The Opportunity
We are seeking a Programme Officer to join our Work Experience Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic and confident individual to join us in a role which has responsibility for ensuring suitable and safe work experience placements are sourced, managed and available for students. Our Work Experience programme provides a taster of the ‘World of Work’ helping to raise career aspirations and support academic progression. Our team work with local and central London employers and education providers to source, manage and co-ordinate placements for over 5,000 young people each academic year.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- To secure, update and manage work experience placements.
- To handle telephone enquiries about the work experience programme, communicating with teachers, employers, parents and schools.
- To be a key point of contact for schools/educational establishments managing and overseeing the work experience process.
- To produce information and provide support to the Head of Work Experience and other team members.
- Completing one-to-one interviews with students with additional needs to ensure suitable placements are secured.
- Managing placements using a bespoke IT system.

The IT Consultant with have overall technical responsibility for the charity’s network and telecommunications infrastructure, core and cloud applications and cyber security. We are looking for a highly motivated ‘hands-on’ self-starter, able to work autonomously to see plans through to conclusion. Along with a strong understanding of IT security strategies and proficiency in various IT tools, you should possess strong interpersonal and operational skills. As Team Administrator for the Children and Young People’s Engagement Team, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to a dynamic team working with children, young people and parents all over the UK.
The Team Administrator will provide administrative or logistical support to different team projects, working groups, committees, events or activities. This will also include supporting the finance functions for the Team and managing purchase orders, invoices and expenses and supporting the project teams by drafting and preparing documents. About the Service
Great opportunity to make a difference for your patients with experience of domestic violence and abuse. We are looking for a local, practising clinician (ideally a GP) with an interest in domestic violence and abuse (DVA) to become the Clinical Lead (CL) for the IRIS Programme in [name of IRIS area]. IRIS is an evidence-based domestic abuse training and referral programme developed specifically for general practice, currently being delivered across 30+ areas of England and Wales.
About the Role
1 person with at least 3 available days and flexibility with those days or 2 part time clinicians sharing the role, but available on different days to each other so we can offer many options to general practices for training days.
The Iris CL post will be working with up to 50 GP Practices across that locality. The successful candidate will be required to attend the three day (remote) IRIS Train the Trainers course.
About You
We are looking for part time practicing clinicians with extensive knowledge of local needs and with links to local primary health care staff. The IRIS Clinical Lead role involves working closely with a specialist in domestic violence and abuse to promote the IRIS programme across the area, recruit practices, deliver in-house training at the practices, and act as a source of advice, guidance and support for clinical colleagues on the subject of DVA. The IRIS Clinical Lead will have an understanding of the gendered nature of violence and abuse, and of the impact of multiple, intersecting oppressions (e.g. sexism, racism, homophobia, ableism, etc) and the consequent barriers for some survivors of domestic abuse to accessing health and other services.
The role requires approximately 105 – 126 hours of time in this the first (set-up) year and approximately 46 – 65 hours in the second and subsequent years, at an hourly rate of £80 an hour. Please note that the number of hours required will not be evenly spread across the year, so a degree of flexibility will be required. Therefore, we are looking for people with flexibility in their time to be available to receive the IRIS training for trainers, attend local steering group meetings and promote and engage practices, especially early on in the programme. A large proportion of time will then be spent delivering the IRIS clinical training to local general practice teams. We do have funding for [insert number of months] months and this is a fixed envelope of funding for the role.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take up a fixed-term role as Centre Leader at our IntoUniversity centre in Kennington. What will my main dutires be?

We are thrilled to be working with Herts Young Homeless to recruit an Individual Giving Officer to join their small, dedicated fundraising team.
Herts Young Homeless is a charity whose mission is to break the cycle of homelessness in Hertfordshire through education, advice and support for young people and their families. Set up in 1998, they support 16-24 year-olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and their services range range from prevention to early intervention, crisis support and independent living support. The work they do empowers young people to deal with the difficult situations in their lives, giving them the ability and confidence to 'do it themselves' and ultimately find stability.
The Individual Giving Officer reports into the Head of Fundraising and Communications and is responsible for the Individual Giving income stream, with a revenue target of £90-100K. The Individual Giving programme is relatively new so there is a lot of scope to grow it by providing excellent stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful and creative communications.
To succeed in the role of Individual Giving Officer, you will need:
- An understanding of support acquisition and retention, supporter journey development and motivations for giving
- Experience of using a CRM database to support relationship management
- Understanding of developing fundraising or communication initiatives or campaigns
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Contract: Permanent

As one of our vital Supporter Care Assistants, you’ll provide a variety of clear and engaging customer service for Greenpeace supporters via email, phone and post. - Assist clients to access grants and with benefit claims
- Support clients with issues such as rent payments, liaising with landlords and dealing with neighbours
- Update client records and referrers using our CRM system, In-Form.
- Work with the team to keep improving the service
