited, the NRA’s commercial enterprise subsidiary, you will be responsible for leading the management and operations of the organisations, as well as implementing the overall vision for the charity working with the Trustees. The role involves a high level of responsibility, with pivotal decision-making that affects the future of the charity and its beneficiaries.

OCVA is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our office and support our team. As our Administrator, you’ll often be the first point of contact, managing our main phone line, handling the admin inbox, and processing incoming post. You’ll look after the administration relating to our building, keeping on top of our facilities compliance, and provide support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, including scheduling meetings and taking concise and accurate minutes. We provide a regular programme of online and in-person training which you will work with the team to schedule, overseeing registrations and payments and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
We are looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and quick to learn. You will enjoy working with all sorts of people, have great communication skills and be diplomatic, with an ability to take the initiative when opportunities arise. You will be confident with Microsoft Office and willing to learn how to use other programmes such as CIVI (our online database), Xero (for raising invoices), Microsoft Teams and Zoom (for online meetings).

Founded in 2007, Electric Storm Youth (ESY) is a youth work charity based in Lancing, West Sussex. We run a full range of youth-based programmes, including young carers support, mental health counselling, general youth sessions, LGBTQ+ sessions, street-based (detached) youth work, mentoring and work-experience.

About the role:
In 2023 we embarked on an exciting new 5-year strategy “For people, for pets, for Bristol”. We aim to expand our reach to more animals and residents in Bristol and the surrounding areas through a more comprehensive Community Pet Support Scheme.
We have a number of key organisational projects that need to be driven through over the next 12 months and so are looking for a strong and authentic leader to work closely with the Chair and Board of Trustees, and lead our Senior Management and Leadership Team, in the delivery of our services and strategic initiatives.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- a passion for the protection and wellbeing of animals
- a track record of senior roles in the charity or not for profit sectors managing multi-disciplinary teams
- substantial experience and success in organisational change and programme management
- inspirational leadership and people management skills with a commitment to motivating, multi-functional teams; optimising their knowledge, skills and potential
- a flair for engaging with supporters and internal and external stakeholders
- the skills and experience to maintain the financial viability of the organisation
- substantial experience of setting, monitoring & reviewing objectives, key performance indicators, and standard compliance mechanisms, including evidence-based measurement of improved outcomes

The Coordinator ensures the quality and effectiveness of record keeping, risk management and joined-up planning across the project. They help the team work together on planning work and preparations for forums, conferences and reporting. The Coordinator provides support to ensure that the project’s safeguarding, health & safety, finance and contracting arrangements are implemented across the team. The Energy Neighbours Project Coordinator will work closely with adn report to the Energy Neighbours Project Manager.
Job Purpose
We are at a critical point in the development of our organisation as we build a new strategy and start a period of transformation. This executive director role will lead this change by creating the right environment to drive strategic, technological and cultural transformation at NCVO, so we deliver innovative services and long-term systemic positive impact to our members and the wider voluntary sector over the next decade.
Dimensions
This role will join the executive team, reporting to the CEO and the board of trustees. They will create a new directorate – the transformation unit – which will deliver key strategic projects that have a demonstrable impact on the organisational culture, growth and capabilities. This will include significant investment, and they will be responsible for a large budget. The strategic decisions they recommend, will impact our resilience and sustainability as an organisation, as well as ensuring we service our membership of over 17,000 organisations. They will support with driving income, looking for commercial opportunities, particularly with how we use our data. Embedded in all of this will be ensuring we have robust and rigorous organisational design, so everything from our systems and data collection to our policies and processes, meet the needs of our diverse workforce, partners and customers, and adhere to the highest levels of compliance.
Essential Knowledge and Skills Required
- Knowledge of the foundations needed for organisational transformation to increase efficiency, productivity, cohesion and success.
- Deep understanding of two or more of the following disciplines: technological transformation, use of AI in delivering services, using data and insight to drive business development, cultural transformation, strategic development, organisational design.
