Job description

Join REMIX as our Volunteer Employability Programme Manager and Transform the Future of London's Youth!

Do you envision a London where every young person gains the practical skills and confidence to launch a successful career? At REMIX, we believe that when young people are equipped with strong employability skills, they can break down barriers and build vibrant futures.

REMIX is a dynamic, brand-new youth charity dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals aged 16 to 26 years old across London. Our mission is built on four core pillars—employability, healthy living, personal development, and essential life skills. Now, we are on the lookout for an innovative and passionate Volunteer Employability Programme Manager who will be instrumental in designing and delivering transformative career readiness initiatives that truly make a difference.

As our Volunteer Employability Programme Manager, you will:

  • Catalyse Career Readiness: Design and implement innovative programmes that cover vital skills such as CV writing, interview techniques, networking, and workplace etiquette. Your creative approach will ensure that every initiative is both engaging and practical.

  • Forge Strong Employer Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, industry professionals, and training providers to create pathways for internships, mentoring, and real-world job opportunities. Your network will help bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement.

  • Empower Through Mentorship: Offer expert guidance and support to young people, inspiring them to recognise and harness their strengths. Your mentorship will empower participants to overcome challenges and step confidently into the job market.

  • Drive Programme Innovation: Continuously refine and adapt our employability initiatives to meet evolving market needs and the unique challenges faced by today’s youth. Your insights will ensure that REMIX remains at the forefront of effective career development solutions.

  • Champion Impact: Collaborate closely with our team to create a culture of learning, growth, and resilience. Your leadership will help promote a supportive environment where every volunteer and participant can thrive.

If you are committed to transforming lives with practical skills and strategic insight, REMIX offers you a unique opportunity to drive social impact from the ground up. Your dedication and innovative ideas will play a key role in empowering London’s youth, turning challenges into stepping stones towards a brighter future.

Step forward. Lead the change. Transform lives at REMIX.
