The hours available to work are 22.5 a week. The full-time salary is £24,502 pro-rata salary of £14,701.20 for 22.5 hours.
The successful candidate will be required to work core hours but there is flexibility on the days which can be discussed at interview stage.

About the role - Your main duties will include:
- To work with the Head of EDI to deliver the organisations EDI objectives.
- To work in partnership with Dimensions business support teams to ensure information, processes, systems etc. are as accessible and inclusive as possible for all colleagues
- To engage and participate in external EDI related network groups to develop our knowledge and understanding
- To support individuals, managers and the HR team with the internal reasonable adjustment process.

Our Help to Claim service assists people with claiming Universal Credit (UC), from advising if UC is the right benefit for them up to ensuring they receive their first correct payment. Citizens Advice Camden has been delivering the Help to Claim service since it launched five years ago.
Help to Claim is delivered by telephone, email and webchat as part of the national service. The service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. As a Help to Claim Adviser, you will contribute towards delivery of this service across all channels on a rota basis. We are based in central London and our Help to Claim team will be working a hybrid office-based/ remote model.
The role is open to qualified advisers who have recent experience in delivering advice on Universal Credit. Key Responsibilities
- Managing fundraising compliance across telephone and face to face fundraising activities.
- Supporting on wider compliance measure across the Charity.

You’ll also:

- Assist with due diligence processes within the wider SEO team, specifically focusing on internal data security practices, response handling accuracy, and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements such as those for Gift Aid or the BACS scheme for Direct Debits
- Proactively identify processes for improvement across the Supporter Experience & Operations Team to deliver efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of internal procedures
- Support campaign managers and other colleagues with any new or existing projects relating to fundraising operations, working closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clear and fully documented
About you:
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations of Gift Aid, Direct Debit, Data protection and PCI-DSS compliance
- Strong team player. Proven experience and/ or evidence of providing support/supervision/ training to team members
- Experience of documenting business processes, and comfortable with communicating and influencing a range of stakeholders
- Experience of income processing and donor response handling
- Excellent IT skills (use of Microsoft products, particularly Excel) with ability to analyse data accurately

Procurement Senior Manager
Salary: £60 - £65k
Role Type: Perm, full time (flexible working)
Location: London/Hybrid (weekly sessions London, client meetings nation-wide)

Role purpose
You will provide leadership/be a point person in shaping a clear strategy and plan for all procurement categories, including our more agile and innovative requirements. You will be passionate about creating an open dialogue with supply chain actors/new bidders around financial inclusion and supporting the team to cultivate a performance-driven and compliant procurement culture.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery of Strategic Priorities
· Process Simplification - Lead initiatives to streamline procurement and contracting processes
· Market Engagement - Oversee planning and project management for various market routes
· Documentation & Support - Assist in developing procurement strategies and support the drafting and review of contractual documentation
· Compliance Management- Manage a centralised database of procurements and contracts
· Subsidy Control Framework - Support the design and application of the subsidy control framework
· Value Delivery - Work with the team to set up contracting arrangements
Brand and Stakeholder Management
· Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with the Leadership Team, Board, funders, and partners
· External Liaison - Act as the key liaison for lawyers and procurement / GDPR specialists
People
· Inclusive Leadership- Demonstrate inclusive leadership
· Team Development - Coach and develop team members
Finance and Operations
· Reporting - Support reporting on performance against KPIs
You will have:
· In-depth knowledge of procurement and contract management lifecycle
· Strong understanding of Public Contract Regulations and procurement instruments
· Experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements, identifying risks, and implementing mitigations

We are looking for an agile, proactive individual who will join the team as Finance Manager working closely with the CEO and two finance officers to coordinate and deliver Black Minds Matter UK’s financial activities and strategic objectives.
Finance Manager
Location: Remote. With the option to attend a co-working hub on an ad hoc basis.
Salary: £36,000 per annum FTE (including London weighting)
Contract: Part time, 15-22.5 hours per week - permanent with time available Monday - Friday.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must be a strong communicator throughout the organisation.
- Any additional qualification in charity finance or leadership.
- A desirable and genuine interest in mental health and/or addressing racial disparities in the mental health field.

We are looking for an Assistant Head of Public Engagement (Brand and Marketing) to join our Public Engagement team. This team aims to grow income from the general public to support our vital homelessness services, with activity spanning all stage of the supporter journey through awareness, engagement, donating and loyalty.
St Mungo’s is a leading homelessness charity, and we want to grow public awareness of our work. The Assistant Head of Public Engagement (Brand and Marketing) will lead work to drive increased awareness of St Mungo’s, supporting growth in fundraising income from the general public.
This role will be vital in driving public awareness and engagement with St Mungo’s and our work, to end homelessness and rebuild lives. In this role you will:
- Develop and implement a strategy to drive brand growth, to support an annual income target of £8.5m in Public Engagement, and year on year income growth across fundraising teams.
- Lead the Brand and Marketing team to develop and deliver brand marketing campaigns, strategy and content for social media and owned channels, brand research and overall brand execution across Fundraising and Communications.
- Be responsible for the execution of visual brand and tone of voice across public communications.
