About this vital role
Our Pantry project will support and engage with individuals and families providing them with positive empowering support to address issues such as wellbeing, housing, debt, and employment. People using the Pantry pay a weekly subscription and, in return, are able to access an abundance of affordable, nutritious food and added support.
The Pantry Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day running of the Pantry, including carrying out and complying with all health and safety procedures and policies, ensuring stock is stored and managed in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations and providing nutritional and meal planning support and where needed healthy eating plans.
As well as supporting, managing and working alongside a team of volunteers, you will also positively support clients with a range of practical issues, including benefits and debt advice and wellbeing, provide emotional support around areas such confidence building and developing resilience, plus develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies. Managing the completion of all new client inductions, including Initial Needs Assessments, Risk Assessments and Action Plans, and promoting the service within the local community, arranging promotional events as needed, are also key duties.
What we are looking for
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene and Advice and Guidance Level 3 qualification
- Knowledge of food storage and hygiene best practices, including stock rotation principles
- An understanding of variety of cooking techniques and the ability to advise others on how to cook on a budget
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Work constructively with colleagues to achieve project targets and respond to requests
- Strong IT, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A flexible, professional and collaborative approach to your work.

Main Roles

Specific Duties
- Manage a complex caseload across the field of immigration, nationality and asylum law.

Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our established ‘’Someone To Talk To’ service in a newly created role of ‘Team Lead (Mental Health)’. We are looking for two highly motivated and committed professionals to work alongside other Team Leads to lead and oversee STTT service delivery across Centre 33 hubs both in the North (Peterborough/Wisbech/Huntington) and South (Cambridge/South Cambs/Ely) areas.

They will be responsible for providing support with case allocation, reflective practice, risk management and Safeguarding. They will retain a small caseload to support YP with more complex needs. The Team Lead will provide day to day designated Safeguarding leadership across the locality team, supported by the Head of Service and Director of Services.

Willow House - Central Lancashire Crisis Service is a mental health recovery house in Coppull. We are working to a recovery model, and are accessed by referral as either hospital preventions, step down, respite and crisis point support. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a 24hour staffed service to our residents aged 16 and upwards.
We know that recovery can look and feel very different to each and every one of us. Scope of role

SignHealth is partnering exclusively with Robertson Bell to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent, full-time basis. SignHealth aims to improve healthcare and access to health services for deaf people. As well as campaigning, research and health promotion, we provide supported living schemes and outreach for deaf people with mental health problems. We provide a national Advocacy and Counselling service and support for deaf victims of domestic abuse.
This role will be responsible for the collection of service contract debtors, as well as care fees from self-funding and local government authority residents. The role will interact with a wide range of stakeholders and will deliver excellent customer service – working proactively to reduce any barriers to debt collection and to improving SignHealth’s debt collection processes at a time the organisation is forecast to grow rapidly and significantly.
The key responsibilities of this Credit Controller role include:
- Raise all sales invoices (recurring and ad hoc), for SignHealth in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with the Accountant and Head of Finance to develop and maintain accurate invoicing schedules.
- Work with colleagues across SignHealth to ensure that accurate invoices are raised – e.g. to account for changes in service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure prompt payment and resolution of billing disputes
- Proactively chase outstanding debts through telephone calls, emails and letters
- Perform monthly sales ledger reconciliations and check for anomalies, work with other finance team members to reconcile statements to the accounts
- Provide regular debtor status reports to the Accountant and Head of Finance – contribute to the development of management information for ELT including the cash flow forecast and debtor aging – as well as drafting written commentary for the management accounts
- Maintain accurate contact and contract information for all customers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and recommend internal process improvements
- Take an active role in aiding managers’ and team members’ understanding of their financial responsibilities

In order to achieve our vision we need a highly capable Director of Finance to build and improve on our high-performing finance function and to drive forward operational excellence.
Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our financial strategy, long-term financial planning, and developing commercial strategies to maximise income and operating contribution. You will also have responsibility of cash management, risk management and governance. You will be the Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) for the organisation and will lead on Property and Procurement.
This is a varied and exciting role which will provide you with the opportunity of leading a well-established team of professionals, reporting on the financial performance of the organisation together with providing analysis, advice and support to facilitate decision making to deliver sound financial management.
You will be a qualified accountant, and will need to demonstrate:
· Proven experience in a leadership role;
· Experience at Board level and ability to work in collaboration with Trustees and colleagues;
· Understanding and experience of strategic risk management, finance audit and internal controls

Our helpline is a first point of contact for many older people and their families and carers as they tackle a variety of issues around finance, social engagement, housing and council tax, travel concessions such as Blue Badge and Taxi card. You will play a crucial role in answering our busy Information & Advice Helpline phone: listening carefully and sympathetically to callers, finding solutions to their queries or issues and. Would you like to be a part of an exciting new opportunity in the IPSPC service. Your challenge? To do everything you can to help the individuals we work with to source appropriate, meaningful paid roles with local organisations/employers. Day to day, you’ll offer support to individuals who are suffering with mental ill health and other chronic health conditions, offering careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation and interview techniques. You’ll also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive links with Primary care providers, clinical teams, partner organisations, local employers and other relevant agencies and have the initiative to develop and promote the service. Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments and reviews are completed in a timely manner.
As well as a good understanding of the IPS model of working, mental and physical health problems and the issues and barriers this can create for our clients, you’ll need excellent motivational, presentation and listening skills and a willingness to travel in the local area and to work outside of office hours as required. Excellent organisational and time management skills are required, as well as the ability to prioritise workload and be flexible to the demands of this ever-changing role.
